I love this store!!! All the employees are awesome! My son loves it too!

This store has a vintage/​retro atmosphere, which I loved! Yes some of their stuff is pricey (some dresses go up to almost $ 40) but there are things that are not available in every store. It’s a very unique place and I happened to go in when they had 40% off, which was amazing but the only downfall is that none of the items were refundable. The customer service was ok for me and they really tried their best to help me in the dressing rooms.

HORRIBLE customer service. They don’t honor holds, don’t return calls and are unbelievably condescending and rude. The sales/​coupons they offer on social media are NOT accepted consistently and they’ll talk to you like YOU’RE the stupid one when the employees often have no idea what’s going on.
They are NOT helpful at all. Very catty and bitchy. I asked for help finding a sweater and was told it was sold out without the sales girl, Jen, even bothering to look. A few seconds later, I found a rack filled with what I was looking for. The one thing they have going for them is the unique merchandise, but most of the time, you can find what they carry online at Modcloth or similar sites. Do yourself a favor and DON’T SHOP HERE.

Geraldine the ASM is rude and disrespectful! they were chit chating cursing during on the clock hours and I didn’t mind til she went to my sisters husband in a rude tone he couldn’t take pictures of his wife! be fair you and your 2 other female employees used profanity and sexual comments on the clock on front of my 5 yr old brother! and we didn’t mind and ignored til you said «I’M SORRY YOU CAN’T DO THAT HERE!» in a rude and unprofessional tone.

Very angry! I love this store and drove from studio city to grab a piece for a costume that they sell separately. The last piece was on a mannequin and the girl told me I had to buy the entire costume in order to get that piece. I tried on costume and it didn’t fit me well and realized that all the pieces were parts they had put together from the store all pieces were about $ 30. I thought that was ridiculous because I wanted 10 $ maleficent horns. I asked the girl that helped me if she could please let me know if they get more in before Halloween and the Asian manager., I’m guessing that’s who she was blurted out that’s the last of them we aren’t getting more. In a horrible tone! She was also the one that told her I needed to buy all of the pieces they put on the mannequin in order to get the costume. She’s very rude and I over heard her being rude to many other costumers in there. She worked the shift yesterday 10÷24÷15. The store is great but you have the wrong manager in there. Worst tone and attitude!!!

This place was great I loved the fact they had variety of different pieces of clothing and accessories. Seeing plus size is actually nice also. It is worth the drive to go visit the store. Great customer service

I love the idea of the store, it’s if retro had a fling with whatever is trendy now. I love their cute little odd gifts (that usually has witty or vulgar written across on it)
As for the clothes, it’s either a hit or miss. Sometimes you’ll find something and sometimes you won’t. Some items are ridiculously over priced and others fairly. (You see where I’m going with this)
The staff their is helpful but not overly pushy helpful that just annoys customers.
None the less, This store is worth a try, so go on and look!

I absolutely LOVE this store. It is amazing. It has TONS vintage style clothes (mostly 1950s-​esque). Its a VERY colorful store too. If you’re looking for some different types of patterned dresses, this is the place to go. I even came across a dinosaur print and a bicycle print dress. It purses similar to what you would find in spencers. It’s like the perfect mix of punk and pop. They have a small selection when it comes to shoes. The saleswomen there have always been very kind and helpful. I just hate the location. Parking at the burbank mall isn’t exactly easy.

They have a vintage edge to the store which always attack my eye. Sometimes I wish their stuff fitted me better, or maybe I am just weird. I love their follow selection for suspenders and tights. They also have neat costumes during halloween season so go check it out. Their prices are reasonable and their quality on material have gone up since the last time I visited. I enjoy seeing the different patterns for socks and junk. No refund policy so if you can do try on before buying.

Love this store! Ever since they changed management a few years ago, their products have gone up in quality in terms of selection and variety. At first glance it seems like the store appeals mostly to people looking for costume/​rave attire but in addition to that they also have a lot of other brands.
I love vintage-​inspired/​pin-​up style clothing and Sidecca carries many of my favorite brands such as Hell Bunny, Sourpuss, Lux De Ville, Folter/​Retrolicious, Ixia, and Rock Steady. I have found items from these brands here for a lot less than elsewhere, and I always check out clothes I have an eye on at Sidecca before purchasing (usually for more) online.
I have membership at Shapes Brow Bar so I visit this mall often, and unfortunately for my wallet, I always stop by Sidecca. They bring new clothes/​styles almost every week and I can’t resist checking out what’s new every time! The girls working here are super friendly and helpful, I’ve even asked them for outfit advice! The prices are fair and can range from $ 15 to the upper $ 100s (depending on the item and the brand). I also love their selection of accessories; they have a variety of belts, fun shaped sunglasses, quirky socks, statement jewelry, and lots of cute wallets and handbags (I recently purchased what’s now my most favorite bag ever, a vintage black and white kisslock bag from Sourpuss!). They also have a lot of kitschy items that make for unique gift additions!
The only downside is that they don’t do refunds, only store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. But since their prices tend to be lower, it makes sense I guess?

after sending this review to sideccas customer service i got a message back from adriana who im assuming is the owner. she got me in for a second time and im so happy i went in. the two girls who helped me out this time were so different than the first two girls that didnt help me. they were so sweet and so attentive. im in love with this store all over again! thank you adriana! and thank you to the girls who helped me i think her name was jen. you guys are awesome

Sidecca is really the place to go to if you want some really cutesy-​colorful clothes. Very few times have I ever left the store without buying something! The quality can range from pretty good to sort of cheap, but it’s fair to more-​than-​fair for the price.
The employees are always very polite; they offer to hold the stuff you’re buying behind the counter while you browse the rest of the store.
The store itself seems very clean and well organized. What’s a bit confusing is that you can find a cute dress for ~$ 20, then another one for up to $ 80 (very few, though). It’s one of my favorite stores!

