Who would write a review for a 7⁄11 store you might ask. No one! But their cudtomer service, or to be exact complete absence of one is deplorable. Each and every employee of this location are so rude! I greeted the counter guy — no response. No smile. No eye contact. bpaid for my merchandise — no hi, bye, thank you, or welcome. I can’t believe it…

My least favorite 711 in my area. Seems coffee is never fresh but if you say something they will brew a new pot.(but who had time for that?) There coffee additions however are better than the other 2 in the area. Including the extra shots of caffeine and mini marshmallows which love. The store is set up really odd. They share a parking lot with BAC Gym, Bellaj Banquet Center and I believe a tanning salon and laundry mat. Parking is minimal and nights the banquet center is going it is even more difficult. Staff is not very friendly. I’ve walked inn more times than not, without being greeted. They are slow and just don’t seem to like their jobs. It’s not terrible but even though it’s the closest I drive the extra couple blocks to go to the one on Hollywood Way and Burbank. They also seem to run out(or not order) the basics like milk and eggs. It’s so frustrating.

Seriously? Overinflated prices, shitty, douchey, un attentive workers? Worst… 7-Eleven… EVER… I’d rather shop and fill up at the gas station on Burbank and Colfax… At least they’re justified with their price points.

Went to the store on 11/8, to get my usual coffee, but this time, the guy at the counter was rude, not only with me but the previous customer, I was in sort of in a rush, he was taking his sweet time to take scan my items, I told him, can you please charge me, I’m in a time crush? He said, he needed to take care of whatever he was doing first, wait? I wouldn’t mind waiting, if he took the time to say, one second mam’ I’ll be with you, but he chose to be rude, and I’m sure, he does that with everyone, I hate rude people doing a customer service job, if you don’t like your job, quit it and find a better one or one where your rude butt doesn’t have to deal with customers, I will never stop at that 7⁄11 Victory and Buena Vista, your employee suck!!!

Crappy 7 – 11 that can’t spare $ 1.00 in quarters. If I could give them a negative star I would!

When visiting this 711 daily for my coffee after the gym, I would have never guessed they would steal from me and not help. Their machine denied my charge for my coffee and for 10 dollars cash back. They in fact re-swiped my card at the register and it went through for just the price of my coffee. I looked online at my bank statement that evening, i had a feeling something was off with that 711. Yep, they charged me for the denied transaction and the second transaction. I went into the store and informed the manager about the incident(he sees me every morning) he was rude, I showed him the transactions from my bank and he informed me that he would have to check the security tape to be sure I did not receive my cashback. I said please do! He told me to come back in a few days and he would let me know. Well I returned and he said he looked at the tape, but he could not and would not do anything about the charge and that I would have to take it up with my bank. I explained to him that this is a 711 machine and that they are at fault and this is fraud. He refused to assist me and then had the audacity to ask me if a paid for the water in my hand(which was half full, because i had come straight fromt he gym). I had to take care of the issue myself, but I wonder how many people they have stole from! DONOTWASTEYOURHARDEARNEDMONEYINTHIS711, they steal and are rude!

Do NOT go to this 7 – 11. Their machine will deny your charge and they will re-swipe your card at the register. It will charge you twice and they will not do anything about it, you will have to take it up with your bank! They are thief’s and rude! Do not spend your hard earned money there!

My copilot and I came in to grab a drink and a bite to eat, our flight delayed. While we were in the store, a group of 8 – 10 children came in and literally stuffed their pockets and clothing with snacks and goodies — and ran out. Egads! How safe can you be when kids are that bold to rob a store as they did? The clerk at the store didn’t even call the police. I don’t get it. No wonder stuff costs so much here: no one cares if they get robbed by a group of hungry kiddies. The theft rates must be horrific: at what point does having another employee designated to stop theft become cost effective?

They really improved this place since the last reviews in 2012. It’s now the standard I have come to expect from any 7⁄11. Plus the location is really convenient, it’s close to other shops and restaurants on the corner. Only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because I’m comparing it to the gold standard on Olive and Verdugo. There’s still some room for improvement.

I love this 7 Eleven !!! It’s one of the few that actually carries healthy snack options. They have a variety of protein shakes, protein bars, fruits and veggies. I think more places should carry these items and options and the best part is that it’s next to my gym.

Worst. 7-Eleven. Ever. Out for a family bike ride, I popped in for Slurpees. The employee working was so incredibly rude — an absolute ass. If I hadn’t promised my 3 year old the Slurpee, I would have left the Slurpees and walked out. I will never go back to that one and will happily go to the others which are a stone’s throw away. It seems from these Unilocal reviews that the only good this about this 7 – 11 is the fact that they have a bathroom — I would recommend avoiding this one altogether and, if you can’t hold it, go to the public library next door — they are bound to be more friendly anyway!

The biggest plus is the restroom. Because who’s ever gone to a 7 – 11 that had a restroom. Lol. But I always get coffee here and it’s good. Sometimes they’ll make a new brew for me when they know its been out for a long time. Wish they carries sugar free NOS though.

Not my favorite of 7 – 11. actually I didn’t care for it at all. It was just really dirty, I know they are owner operated and this one was not cared for at all. I was actually really not feeling this place to purchase anything that we just walked in and out.

How do you feel about fruit flies in your hot dogs? I just had a hot dog from here and went to get condiments. When I reached for the spoon to get relish abour 15 small fruit flies were stirred up and swarmed over everything. Talk about disgusting. To make matters worse the guy on duty gave me a blank stare and shrugged after alerting him to the infestation. WOW! So… if you plan to eat anything unpackaged I suggest popping a Cipro and have the number for a nearby ER on speed-dial.

The only 7 – 11 with a public restroom. Great staff.

New! Clean. They fixed up that old Sav-Mart Drug Rx place that had been empty for a longg, long time. Other than that, your typical 7-eleven.
