Took my Rolex in for a cleaning and maintenance. The owner said it would be $ 325 to have it done and it would take about 10 days. I agreed, and went and picked up my watch when they called me.
Rolex is a self winding watch, witch means it winds its self from movement.
Before I took my watch in if I wore it for a wile, it would run for at least 2 days or so. But, after I got my watch back my watch would stop running shortly after I would take it off. I called and talked to the owner to explain what was going on. Well, after I explained what was going on this guy go’s on to tell me I’m not remembering it correctly that Rolex can’t run for 2 days if you don’t wear it. He is very rude!!! And tells me to bring it back in and he’ll take a look at it.
NO WAY I would ever take anything back to that place!!! And I’m going to make sure everyone I know knows about that place. What a rude jerk! Doesn’t know the first thing about customer service.

I recently purchased an Invicta and had to have it resized. I was in the Burbank area and ended up stopping by the Timepiece store at the mall next to Ikea. Definitely a win! I was greeted by an associate and within seconds Vahram consulted me on what needed to be done, the watch was resized within minutes, and in the meantime I had a very pleasant conversation with him about timepieces in their store and services that they offer. Quick visit, but definitely efficient and effective. Thank you guys, and best of luck to you!

Bought my LUMINOX timepiece in to get a complete overhaul. They did so in a jeffy! From a new band to new innards. They young lady that assured me have a great smile and the men in the back huddled over my piece like Doctors in an operating room. Price was less then I expected and I walked out feeling like I had a whole new watch. Major Props

Timepiece Network is the manufacturer-​authorized service center for Chase-​Durer watches, so when my Chase-​Durer 1000XL UDT needed its battery replaced, this was the place they recommended. After reading reviews of Timepiece Network online and speaking with Vahram and Harout (the in-​store Chase-​Durer rep!) a few times, I knew it would be in extremely good hands. I shipped my watch via FedEx from Scottsdale, Arizona and was quickly told it needed basic service including the battery, but they’d also re-​paint the numbers on the exterior bezel (I’d carelessly whacked it into walls on occasion, casing the paint to chip) at no extra charge. That’s not a merely transactional experience, but one where they’re making a connection with the customer and building a relationship. You just don’t get that kind of service anymore these days! A day after they’d received it I was e-​mailed a UPS tracking number and had my watch back within a few days. The total charge was $ 75 ($ 58 for the service, plus insured UPS ground shipping back) and worth every penny if you ask me. If you own a Chase-​Durer watch, please send your watch here for service — you won’t regret it.

I came across this shop on Unilocal because I needed to get one of my watches fixed. The service was very efficient and professional, my watch was fixed in under 3 – 4 minutes. I have another watch that needs fixing, so I will definitely come back here to get that done.

They are on the pricier side but offer great customer service. I’ve gone in primarily for battery service and/​or band adjustments and haven’t had any problems. They seem to know what they’re doing and I’d feel comfortable giving them an expensive watch to fix. The reasoning behind some of their rates hasn’t made sense to me. For example, they’ve charged me less to replace the batteries on a $ 650+ watch as opposed to my $ 100+ watch (because it had four more extra screws but happened to share the same battery). They told me it involved ‘extra labor’ which I thought was a pretty quick and funny way to earn an extra few bucks. Overall, they seem to have pretty good rapport with their customers.

This place is amazing! I get all my watches here whether it’s for my own personal use or a gift for someone else. The quality of the watches are incredible and you know you are getting a great deal every time.
The merchandise speaks for itself but the amazing service you also receive makes this place my top choice. The people are so kind and considerate and spend the time to truly help you get what you are looking for.
I have never once had a bad experience and I would recommend this place to everyone. Whatever you are looking for they have it.
I saw one or two reviews that were very negative, all I can say is that these people obviously have no idea what they are talking about. Seriously you won’t be disappointed with this place, highly recommend them.

I know they don’t need any more 5 star reviews, but I felt compelled to write one. This is by far my favorite watch store. The customer service is excellent. You don’t need to spend a lot of money here to be treated well. There is a family vibe that you don’t get at other watch shops. It reminds me of my grandfather’s shop that closed 28 years ago. I would be sad if this store ever closes.

I just had a great experience here with the utmost amazing customer service. I brought in a Rolex to get it authenticated and they took me in with open arms. They are so professional and experienced. This is my first Rolex so I asked about a million questions and they patiently and with great detail answered each and every one. They took one look at it and said it was real 99.9% and even opened up the back to confirm. The gentlemen that opened it, I think he was the owner, said congrats and that it was a beautiful watch with an honest and warming smile and wanted nothing in return. It’s great to know there are still businesses out there that care about there customers. (Even though technically I just walked in and didn’t even buy anything) It shows a lot about their integrity. Thanks again and I will be in there soon!!!

