Long overdue review here, but, since I can’t sleep at the moment. Here goes. I endured a solid one year process of implant installation with Dr. Shirvani that was truly amazing. All I can tell you is, my wife and I were having difficulty getting pregnant and once Dr. Shirvani got that missing tooth back in my mouth (perfectly, I might add), we were pregnant within the month. No guarantee this will happen to you, but hey, it worked for us. Seriously though, I have sent other people to this kind man (and staff) and I they have never disappointed. Love Jane at the front desk, and that tall thin guy who cleans my teeth! (I can never remember his name, but, nice young man!). The wife and I are big fans of Dr. Shirvani and his amazing staff. We will be back!

I usually never write reviews but he NEEDS to be praised and if you are searching for a dentist, HE IS IT! Like myself 2 years ago (thank you Unilocalers for sharing your wonderful experience) I found him in hopes he would take away my SEVERE fear.
I had a jaw surgery many years ago and ever since then my entire mouth is very sensitive and I am scared every time I have to get something done. And I’m talking, turning into a 5 year old, crying and shaking, scared! (Not trying to be funny).
I now have had 4 crowns done by Dr. Shirvani. 2 of the teeth unfortunately needed a root-​canal :(He was so honest to send me to a root specialist (another GREAT place, Rootvision Endo Glendale) because it was a complicated job.
After many visits, multiple procedures, it is safe to say, not ONCE was I in pain!!! Not when he cut down my teeth, when the new crowns came on, fixing the root canals. Nothing.
I can not put in words how grateful I am for this office. His entire staff, especially his receptionist, are so sweet, accommodating and welcoming!
Dare I say, I might actually look forward to my next visit??? Yes, I did just say that!
GO HERE. Seriously.

Caring, helping, lovable, gentle, smart, reliable, uplifting, comfortable, HOPEFUL… there aren’t enough words that can describe Dr Shirvani and his staff because in all honesty, they are so much and more! This is the ONLY dentist I refer EVERYONE to! I’ve had several dental emergencies and they’ve always came thru and have never turned their backs away. My family and I drive 45 miles PLUS just to be seen by Dr Shirvani and his staff!

Michael is very knowledgeable and has a really good hand. I could not feel any pain when he apply the anesthesia! It was really incredible!
I’ve had a lot of dentists throughout my life, and had a lot of bad experiences, but now I feel like I have found a really good dentist! One who cares… And that, is really important!

There are no proper words to explain how much I and my family and friends are satisfied and happy with Dr. Shirvani!!! I normally do not write reviews but my and my families experience with Dr. Shirvani and his office completely warranted it!!! Upon rave reviews from a co-​worker I decided to try his office out, I have never had such a wonderful experience at a dental office as I did at Dr. Shirvani’s office. He really takes the time to get to know his patients, and meet all their dental needs, and explains all the detials of the needs. He answers all questions you have, he is extremely honest and sincere about what he does. You can tell he loves his work, and his patients come first. The office is immaculate which I am very particular about. His office staff is SUPER friendly and make you feel completely at ease. When I go to their office I feel like I’m visiting friends instead of having dental work done because of the atmosphere of the office, the wonderful staff and of course Dr. Shirvani himself!!! My husand has really bad anxiety he has never been able to comfortable go to the dentist and have a complete procdure done, and would avoid going. Dr. Shirvani is the first dentist that my husband has been able to go to and sit through complete procedures without any issues or even a drop of sweat breaking. Dr. Shirvani was extremely comforting, patient, understanding and accomadating to all his needs. I was completely in shock that my husband was able to sit through a procedure and we credit it all to the professionalism of Dr, Shirvani and his staff. We have since recomended Dr. Shirvani to others and everyone has had equally great experiences, and thanked us for it! We highly reccomend Dr. Shirvani!!!

This was my first time at Dr. Shirvani’s office and it was great! He’s well knowledgable and his work is clean. The entire staff was welcoming and pleasant. Going to the dentist is not so pleasant, so to be taken care of by such a nice Dentist was simply wonderful.

