Eric and the rest of his team are pretty amazing. I’ve come to them with a variety of request for my team at WB, and they’ve always come back with amazing product, fast turnaround, and reasonable prices. I’ll definitely be coming back to them for more printing needs. Keep it up!

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. I had an emergency gift tag situation for our company’s holiday gift giving. Zazzle fell through and I needed some more gift tags stat. I called them Friday night, sent them to image to print, and Monday morning at 11am they were ready for me– cut to size and hole punched. Still can’t believe how fast and reasonably priced the project was. You guys rock.

I needed a few hardcover books printed and bound with a specialized cover and format. I worked with Eric through the whole process who was amazing and never lacked in communication or professional manner. The staff was very helpful for all my special requests and extra mindful of my deadline from the start.

These people know what it means to give excellent customer service and quality product care. I came in the other day needing for someone to understand my situation with the type of paper I’m using and needing to use a laminator for a project and they listened intently, asked questions and worked with me to help me with my needs. Other places were too ignorant and afraid to listen to what I needed and these guys didn’t. I greatly suggest you give Copy Central a try for any office need you may have, because at the very least, they will listen to you and help you as best they can.

Excellent service and a great value! I mistakenly gave Jose the wrong file to print and didn’t notice until I went to pick up the order. Without hesitation Jose just asked me to bring in the new file and they would reprint at no extra charge! Definitely my go to place for printing.

Um. Not sure how they got all these great reviews, but my experience was completely different. I needed to print a portfolio for grad applications, and had called around a lot of places before. This place was highly rated and had good prices, so even though it was far, I thought it would be better than going to Staples or whatever. In general, I tend to not care about the customer service as long as they do the job right. Unfortunately, the print quality matched the terrible customer service.
I went in at 9 am hoping there wouldn’t be a huge line, and sure enough, the place was empty. I tried to explain to the guy with the tattoos there how I wanted the portfolio to look and asked if my file was ok, if I need to fix anything, etc. He rushed me and said, you don’t need to explain, I’ve done this before. When I went to pick it up, it was completely wrong and the pages were out of order. When I explained it to him, he got very offended and said, «I had to print this out 4 times to get it like this, it was very confusing.» Finally the owner came over and he helped me work it through, apologizing for his employee’s behavior, and when I went to pick it up the corrected book the next day, it looked great. It was only a test print and I still had some corrections to make before I printed out my final portfolio, but overall I was ok with what I got.
So I went back. Again, in the morning, again, when there was nobody else there. Unfortunately, it was the same guy with the tattoos, and again, he rushed through. This time, I tried to explain very clearly to him exactly what I wanted, but he didn’t seem like he was paying very much attention. When I went to pick it up, it was wrong, again. And instead of an apology for the inconvenience, he was just aggressively rude about why I messed it up. Finally the owner came over and fixed it, again. This time, though, I was very unhappy with the print quality. There were spots of ink on different pages, half the prints had the borders cut off incorrectly, and the color was pinker than the previous sample. My deadline was the next day, but I could not deal with them anymore, so I chalked it up as a learning experience, and will never go back here again.

Epitome of professionals over here. Specifically David which was so helpful. This initial job wasn’t a huge one but David was with us until the very end and ended up saving us tons if money from their so called «competitors». Went there this morning and was met by David. I had to make a few color copies for the office. He measured everything and was very nice. Parking is right in front and I was the first customer there so I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely be back. So convenient, great prices and great customer service.

I needed to find a place in Burbank that offered thermographic printing at a reasonable price for my boss’ project. Not only did I find that with Copy Central, but it came with the great help of David. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, explained everything, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Plus, it was much quicker than I had anticipated! I’m really glad I found this place. Definitely recommend!

I just recently moved to the Burbank area. As a struggling artist I constantly need things printed and have had trouble finding an affordable place for printing in Los Angeles. Then I came across copy central. I printed out 115 pages for a whopping. $ 8.77. Not only great prices, but the staff is so friendly, warm, and helpful. Jim makes a point of coming to say hello and see how your day is going. I recommend this to anyone looking for a friendly neighborhood printing shop! I love it here!

I live in the neighborhood and have been coming to Copy Central for all my printing needs the last few years. The guys who work there are always helpful and prices are way better than Staples.
Only wish they were open on weekends.

Fast turn around but order wasn’t done right and didn’t get the feeling they cared that they’d done it wrong. Colors didn’t match well either. But they did turn it around fast.

The people who work here are so nice and accommodating. After calling around to about 7 places asking if anyone binds 18×24 sheets, I called here via recommendation. They were the only ones who instead of flat out saying «no» they were willing to either find someone who would bind that size, or attach them in a different way. This place is far for me but it’s worth it for the customer service and willingness to help. They do all kinds of projects and prints, highly recommend.
