Five Stars are not enough for this dynamic woman! I recently sold my Burbank home through Ana and I could not be happier. Just the thought of moving was very stressful for me, and to think of people coming through my home… Forget it! Ana worked with me and eased my fears every step of the way. «Don’t worry, I got it», that is what she would say and boy did she mean it! She sold my house in record time and for an excellent price and was the least stressful part of my whole move. Ana recently helped me sell my townhome in Toluca Lake and I couldn’t be more pleased with her services. She is a go getter. She was helping me throughout the process even before I had it listed on the market. She helped give me advice on what things to fix up that would help bring me top dollar. During the escrow period she was on top of every detail and was easily available both by phone, text or email. She made me feel like I was her only client. She even took the initiative to set up appointments with plumbers, inspectors, repair people etc as needed and made multiple trips to the property to check on their work knowing it was too far of a commute for me. I really appreciated that extra effort. We ended up getting above asking price! I highly recommend Ana Cecilia!
