Robert was very attentive and helpful with the LG washing machine leaking issue I called in for repair. He was willing to clean up the stains left behind by the leak. He did not hesitate to offer to come back out again for any other issues that I might have.

Robert did an excellent job on servicing my washer /​dryer after 5 years of no maintenance. He came on a Sunday afternoon (same day as call) without any additional charges.
I would strongly recommend him with his reasonable fees, and his work ethic as well.

Robert was referred by a friend when our Kenmore dryer wasn’t heating up. Sears didn’t have an appt for 2 weeks. Robert came out the next day & diagnosed the problem. Great service!

My washer was making an awful sound so I held my phone over it while I was talking with Robert. He knew by the sound that the transmission went bad and we made an appointment for him to come by the next day.
He showed up on-​time and with the appropriate part. He fixed the dryer in less than 15 minutes and it came with a warranty. He’s a nice guy, cleans up after himself, explains the issues at hand, and then is off on his way to the next job.
I will not hesitate to use him again or refer him to friends and family.

Robert is a honest hard working repairman who is licensed and Authorized Repair for LG and most appliances including Washer/​Dryer Refrigerator, A/​C and Stoves. This is the second time we’ve used his services and he is excellent. He is dedicated and detail oriented. HANDS DOWN, THE BEST SERVICE. Recently, I lost both my Refridgerator and Dryer on the same day. I had a guy come out for the dryer who was great and referred me to Robert, the refridgerator guy. He came out after hours, which was great for me, since I work later hours. He did not charge me a trip fee. He looked at my problem and said he could fix it no problem. He would have to come back the following day with all the parts and would be at my house at the same time the following day. I gave him a check for part of it and the next day he was at my house at the exact time he said he would be. He fixed it for a reasonsable rate and now my $ 1600 fridge is brand new for $ 320 with warranty. I have two small children and was in a bind and he was willing to work with me on the price and work with payments if I needed. Robert, also works on Washers/​Dryers, HVAC and of course refridgeration. I can’t say enough about this business. The customer service, the quality, honesty, reliability. Robert is owner and operator of this company and he is what we all seek out when we are in need of good service and quality.
