Good coffee shop in the mall, but the service can be better. They only had two baristas working at the time when I visited and the wait was pretty long. I got an Large, 32 oz. Iced Mocha($ 6). They use a powder instead of a sauce so the chocolate doesn’t taste as rich as you would maybe find at a Starbucks. Also I don’t remember how many shots of espresso they pulled but when I drank it throughout, I didn’t taste much coffee. Decent drink and slow service, but the restaurant itself was very clean. This business has potential to be a great place to visit when shopping at the mall, but for now I’m giving it 2 stars.

Service was terrible. The kids that work there are very rude. Coffee sucked and its super obvious their pastries come from costco. Total waste

For a quick coffee while you’re inside the mall, this place isn’t bad at all! However, their prices are high for the quality of drink you’re going to receive.

3Stars: good place to wait for your wife while she is shopping. 1 star: the americano. Is a watered down version of the coffee at Starbucks.

Super neat, elegantly decorated, and and a nice quiet change from your standard coffee shop :) the iced white chocolate mocha was really good, and Carol was really nice! Definitely recommend!

DONOTCOMEHERE! I came here last Saturday with my husband and daughter and the workers were so rude. I asked for a carmeal ice coffee with no whip cream and no drizzle and what do I get? Carmeal coffeee with whip cream and drizzle, I asked them to remake it without whip cream and they gave me the biggest attitude as if i was not a paying customer. She then takes out the whip cream and hands it back to me, then i notice some drizzle and ask her to remake it without the drizzle and she just pours it into another cup and pours it back so the drizzle gets mixed in the drink. They also forgot to add 2 pumps of carmeal in my husbands coffee and after i told them they said«well were gonna have to charge you for that», they basically screwed up why would we have to pay for that. Super cheap place, rude and no CUSTOMERSERVICE. Called the manager this morning, she was so nonchalant about it.

My favorite mall café. Since when I used to work at Robinsons May till now. Oh those were the days to drink caramel fraps. Now are the days to down soy chai iced lattes. Meow meow… how things change with time. People are always friendly. Drinks made 2 perfection. Can’t complain. :)

This place is the worst. I ordered an iced cappuccino and she poured some mix out of a jug into a cup with ice and added chocolate sprinkles. I returned it because it was too sweet, I didn’t ask for it to be sweetened at all and by definition a cappuccino shouldn’t be unless specified. The second time around I said, «I just want two shots of espresso over ice with a little but of milk.» She said, «Oh you want an iced latte»(latte is a lot of milk, cappuccino is a little milk) and gave me a ton of milk. I couldn’t even drink it, and I paid $ 5 for it. I will never, ever go back.

I work in this mall and sometimes need a coffee fix. And because sometimes I am too lazy or it is too hot outside to walk to downtown burbank to starbucks, I come here. I have had coffee from here many times and sometimes its not bad and other times I think oh well maybe it was the bottom of the barrel of coffee or something and I just force it down with a lot of sugar because I need the caffeine. But, today was the last of it. I got the flavored coffee, chocolate almond something. It tasted like WETDIRT. You’re probably saying oh mud? No WETDIRT. Now you’re probably saying how do you know what wet dirt tastes like? Well I have played soccer in the rain and that is what this coffee tasted like. I will never go back after today. Other than coffee, I have had their pumpkin spice latte, red velvet latte, lemonade, iced coffee, turkey and cheese croissant and muffins. The lemonade was nasty, forced it down because I didn’t want to waste it. It tasted like concentrate. The iced coffee is not good. The latte’s were okay. Nothing special. The pastries were nothing special. Just your typical coffee shop pastries. The asian lady I believe is the owner, is nice sometimes. From the other reviews about bad customer service, I know what they mean. I’m pretty quick so I don’t really have much interaction. The younger girls that work there are very nice. The inside is clean. They have a good number of seating. I like looking at all the tumblers and mugs they have for sale while I wait. If you read my reviews, you know I only review places worth reviewing. This is on my hate list. Dear reader, Just walk outside of the mall to Coffee Bean or Starbucks. You’ll thank me later. Dear Gloria Jeans, I gave you many chances. You disappointed me over and over again. I am never coming back. I’m sorry, not sorry.

Their coffee, if you can call it that, is downright icky. I’ve tried multiple drinks from here and sorely regret it each time… always too sweet or has some«off» tasting flavor in it and is just not good at all especially for the price they charge. Wish we would get a good coffee shop in the mall!

Nice little coffee shop located somewhere in the maze that is the Burbank mall. I was craving an iced tea and happened to stumble upon this place before a Starbucks so I figured what the hay? It was cheaper and just as yummy. I also tried their new Red Velvet latte. They put little pieces of chocolate on the top for some extra deliciousness. They’ve got a nice little seating area inside the store nestled amongst their vast mug collection and various other coffee/tea paraphernalia that most coffee shops carry. If I’m ever around the mall, I’ll probably stop by here again.

If I could, I’d put a minus in front of the star rating to this place! WORSE customer service EVER! I have never ever been treated in the way I was at this coffee shop. I went in there today and asked for a cup of water and instead of giving me the water the Asian lady behind the counter directs me where to go to get a cut of water, tells me to go down the escalators to find a water fountain to drink there. I told her I will pay for the water if she’d give me the water then and there and she just walks away with the hand gesture to say no or go, didn’t get it. I will NEVER go in there EVER again to spend even a penny in this store! They either have to get a new educated and who know how to give better customer service or I’m sure that place will lose so many customers for their actions.

This is inside the Burbank mall. It doesn’t get busy that much which I like. Prices are moderate. They have huge selection of coffee mugs with cute prints.

I wish I would have gotten a latte some where else this morning. I really really wish I had. The worst. I came home and told my husband«you know Gloria jeans… I got a latte there this morning. I poured it out the window on the ride home.» His reply: «oh gosh I could have told you that. It’s the worst!» I fully believe this is why my husband won’t go to the mall with me.

I really wanted to have found this hidden treasure of a coffee shop in the Burbank Mall, but unfortunately it does not exist. My iced coffee tasted bitter and the espresso shot was nothing worth mentioning while my oatmeal cookie was just okay. The staff was friendly and the place was clean, but I don’t know what would bring me back with better options just outside the mall…

Probably the worst managed coffee shop I’ve ever set foot in. They sold us a really old and stale lemon bar. All the tables were dirty with no one working there seeming to care about cleaning them. The employees seemed completely disinterested. We had to stop by Starbucks later to have a much better coffee break experience.

I remember Gloria Jean’s from when I was teen. They used to have it in the Santa Ana Mainplace Mall and Brea Mall. Times change but in Southern California, this one has the feel of the stores I remember. The baristas are sweet, the coffee drinks are satisfyingly large compared to Starbucks and the flavors are fantastic. They have some cute mugs here. Loony Tunes mugs, pretty mugs, mugs with popular names(no Evelyn mugs, sadly). It’s quite the collection. Whole beans and french presses are sold here, also.
