We specialize in men’s AND women’s hair loss solutions. Our dedicated team understands the complex, critical and specific differences of all hair solutions between men and women. We navigate with precision and tender care through these differences when customizing a perfect solution for the man or woman. Creating that perfect custom solution is what we do best.

History

Established in 2011.

DesignX was founded by Ark Sardarov, the President, but most importantly a hair loss sufferer. With highly talented and experienced licensed cosmetologists/​stylists, the entire team has combined experience of over 75 years in the hair loss industry, dedicated and focused on the real needs of its customers.

Typical hair companies are based on the principal of maximum profit per customer, which naturally takes the focus away from the customer’s real needs. Our only focus IS the customer! Because of that, we know that customers want the most advanced products, exceptional customer service, value for their money, and most importantly, the satisfaction that they were heard, understood and cared for like never before. Ark was a hair loss customer for many years and has been around the industry for a long time. The single most important thing he learned is that the hair loss industry should take better care of the customer by 1) delving deeper into the customer’s real concerns and needs and 2) educating and informing the customer of all the viable options with complete honesty and sincerity. Ark created DesignX with these principles at the core of the company.

Ark is here to educate, inform and help every single hair loss sufferer in every way that he can. He does so with empathy, understanding and compassion. He has also learned that women are very underserved in the hair loss industry. Historically, women’s choices have been very limited. DesignX Hair Creations specialize in women’s hair loss and understand the significant differences and concerns that women face. That is why half of our clients are women. We have created many more options for women and set ourselves apart from other companies.
