Meet the Manager

Charlie P.

Manager

Charlie is a repair prodigy. His professionalism and impressive body of experience is applied at Burbank Repair Academy. His knowledge includes a wide range of appliances, but his specialty is with kitchen appliances. After a stint at a factory that made refrigerators, he learned the details of the construction process. He applies this knowledge to all projects. He also has extensive experience dealing with air conditioners. In Burbank, where an un-​air conditioned summer can get ugly, this is especially useful knowledge. Charlie has been with Burbank Repair Academy now for just over thirteen years. After beginning as a humble assistant, he worked his way up to join the management team. Although he still does house calls for regular customers and friends, he now helps new recruits at the shop improve their skills and resolve difficult cases quickly. His hard work during his time here has helped the company to improve massively in both size and performance.
