Rose is a great person. She did a wonderful job for my face threading. I really liked her work and would love to go back to her in near future.

I’ve been a bunch of places all around La before i tried this spot when visiting Burbank mall a while ago. It’s the best place I’ve been to so far BUT you have to be very precise about what you want done and what you don’t want them to touch. I was growing my eyebrows out 6 months then went back last week and forgot to be extremely specific that I only want them cleaned up and not shaped. The girl reshaped my eyebrows and made them thin again which upset me since I spent such a long time growing them out and now I have to restart again.
But they do a great job, I get my upper lip done also and they remove all hair but you have to tell them exactly what you want or they will make them thinner then what you want. Which in my experience every other place I’ve been to that has always happend to me anyway.

I was here the other day. They did a great job. But, the food smell or curry smell was so strong on her hands. I let it go the first time. But, this was the second time. Huge turn off when she’s threading my face. That really bothered me. Didn’t get to enjoy my experience to the fullest. So just a heads up for anyone whose getting worked on here.
Also don’t jump on that sofa. They look very cool and stylish. But, it does seem to slide backwards. Happened twice already.
If you find a particular person you like here stick to them. I’ve worked with all 3 gals here. They all do a reasonably great job! I have tried threading at the other salon on uppermost level but they are more expensive and a bit snotty and rude too. Will keep coming here!
Looking pretty ain’t easy.

It takes me an hour to get to i-​Brow from my house and it’s WORTH IT. I’m never going anywhere else for my brows ever again.
I used to just get my brows waxed, but this year, my skin became prone to breakouts. The wax/​lotion irritates my skin now and causes bumps, so I had to find an alternative. That’s how I discovered threading. It’s a million times better than waxing and my brows have never looked so amazing.
I’ve tried a few different threading places in Los Angeles, and this one is the best by far. I used to always be nervous that stylists would make mistakes when I went to get my brows done, but now that I go to i-​Brow, I know they’ll be perfect every time.
They’re on the second floor by the Burlington Coat Factory. I only spend $ 12 each time I go ($ 7 for threading + $ 5 tip).

I have been to a few places. This one was the best for my upper lip. I was really impressed. The woman working on me was patient, I flinch a bit cuz my left side is more sensitive. The wait was eh long but no biggie. I was speed by accident because the women’s voices are soft. I would recommend this place.

Great job doing eyebrows but horrible service tonight.
Showed up 11 minutes before closing, 2 employees sat behind the desk. I asked if I could get my eyebrows done, they spoke in another language then held up the sign in sheet and said we are closing. I asked «how? You’re open for another 10 minutes.» They continued to hold up the sign in sheet to which I’m still unsure why. Plain laziness. Customer lost.

I tried this place because of the good reviews and I was becoming less and less satisfied with the other popular place in Burbank town Center. However, my first experience here was the worst eyebrow experience I’ve ever had. I signed my name on the list and when I was called the lady asked me to have a seat in the chair. She did not say hello and she did not ask me one question about how I like my brows or any other useful preliminary questions that may have helped my experience to go better. I paused and explained how I like them. When she finished she asked me to take a look and I was very displeased. I showed her the areas that I would like for her to thread again and to my regret she completely destroyed my shape and arch. I was SO upset inside. With no apology or concern she took my payment and I walked out. I will never go back to the elementary eyebrow threading place. I HATE MY EYEBROWS RIGHT NOW.

This place started out pretty good but kept declining the more I came. I always seem to have to argue with the ladies who thread my eyebrows that I believe in the philosophy of eyebrows are more like sisters than identical twins (in my case they are more like cousins). I get it, my eyebrows are not exactly identical, I’ve accepted this short coming and moved on in my life. What I can’t accept is every time I go, I spend 20 minutes begging them not to try to «correct» this. I’ve spent many years and visited many places that promise that they will correct this and come out looking worse then when I came in! It’s like, thank you for noticing. I know it’s part of your job and in a sense I can appreciate you pointing it out because that’s your job. But damn! Don’t make me feel bad about my weirdo eyebrows! Just clean them up so they don’t look like sloppy cousins anymore!
Also, the wait time has gotten ridiculous. I’ve been quoted an hour wait time to partake in the torture that is eyebrow threading on multiple occasions. That’s insane considering there are two other threading locations in the same tiny mall!
One last thing, no, I do not want you to thread my mustache. No matter how many times you ask.

Rose, as well as the other ladies here, are all sooo careful and thorough in their work. The service here is so friendly and inviting! And the prices! The prices are unsurpassed. The ladies here are gems!

At first when I glanced at the mirror my eyebrows looked okay. Once I took a good look at them, I notice a bald spot. I’m very disappoint. I will no longer be coming here.

