It’s panda. It’s like every other Panda Express. Food is the same, quick service and mediocre friendliness of staff.

If you’ve ever worked in customer service, you’ve dealt with difficult customers, and my visit to this Panda Express is proof of that. A customer in front of me ordered a 2 item combo, but got 3 items instead. Enter«Kristina,» who attempted to clarify the discrepancy during a lunch hour rush, which left the customer taking advantage of the situation, as he couldn’t seem to clarify what had occurred during the order process. Eventually, the customer made his way to the cashier and insisted he not be charged for the extra item, despite having the earlier advantage of having it removed. My guess is he ordered 3 items and was like, «I only ordered 2, so only charge me for 2,» but I could be wrong. Anyways, he gets to the cash register and has a meltdown, which prompts the line to stop, as they attempt to scoop out the 3rd item. «No, make it over,» the customer demands. In the end, Kristina was super professional and never faltered during both interactions with the customer, and having worked in the hospitality industry for years, I can tell you it’s not a skill everyone possesses, but she does. Kudos, Kristina, and keep up the great work!

As a long time fan of Panda Express I stopped by to get some lunch… Long counter with about 8 – 9 people standing there. How about an «Order Here» sign to help customers know where to stand in line. How about friendly service(or at least not dripping with attitude) waited 5minutes only to discover that I wasn’t standing in the right place. Since I was on my ½ hour lunch 5minutes is too long to try to cipher the protocol for ordering food. Left without food and had to skip lunch today. Pissed!!! If this is a franchise, it should be pulled, if it’s a company store management should be bounced on their collective backsides. Each and every surly one. I have never had call to review a PE express before cause it’s never AWESOME, usually acceptable and now it’s permanently Paul-free. There’s no shortage of competition and clearly no one’s watching or maybe they just don’t care .GOELSEWHERE

Stopped by for a bowl through the drive thru. There was no wait time, however after ordering a bowl and paying and extra 1.49 for shrimp this is what I got, a lousy 5 shrimps. Really Panda? Not only do I pay extra for my side but I really feel robbed.

Super mal mal mal servicio del cajero rafael, mala actitud, grosero, despota, no creo que ese tipo de cajeros sea conveniente para panda.

I just wanted to thank the employees at this store for their hard work, friendliness, and amazing service! At first I was a bit skeptical to cater from Panda but they’ve definitely changed my opinion of them. My catering order was for 25 – 30 people and the food was fresh and delicious for the entire length of our party. The trays, utensils, and serveware that were provided also made our party look very beautiful and professional!

They get it. Clean. Drive through. Happy employees. Hot and fresh food. Good joint The drive through is the best honestly. I get Kung pao, terrayaki chicken, beef and broccoli, half chow men and fried rice. Foods fresh. Lot of employees. Best and more progressive Panda around.

Terrible service, avoid this location! Went through the drive-thru and several entrée items were not available. Jessica was working the drive-thru, she asked us if we wanted to try the new«firecracker chicken». When we said yes she replied, «Oh we don’t have it right now, do you want to wait 7min for it?» Are you serious?! Offer items that are not available?! We opted for Beijing beef, again NOTAVAILABLE! Was told by Jessica to wait 5min for Beijing Beef. We waited for over 5min went back to order and was told that the item was not available by a different person working the drive-thru! They never even cooked it! So, here we are going into an over 20min drive thru visit and still no food and again told to wait 5min for them to cook Beijing Beef. When we asked to speak to a manager they stopped responding from the intercom. Low and behold the person working the drive-thru WAS the manager, Ian. Way to set an example Ian, ignoring customers that’s nice. This location is a joke!!! Go elsewhere.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Horrible customer service(manager with an attitude), they skimp on the food, are slow and bathrooms are gross. First time I came it was gross and wanted to give them a second chance but now this is my second and last time here. Don’t get me wrong I LOVE Panda Express… just NOT this one

On the drive thru line and everything will be a 5 – 7 minute wait. I say«forget it, I’ll go somewhere else.» What do they neglect to tell me? The guy in front of me is sitting there for 10 minutes, trapping me anyway. Fail.