Cool store, but they don’t take returns. Bought an outfit for an upcoming musical festival and it ended up not fitting me. Can’t return it, so I basically just wasted $$ and have to try and sell it on Craigslist… what a pain in the ass.

If you need bright colorful clothing, accessories for stage, items that can be used for a variety of dance productions or just a funky, trendy piece that you really don’t want to drop a wad of cash for (since it is a trendy item)… Sidecca is the place to go. Recently when the weather was so cold that I wanted to dance in my Uggs, I knew I needed to get leg warmers. I was able to get them at Sidecca. I needed a beaded bra for a performance and didn’t have time to order it or drive to another city… Sidecca had it. They also carry Loungefly items, if you happen to be a fan of that brand. I am.
They also have an abundance of leggings, tank tops and tshirts in all colors at a great price.

Sidecca is my place to go when i need inexpensive, no smear-​eyeliner, quirky & fashionable accessories, nerdy tops, or colorful clothes that scream, «LOOK AT ME!» (good for parties/​raves) they also have toned down, sophisticated tops and dresses that are affordable and super cute! the staffers offer excellent customer service and I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy small gifts as well because they always have tons of sale items ($ 10 and less!)

I wanna thank the good ladies of Sidecca for being really great to me. I had a job as wardrobe assist for a music video, and I needed some sexy outfits for six dancers in a major hurry. I was in and out of this place with buys and returns and exchanges about six times in 4 hours; each time the entire staff was incredibly helpful and kind. When the final purchase required two more tops than they had in stock, they called and reserved them at another location for me right quick.
Thanks girls. You were the best part of an insane day.

This store to me boarders on 2.5−3 stars. I like the fact that it has retro-​inspired and psychobilly stuff. I hate the fact that this means girls who have no idea about psychobilly can rock certain things and claim shit (yeah, I’m a hater. Haters gonna hate. Whatevs) and also that shit can be either really cheap and tacky looking — or super fucking expensive.
Case in point: I LOVED the small-​business wallets. They were $ 19, obviously not mass produced, and had the cutest sailor, tattoo, etc patterns. However I hated the $ 72 bathing suits. Cute? fuck yes. I’d rock that shit. But honestly — $ 72. It’s a bit much! And by a bit I mean that’s like a week of work for me — if work is slow. I can’t be spending that shit on a bathing suit. Also, some of the tank tops just seemed very over priced. I loved some of the graveyard ones. But $ 30 — fuck girl. You think I’m made of money. Letterman jackets were fairly priced ($ 26) but they looked small as shit. I’m a gorda — put some stretch in that shit. Red leopard sweater = WANT! $ 30 = my phonebill for the fucking month! I also really want that Bride of Frankenstein psychobilly glittery bag they had hanging high on the wall. Why was it on the top? I wanted to see the price, but I’m a cheap bitch and was scared to ask. It’s probably because at 22 it’s still probably WAY OUT OF MY FUCKING PRICE RANGE.
Some of the jewelry seemed excessively cheap — yet I still wanted it. Good marketing. I love staches. It’s due to my George Parros fantasies.
The staff was friendly, they helped my friend find a certain badge she was looking for. I agree with Beth, it’s total Hot Topic + Forever 21.
I want to love this store. .. but I can’t.

The cute, retro-​inspired swimwear in Sidecca’s window displays drew me to them. This store seemed different than most juniors’ clothing stores, and while I felt too old at first, I became more intrigued the more I explored.
Walking in, I was bombarded by loud colors, t-​shirts with cutesy graphics, pretty dresses that I might actually wear, and TONS of adorable knick-​knacks and accessories (Helloooooo Kitty!). What’s kind of even more awesome are the low-​prices. They have everything you’d need from cute daily wearables to putting a wacky costume together to gift-​giving.

I used to love this store when it first made it’s arrival into Burbank’s town center a few years back. You see, this place pops with bright colors and funk that catches your eye from across the mall via the store window front. They got many jeans o’ color and it’s at a reasonable rate and they fit decently on anyone.
I can’t give it more than three-​stars however because throughout the years, and after my initial fiendish-​buying at this store, I’ve experienced Sidecca clothing lacking quality in terms of long lasting. It’s great for funding your closet, but for longevity, then perhaps it’s safe to say that you can’t expect Sidecca’s wear to be at your side after a few washes, without losing it’s vibrant colors and/​or seams.
Despite this, I still give it three-​stars because it’s a cute one stop, if not, for browsing.
