The college application seemed overwhelming… So many colleges, so many applications, so many deadlines! Anne and Marian were phenomenal. They met with my daughter several times helping her pick the right schools that fit her interests and that she could potentially get into. They were always available to meet in person or chat on the phone or via e mail. They helped my daughter not only pick the schools to apply to, but also helped her coming up with essay ideas and edited her essays. Anne and Marian are passionate about colleges and they make the process manageable. We highly recommend them.

As a single dad of a teenage daughter approaching the end of her high school career with aspirations of going on to college; plus a very heavy work schedule of my own, I wondered how I was going to have the knowledge and time to make sure Sammy picked the right school and fulfilled all the requirements it takes these days to make all of this happen. (When I went to school many many years ago, it was quite different.) At the beginning of her Junior year in HS, we started going to college prep meetings. My head was swimming with all the info that was being handed out. That is when we met Anne and Marion, and Navigatio. I didn’t really know there were such services available. I decided to talk to them and see what they offered. Thank goodness I did. Anne and Marion took the bull by the horns, met with Sammy for several hours and found out what she wanted to do. They returned with a lengthy list of schools they thought she might like. They were very helpful and flexible with all their advice and information. This really took a load off a very busy dad, me, and I felt very comfortable when they spoke with me or Sammy.
After working with Sammy for several months with the application and essay process, Sammy applied to six schools and was accepted by all of them (one was on a wait list, but accepted all the same). Beginning this fall, she will be attending the University of Kansas and is very excited.
I would recommend Anne and Marion at Navigatio to any parent that is going through getting a child enrolled in college. They put much time in visiting and researching colleges and universities all over our great country. They strived to make this process much easier for me and Sammy and I am sure they will do the same thing for you.

Marian Motz and Anne Morris Vogel are the best College Consultants I know. They are truly passionate about helping their students find the colleges that are best for them. Marion and Anne spend countless hours visiting colleges and staying current on all things related to college admissions, which makes them incredible resources for the families they serve. They even use the Strong Interest Inventory to help guide students’ academic plans and activities during the college years. (When you’re investing so much time and money in a good education, it’s important to know what you want to do when you graduate!)

Ann and Marion not only helped us to navigate what is a very complex and stressful process they nailed the right school for my daughter. The match they made which was an instinctual and researched match after spending several hours interviewing my daughter was perfect. Not only did she get accepted my daughter is «happier than she has ever been in her life»…her words… this from a child who really didn’t enjoy school and thought of not going to college at all! The choice was so successful several of my daughter’s friends followed her and this was a school we had no awareness of at all. We have just started working together with my younger daughter. I don’t normally write reviews but my daughter and I had such a good experience working with Anne Vogel at Navigatio College Consulting that I wanted share it with everyone! My daughter was really having a hard time focusing on what schools and major she should choose and Anne took a lot of time to help her narrow her decisions and to help her take steps to prepare for getting into the college she wanted.
