Bogan Nail And Spa

Not what it used to be. I used to go there all the time. I took a break thinking it’ll be back to the way it used to be.
Wrong!!!
I just went to get a pedi and it looks horrible. A 5 year old could have done a better job. She was really rough, ripped my skin off that is started to bleed and the nails are all crooked. I mean seriously ??
Never going back there again. Sad because it used to be nice and convenient, but now it’s just a waste of money.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Me and my friend had a whole ladies day planned. And this nail salon is completely disgusting with the people they hire. The nail techs talk behind your back in Viet some saying «she doesn’t have the money to be so nit picky about how we do our job. her face is ugly but her friend is adorable. And her body is not perfect»
But yet they did not know, is my friend understands all their garbage. And she also does nails at another salon. And she’s also half Vietnamese. So as we pay, she gives them her own little comments in her language. And you could literally hear all the nail techs gasp along with the owner. If you allow your employees to talk about your customers that way, then I suggest you fire them or maybe don’t own the salon at all. New management and techs are needed at this place.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. By the way we were treated. And the people that were all working and in their conversation.
Also the quality of their work is terrible. No top shiny coat on my toes or fingers!

This place has really gone downhill. I used to absolutely love this place. When they first opened, they all did a fantastic job. They’ve hired a lot of new people in the last year or so and it seems like some of the people who have been there for a while have gotten lazy. I’ve been so disappointed in the quality of their work for the past few months that I’m going to start looking for a new nail place. This past time, I had to keep making the woman touch up my pedicure because she could not seem to get the polish on right. Even after I basically had to coach her through it, my toenails still ended up looking lumpy. I could have easily done a better job painting my toes myself. If you’re looking for a nail salon, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. You may get lucky and get one of the good ones, but if not, you’ll end up spending a lot of money on something you could have done better yourself!

I went in for a mani and pedi… The girl forgot to put the clear coat on the top of my gel nails! I had to argue with her to get it right! Then on my toes the paint looks like a two year old pained them! The owner was to busy talk in her native tongue and never tried to right the wrongs! Crappy job! Plus they kept asking to wax the tops of my feet (no thank you I can shave that). I won’t be back for $ 79.00 for that I can drive the 30m to my regular salon not close to home!

These girls were great. Great service, very friendly, priced well. Good luck with the new business!