When I picked up my watch, my eyes opened wide with awe and excitement.
I came into Timepiece Network to replace the leather band on my watch. They let me know that I should consider having maintenance done. Without experiencing high pressure salesmanship, I had the new leather band installed, walked out, ate lunch, did some research, and thought it over.
I am extremely happy I returned after lunch to have my watch serviced.
The service took several days, which were torturous because I had worn the automatic movement everyday for the past 5 years. (I did not want its tiny heart to stop beating. Ever.) To help me cope with being separated with my primary watch, Timepiece Network restarted my 17 year old quartz movement that had been sitting in my desk drawer for years.
I just picked up my automatic today. I am admiring the finish of the case. I am totally enjoying the movement of the balance wheel. And, I appreciate very much the changes to the motion of the oscillating weight and adjustment to the regulator.
Timepiece Network transformed my daily workhorse into a more precise functional piece of art. The result is simply beautiful.

I was in the market for a new watch for my colleection and had my eye on the Longines Master Collection Quadruple Retrograde MoonPhase on Steel bracelet (L2.739.4.71.6)
I started my search for a good Authorized Dealer (AD) and had went to a couple of in DTLA and was about to buy from Feldmar Watch Co. in LA, but decided to call up one more AD listed on Longine’s site and ended up calling Timepiece Network just to be sure I was getting the best deal. I ended up talking to Vartan, and he was very pleasant, candid, and honest during our conversation with respect to what I said I was looking for, and that really stuck with me. He didn’t bad mouth the other AD’s like some others might to get the business, and he was very competitive with his pricing. When I finally went in to pick up the timepiece, he happened to be out that day, but Irene was very helpful, and was able to take care of me. No hassles, no hard sell, or up-​sell, which I appreciated a lot since I new exactly what I was looking for already. I was a very happy camper!
Fast forward a week, and I was back at the dealer because I noticed an issue with the watch. I was concerned that they were going to have to send it to the Longines service center in Switzerland, and I was going to be without it for quite awhile, but since they had an in-​house repair shop, they told me they’ll take a look at it first, and if they can’t fix it, they’ll send it to the Longines service center.
Enter Vahram, the gentleman that runs the repair & service side of the house for TPN and I think one of the owners of the shop as well, and an all around nice person. He greeted me with a smile, and we talked about my watch. After a very short period of time he came back with it working perfectly! It turned out to be just a minor adjustment that did the trick. We chatted for a bit after that, and he complimented me on my choice in timepiece. I was out of there even more satisfied with their customer service. But not before I decided to buy a nice leather strap while I was waiting for my watch! The strap was a little more than some of the dealers I had been to for the same strap, but I honestly didn’t mind paying a bit more for having such a great overall customer service experience!
If only they carried the Panerai GMT that I am eying next, I would totally purchase it from them if I could!

Brought my Rolex for service, the quote was not bad considering it is a service for a Rolex. They said they polish the watch with service, I was very reluctant to having it polished because Ive seen bad polishing work. But they convinced me to trust them, so I did.
About 10 days after, I picked up the watch. It looked amazing, the work they did was great. And the price was even better.

I don’t have a habit of writing review for places BUT Timepiece Network exceptional customer service was beyond good that I feel I’m obligated to write one for them.
I was just window shopping and walk into their store without an intention to buy a watch. I dress super casual (pretty much T-​shirt and short) on that day, but from the get go moment that I’m in their store, the kind people at Timepiece treated me with the utmost respect, like I was one of their old customer. I ask to try out all kind of watches, from low end to high end, and they are extremely patience and put up with my request from the get go. All of my questions were answer with great knowledge from the sale clerk, you can pretty much tell these people really know their watches.
I end up buying one of their watch that day and to my surprise, not only does the service is great but their price also beyond exceptional as well. As an Authorize Dealer, the price that Timepiece quote me was almost in the range of those in the Grey Market on the internet, I was shock. I have been to a couple other Authorize Dealer for watches, and they usually barely make much of a discount on their collection with the excuse they are Authorize Dealer so their price are close to retail msrp. Anyway, after paying and wrapping up my receipt, the salesclerk even throw in a compliment free hat to go with my new watch.
Overall amazing experience. Will definitely return here in the future to buy more watches. Highly recommended

This store is amazing. It’s bright and clean and they’re very friendly as soon as you walk in the door. I had to replace batteries on three watches and had been searching for a while for someone who could pressure test a Tag that wouldn’t have to send it away. They pressure tested both my Tags and a bang around watch. The prices were very reasonable. In fact, the bang around watches stopped working as soon as the battery was put in. They checked it, cleaned it and made it operational again and didn’t charge any more to do this. I was blown away.
When I am ready to make another watch purchase, this is the place to go to. They showed me some Oris watches I had been looking for and offered a great price «when I was ready».

These guys are always Pleasure to work with. Armen, his Dad, and brothers run this place and I always get exceptional service.
I have bought a few higher end watches from them and always pleased with pricing, never felt that I was taken advantage of.
I just picked up my watch I brought in for repair, and I was qouted 2 prices $ 60 or $ 120. I was called and told it would only by $ 60 love the honesty in small businesses like this.

This is a very well kept store with an excellent selection of watches and superb customer service.
I needed my Rado battery replaced, and this was one of the few places in the area that was certified by Rado.
From start to finish, I was blown away by their professionalism, fair prices, and one year battery warranty. I was in and out in 15 minutes.
