Poor customer service here.
Tried to use card at pump, which said it wasn’t working and to go see attendant.
Go inside to see attendant, Melissa, and tell her I want to fill up on pump X. She rolls her eyes and states «You’re supposed to do that outside», sighs and says «Well how much do you want in it?». I guess because «fill up» was too vague.
I return after filling up because I’m am due some change. I show her my receipt and she states snappily «I don’t need that.»
I accident told her the wrong pump number because I have not memorized the pump numbers at this gas station, so look to receipt to see if the number is there to which she replies «I still don’t need that.»
I ask her for the name of the gas station owner and she states, «I can’t give that out.»
Hopefully that’s specific enough to detail the level of customer service received.

Sells self serve yogurt in store. Store is clean, staff is friendly, gas is cheap, and for checking in on Unilocal got a free water. Yeah thumbs up!

Their prices are consistently the lowest in and around this area. The pumps are all clean and easy to use. They recently upgraded their pumps to allow credit and debit cards to be used right at the pump rather than at a center island location — much easier and faster. They charge a 35 cent service fee when using a debit card, so I make it a point to only go there when my tank is low and I’m going to fill up; adding 35 cents to the purchase of a few gallons of gas offsets the gas’ low price — adding 35 center to the purchase of 20+ gallons raises the net cost of the gas by less than 2 cents per gallon, still making it the cheapest gas around.
Oh, and no, I’ve never purchased their frozen yogurt. The idea of gas station froyo is second only to gas station sushi…

The gas prices were lower then all the surrounding stations && the bathroom was kept very clean.

Main reason why I’m giving this Arco 5 stars, because they have the CHEAPEST gas around, believe me. I always check prices and they always have the lowest! And it’s located in convenient place, at least for me. For those who complains about charge of 0.35 when you use your debit/​credit card, just be cash prepared, you will save $ overall.

I use the app Gas Guru to check gas prices every day and this Arco has some of the best prices in the valley! That said, if you are using your debit card, you do get charged a service fee of 35 cents, which does eat into the savings.

Love this place! The prices are always the best around, the bathrooms are immaculate, and the customer service more than pleasant, it’s my favorite :-)

This gas station is smaller then your normal arco, but then again I’m here to get some smokes an go. The lady here is fast an very nice. I didn’t use the pumps so i dnt know if there broke or not lol. Anyway this place is cool

Why I like coming here? They got the cheapest gas in Burbank that I have seen so far. I will rate them higher if they didn’t charge $ 0.35 for debit card, start taking credit cards, had a bigger lot, kept their cleaning supplies clean, disallow solicitors (ripoff artists) from trying to sell me stuff while I’m pumping gas.

A tad on the small side compared to most Arcos I’ve been to but you get a free bottle of water with a check in. I love free so… cool!

Check in offer, free 8oz arrowhead water! which I used … The prices at this station tend to be the lowest I’ve seen in Burbank. the only down fall is they close at midnight and don’t open till 6am…

First of all, let me start off by saying this gas station is GREAT! It recently switched from Valero to Arco, and it has definitely improved from good to better, if anything.
The gas prices are always affordable compared to anywhere else in the neighborhood. The staff is always so polite and helpful. If you need any sort of help for any reason, they always assist with no problem. The store is always nice and clean. and these reasons make it a joy to walk into this gas station.
For the individual who wrote the review below, let me just clarify a few of your examples:
* The station said «cash only» for a short period of time, and only because the business started the process of changing the company. Like i mentioned from Valero to Arco. Information I know from the business owner himself. (Which I may add, is a very nice young gentleman.)
* The pump are now changed. As a customer, I have noticed, again since it became an Arco, the pumps with the locks are back. It is more convenient now.
Anyways, overall this gas station is definitely not worth a one star rating and a poor review for one dissatisfied customer. Especially since I know plenty that are satisfied loyal customers, like myself.

The gas is cheap.

Can’t really say much about this gas station other than the prices are decent. I believe this used to be a Valero and not sure how long ago it changed. This gas station is on my drive so the convenience of the location I like though there are times I have to drive late at night and the location is closed. It would be nice if there were someone behind the window at later hours since I have driven by here late at night with the fuel light in the car already on. This location does not have an AM/​PM so I’m not sure if that is a factor as to why it the lobby closes late at night (and since the light are off it would be my guess that the Island register is also closed… which I should check out next time I’m there late at night) or if it’s another reason such as its just Privately owned and that’s their hours.

I saw police tape all around this gas station the other day. Anyone know what happened?

I appreciate the response by the owner, but I’m sticking with my original review. Over the past two years the station has gone downhill. For example:
* One of the pumps facing Hollywood Way has been broken for at least 4 months and has a tacky piece of paper glued to the front that says «Cash Only».
* The pump handles were replaced and no longer have locks so that you can not lock them in place when pumping gas — you must hold the handle up the entire time. Not a big deal, but I like to clean my windshield while pumping gas and I can do this at any other gas station. Which brings me to —
* Supplies to clean my windshield. The squeegees are old and broken, there is not much water in the squeegee buckets and where there is its usually dirty — never any soap.
* And finally, a few months ago they allowed some company to go pump to pump and try to sell some sort of windshield cleaning and repair service. I let them know I wasn’t interested but they wouldn’t stop bothering me with questions, wanted to know who my insurance company was, examine my windshield for cracks, etc. I just wanted to get my gas and go. It was annoying!