I have been going to do my eyebrows by this one other lady for years. So i heard my sis had gone here to do her eyebrows for the first time with rose. She came back an said she loved it, and has been going back to her again. So i needed to get my eyebrows re-​done again but the lady that i go by lives a lil far from me, so i decided to take the chance and get them done as well by rose. My sis said you won’t be disappointed shes really nice, and does an awesome job. I was still a lil hesitant because im very picky when it comes to my eyebrows and won’t allow everyone to touch it, I don’t like them thin and most people take a lot out. so i decided im going to give her a try, I went waited for like 15 min and asked to have it done by rose. It was my turn and i told her i don’t want them thin, and not a different shape, keep them thick, so she finished them and i was impressed, She did a great job and i will be returning to get them done by her again yayyyy ! thank you rose!
I felt like she did them even better than my previous eyebrow lady. It was so worth giving her a chance, It’s also convenient to me the area is way closer to my house a lil extra bucks but worth it. :D

I have been a customer of i brow threading since it opened. I was searching for an affordable threading place in the mall since other places can cost as high as $ 11.
I happened upon this place when I was shopping one day and I love how they are affordable as they professional!
There is rarely a wait every time I go, so the first time I went, I was doubtful of their quality or that they might overthread my eyebrows. They are very attentive to my desired outcomes and are very quick.
I had the pleasure of working with Sonia and she worked wonders on my eyebrows. It was exactly what I wanted– angled and thinner.
I look forward to coming back here and recommending this shop to my friends!

I will NEVER come to this salon again. I’ve been many times & most of the ladies are excellent, but I had a terrible experience today. First of all, she had me check in the handheld mirror after she had done one eyebrow (usually they wait until they’re done with both), & then didn’t let me check after she was done with the other. She then used the scissors to trim, where usually they trim a stray hair or two on your eyebrows, but she must have cut every single hair on both eyebrows as if I was getting a haircut.
Then she put lotion on without asking (they always ask, & I have sensitive skin so I usually don’t get it). Then she acted like she was done & she hadn’t done my lip yet (what’s the point in writing it down when you sign in if they don’t even look or ASK what you want done?). I then told her to do my lip & she started going way down on my cheek & chin as well. I had to stop her & say I don’t want that far down. Then she again put lotion on me (on my lip) without asking. She walked to the counter so I could pay.
Luckily, I checked myself in the mirror & saw that my left eyebrow was significantly longer than the right one, so I had to call her back over to finish it. I said, pointing, «This one is longer than this one. Can you fix it?» & she just looks at me expressionless. She puts the chair back down & I ask her, «Can you tell that the left one is longer than the right?» I point. «This one is longer.» So she then works on the left one & then takes more off the right! I stop her & look in the mirror & see that she’s made the right one EVEN shorter & the left now has a weird hole in the middle of the end. There is a gap that wasn’t there before. I tell her I’m unhappy & that she just messed it up. I get up because I don’t want her to touch me anymore & cause anymore damage. I go to pay & I’m super upset. She starts arguing with me. I’m not sure if it was because she doesn’t speak English well (maybe she thought I wanted one longer than the other? But who wants that?!) but we were clearly miscommunicating. However, even if the language barrier was there (which I’ve gotten my eyebrows done by many Indian women & it has not been a problem), if she had been good at what she did, she wouldn’t have messed it up in the first place. I’m extremely upset & will not be back. You can’t fix this.

This place is horrible !!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! Both of the ladies are extremely unprofessional and do not know how to shape the eyebrow. All they know how to do is clean it up. Unfortunately, they do too much cleaning and left my cousin and myself with a bald spot on one of our brows! Then they had the audacity to say that it was there prior to her starting the threading process. Just because it is $ 7 does not mean you should pay that much to have your eyebrows ruined! Remember ladies, your brows define and make or break your face! Be careful!!!

For price, I give this place 10 stars! I mean $ 7 for an eyebrow thread. Really can’t go wrong. I had no idea this place was inside of a mall — so that took away my whole point of wanting to go to an in and out place. And then the line… holy crap! I went on a Sunday afternoon. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes to do my brows. That was a long wait. People were lined up. Personally, I would rather pay a little more and wait less. My time is too valuable. As far as the quality of the brow threading… it was okay. One brow was a little off and crooked compared to the other, but not to the point of devastation! I can fix it with some makeup. If I’m shopping at the mall and had time to kill and needed to do my brows, maybe I’d stop in. But otherwise, pay a few extra bucks and head to Vinita’s in Sherman Oaks.

Better service than the more expensive brow bar in the mall.
I found this place by searching on Unilocal for a place that did eyebrows and eyelash extensions as well so I wouldn’t make too many trips and online it said it did both but when I got there, they said they didn’t do eyelash extensions. Lol ok…
Still really good job on my eyebrows though, and for a good price!

This was my first time coming here saw the good reviews so might as we’ll give them a try. Rose did my eyebrows she did s Awesome job it didn’t even hurt at all. I will be bck for sure. Thank u Rose.

Amazing eyebrows for $ 7? Yes please!!! I really loved how mine turned out. I explained to my eyebrow lady what i wanted and she did a great job on them. I gave it four stars because there were only two workers and the wait was long! But overall, great eyebrows, nice workers, unbeatable price!
Would recommend!

This place by far is the best place I’ve been to, to get my eyebrows done. The best part about it is they are inexpensive and know how to thread them. AMAZING!!!

First time today and I am pleased. Rose did my eyebrows and I’m a happy client. I was a little discouraged at first because it was my first time here and sometimes when I go somewhere new they also mess up my brows. She made my eyebrows clean and left it as thick as possible. I also wanted to try this place out because it was $ 7! I love to save money so I wanted to try this out. This place is located in the 2^nd floor near burlington coat factory. I recommend this place. Be nice in tipping too since it’s affordable and they do an amazing job. They even do a little massage afterwards.
I recommend not putting a lot of eye makeup because when they massage your face with lotion your makeup will smear lol.
Definitely a must try place if you’re one who likes quality and saving money!
