After several unsuccessful attempts to contact a listing agent on a property on their cell phone, I decided to contact the listing office. A girl by the name of Marine answered the phone and I explained how frustrated I was that this particular agent was not answering her phone or returning my calls. The way Marine handled my frustration and the whole situation blew me away. She went out of her way to contact the listing agent herself and had the listing agent call me right away. She then called me back shortly after to follow up with me to see if I ever got in contact with the listing agent. I just want to say Marine, thank you for the awesome customer service, and for your awesome sense of humor. I definitely look forward to closing a deal with you guys.