I have severe virtigo! for those of you unfamiliar with this condition it is when you get sudden dizziness sometimes to a point of nausea & vomiting due to ear fluid imbalance; it happens usually when you tilt your head in any direction other than your usual upright poses. Needless to say you can probably picture me on the dental chair in a supine position head lowed toward the floor… and because of this I avoid going to the dentist unless it is an absolute necessity!!! I can’t believe how comforting and accommodating Dr. Shirvani & his wonderful staff have been during all my visits. I have had all my detailed questions & concerns addressed by the front desk staff and the doctor himself has been nothing short of professional and simply amazing. I have recommended this carring, knowledgeable and ethical dental office to my mom and brother and his wife, whom all had a similar experience.

I hope that Dr. Shirvani is reading the reviews, because this is about his RECEPTIONIST and how unprofessional she behaves with his patients. I just got off the phone with the RECEPTIONIST in his office and to my amazement received the rudest conversation from her. After she sent me an email with brief explanation of the cost of my crowns, I called her to find out about the type of crown that she priced for me and the extra charges that she added. As soon as I asked about the type of the crown I felt that she was hostile (actually I felt that the first time that I walked in to the office few weeks back. such a character…) Apparently, patients and their treatment is not as important to her and this office as the fee is, to let a person like J… handle the patients. I asked what type of crown and she told me the same thing that she wrote in her email and when I asked about the post (what it is and what is it for and do I need it?) she said yes and added «this is the way we do crowns and you have a choice to find another office to do it differently». When I asked about the extra $ 100.00 charge for each crown and what they were for (because I am not a dentist nor am I working in dentist office to know about the charges and since, I pay for it I need to know if, as usual they want to over-​charge me for something that I don’t need, like deep cleaning that most dentists tell you that you need to do before anything else because, patients have to pay for it out of pocket and is not covered by the insurance). At this point she got even more nervous and told me that it is an extra porcelain that they put on for extra protection and that is the way they do it and if I don’t want it I can go to another dentist (as if it is her decision). When I asked her why she keeps telling me to go another dentist and is upset, very rudely she hung up on me.
I haven’t even had a treatment with this dentist yet. By his recommendation I went to a specialist (Dr. Davoodian, in Burbank for root canal. I can’t say enough about this dentist and his staff. What a professional, nice spoken, good mannered people and very clean office. As I was saying, I am not sure what relationship J… has with the dentist (except that to me she is JUST a receptionist), but whatever it is, she is full of herself and dares to talk rude to the patients. (I wonder where she is from and who she thinks she is? good thing she is not the dentist). (I am sorry to say Another RUDE Armenian that I had to deal with in this town…)
I don’t know about Dr. Shirvani because J… the receptionist never gave me chance to find out if he is a good dentist or not, therefore, unfortunately, I can’t recommend him or his office, unless you want to deal with the most unprofessional, selfish and rude person that you will have to see first before seeing the dentist.
After all said, I wish her good luck in her profession if it lasts and advise her to go back to school (if she hasn’t been in one) and learn how to become a good and professional receptionist and most of all how to talk to people.

Dr. Shirvani and the office staff have been so great to my family and I. We have been going to him for 5years now. His work is clean and just perfect. He is good both with adults and kids. I recommend him for all your dental care!

After having 1 bad experience after another with dentists, Dr Shirvani was a miracle find. They are very accommodating with schedule changes and his office was able to schedule me an appt immediately. After having gone to 1 dentist who wouldn’t put a crown on my tooth after a different dentist had already done the prep, Dr S was extremely kind and didn’t instill the fears the dentist prior had. I’ll definitely go to him for all my dental needs!

He got me in last minute for a deep cleaning and consultation on a crown. He was very informative and professional. I am going back in 2 days to start my crown work. I would recommend Dr. Shirvani very highly.

I would highly recommend anyone to go to Michael Shirvani for any dental care needs. Their office is incredible… both the staff and the doctor are very professional. They provide the best dental care to all patients. Trust me you won’t regret it. I was always dreading to go to the dentist before but now I dont even think about it twice.