Ordered a plate at their drive-through. Turns out they forgot to put a full entrée in the plate, which I didn’t realize until I got home and looked. I call them to ask what my options are. I get over ten minutes of a run around as they switch the phone between each other and ask me to repeat myself over… and over… and over. Finally, they tell me that I have to come all the way back to replace the plate, and they won’t refund anything — not even just the plate itself — despite the inconvenience. Yeah, no. I wish I checked this place’s Unilocal reviews first. Serves me right for wanting fast food on Christmas Day, I guess: P

My chow mein is dryer than Hay, my freaking teeth hurt from chewing. The girl at the drive thru brushed me off, didn’t even care to listen to what I wanted to order. I got no soy sauce, not hot sauce with my order and a flat soda with 3 cubes of melted ice. Make sure to check your bag when they hand you the food. If I had a horse, it would be one happy horsey today, since im not a horse and acutely enjoy fresh food ingredients guess I Will never got back here!!!

Always good. But I don’t recommend the drive thru — you can’t see how fresh the items are. You are basically ordering blind. They still have the best orange chicken hands down.

Panda Express is the bomb. There orange chicken is great. The reason I give this place 4 stars is because This place is always crowded and takes to long.

The worst Panda Express! I found a dead bug in my bowl. Don’t eat here they obviously don’t check the food they are handing out to their customers and is completely unsanitary. This location needs to be shut down.

Came by couple days ago, I haven’t had panda in forever. The food was delicious. The chow mein is like crack. I been getting a large side to go along with my 2 entrée plate recently. Just hit up the express tonight too. They have a drive thru and are located in a shopping center that attracts a lot of business. This keeps the food fresh and dishes being restocked often. I also really like their sign that says made with real fresh veggies daily(; that peace of mind ya know?

Lunch time was busy. I got 2x two item combos with drinks and extra bottled waters. They were out of fried rice, so I had to wait extra minutes to get some and that’s when they messed up my order. First item of each box wasn’t what I asked(they just put whatever while I was waiting for the rice) and the noodle wasn’t cooked fully(it was like crackers). I asked why and the guy said he can start new orders in new boxes but it will take extra minutes… Finally, there were no folks and napkins in the bag when I opened it later.

This Panda Express has the funniest reviews because it’s true. I think I’ve wrote on here before of how much they suck. They suck so much it surprises me how they are still open for business lol. I went and I got 2 separate orders, she took my money and didn’t give my change back I looked at her like«where’s my money?» she acted like she wasn’t gonna keep it herself they’re known to keep your change as a tip for them. anyways she shoved the food in my face both of them and they were flipped so it would have spilled, it was some white worker with major lipstick on I wish i got her name. What pisses me off is how the ALWAYS try to keep your change back its like hello we notice we need money back we are not dumb. The manager needs to step the f*ck up and tell their coworkers to start working and not play around!

Listen to the reviews; it’s on point. Workers could care less. Twice I’ve waited in the drive thru just to be ignored at the window. Thought they were busy but Jonathan the cashier was messing around with his co-workers. Almost forgot to give me my change and dropped the coins when he shoved it through my window without looking at me. Thanks, dude. My hot and sour soup tastes like someone dropped a vat of black pepper in it. Also gave me no sauce for my spring rolls. Nearby Wendy’s beats this horrible Panda any day.

3.5 stars. Your typical Panda/fast food drive through. Better than the Bob Hope Airport one, though. Before you drive off, check your bag while you’re still at the window. Literally 5 times out of 10, there’s GOING to be something missing, so save yourself the hassle. Service is hit and miss. Sometimes great, sometimes not. Whatever, it’s Panda. I’m definitely a fan, but there are a lot of things that could use some improvement. Reliability is a big one. That being said, I heart most things on the menu. :) Shrimp. Yuuum. Yes. Cream cheese rangoon. Ummyummnommm. I used to like their pork, but they don’t have it anymore, darn it. They’re also always out of the string bean chicken. Fish is on the menu right now, never available though. Everything’s way fresher than typical fast food Chinese, though. Now give me a damn fortune cookie!!! :P
