Karen fixed the cracked screen and dead battery on my iPhone 6 for a great, low price. He fixed it in record time too! I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes, unlike other places where they take 1 – 2 hours. There was a small hiccup with the Touch ID scanner not working afterwards and Karen said he’ll check it out and fix it at no charge. Unfortunately, he was unable to fix it, but he did recommend that I restore my phone. I restored my phone and the Touch ID scanner works again! I highly recommend that you take your broken phones to Karen for a quick and inexpensive fix. I am a 100% satisfied customer and I will (knock on wood) take all future repairs to him. Thank you Karen!

I was down the street having lunch when I dropped and shattered my phone. Quick look at Unilocal and realized this place was a block away. Took it in and it was all fixed within 5 min. While I was there I picked up a case with a tempered glass protector. I would highly recommend. Fast and excellent service.

This place was highly recommended to me. But I still had my doubts (since I’ve heard horrible stories about replacing screens like at the mall) but my screen to my iPhone 6 was completely cracked so it was either give it a try or get a new phone. I’m sad to say but I recently contacted Zone Repair about fixing an iPhone 5. I found an ad on craigslist with a deal for the lcd and screen replacement. When getting quoted they told me $ 120! What the f*ck lol. I set them a screen shot of the ad online and they never replied! I called Fast Fix phone repair on victory in Burbank and they did it for $ 85! Make sure you get multiple quotes from other places because there are cheaper places in the area!!!

You can believe all the other 5 star reviews. Karen not only replaced my iphone 6 screen, but also replaced the missing internal screws that the last place (on Melrose) left out when they replaced my screen 6 months ago. The Melrose place took over an hour, Karen took about 10 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

So I went to sprint to get a new phone because my iPhone 6 was officially unusable, it just displayed a rainbow of colors and the only way to make calls was threw Siri.
The sprint guy took me to this iPhone repair shop down the street, and he literally fixed my entire iPhone in 10 mins right in front of me for 120.
Might I add the fucken «geniuses» as they call themselves at Apple told me it was going to cost about 250 to 300 dollars to fix and about 2 business days. Fuck them.

Super fast and friendly. My broken iPhone screen was fixed in 15 minutes and they were having a weekend deal, so I got it cheaper than expected! Very efficient little shop! I don’t know how parking is for others, but I ride a motorcycle, so parking wasn’t an issue. Would definitely go back again if needed.

I recently thrashed my iPhone while riding my motorcycle. Not only did the screen completely shatter, the LCD screen under it was also cracked. It looked so bad that I honestly thought of just dumping it. The problem was that I hadn’t backed up my phone and had so many pics of my daughter that I decided to look into possible repair.
I researched craigslist and found a link to this place. What I noticed right away was that it had a Unilocal account. I communicated with Karen which is the owner and headed out to Burbank to have him look at the phone.
His prices are awesome and that’s because he doesn’t have the overhead of rent for a location or employees. This is his place of residence. Karen greeted me at the gate and looked at my phone. As he was inspecting the phone I asked, «is it fixable?» He smiled and said 10 minutes.
I wasn’t there longer than 5 minutes and he was done. New oem glass and LCD. $ 65! Are u fkn kidding me. This guy is bad ass! I not only uploaded all my apps and pics, I sold the phone in 1 day for $ 240 lol. I really was just going to throw this phone away.
I have since had Karen replace the screen on a broken iPad Air that I had sitting in a plastic bag for 7 months. That cost $ 80! He only needed that for 45 min. So people, instead of getting ripped off by those kiosks at the mall that just steal your $$. Give Karen a call and you’ll be glad you did. Great prices, good quality parts and friendly service.
He accepts credit cards for a $ 2 fee. There is also a coupon on Unilocal to help you save a little extra. He is completely trustworthy too. I’ve left several items over night paid in full and picked them up the next day.
