Worst Experience, the barista did my drink wrong and I asked«britney» to do it for me again, she gave me attitude and asked me what was wrong with my drink, I explained to her that my drink didn’t taste good and she rolled her eyes at me and said«that wasn’t question, what do you want me to do? make you another drink» Really bad service!!!

A one star review is too generous for what I experienced at this location. First of all, I have visited this location many times in the past and in all those visits I have experienced exceptional customer services from the wonderful staff that works there. However, the same could not be said on my last visit. My orders usually vary from the original recipe so I try to make sure that my order is correct from the get go with the cashier. I had ordered two venti iced coffees, both of them half coffee and the other half with half and half, one of them with five pumps of hazelnut and the other with six pumps of hazelnut and four pumps of caramel, along with a grande very berry hibiscus with lemonade instead of water and no ice. When I received my order the very berry hibiscus had ice and I promptly told the barista(which happened to also be the manager) that I did not want ice. Instead of getting a genuine«sorry for that mistake,» he tried to defend himself by stating that the cup had not specify. I picked up a little bit of a disapproving tone but I let it go. Strike ONE! As he turned away I reiterated my order exactly the same way I did to the cashier and left it at that. Out came the venti iced coffee with five pumps of hazelnut. The drink was as expected. Great! The last drink came out and as my brother in law took a sip he right away said that it did not taste good at all. I then told him to go back to the barista and tell them if they can remake the drink for him. When he came back out he notified me that he had received attitude, sarcasm, and resistance from BRITNEY(Britney, Brittany, Brittney, etc.) the barista. I asked him why, he did not know. I know my brother in law would never give any kind of attitude when asking for anything to be fixed. To add, he didn’t want to go back and ask for a new drink. STRIKETWO! That’s when my wife went back to the cashier and asked to speak to the manager. She explained to him the two mistakes that had happened in our order and also communicated the attitude and resistance my brother in law encountered by BRITNEY the barista. The situation could have been taken care of much more professionally, but what do you expect when the manager himself is the one projecting discontent in his own craft. As I watched my wife talk to the manager I happened to look at BRITNEY the barista overhearing the conversation and see her burlesque and jeer from the situation behind the coffee machines. STRIKETHREE!!! That was when I approached her and asked for her name. My blood was boiling because instead of taking the situation seriously and learning from it, BRITNEY seemed to get a kick out of it. I expected far better customer service from Starbucks. I don’t expect them to give me the royal treatment I just want my order to be accurate and if it gets messed up or if I am unsatisfied with any of my drinks I expect Starbucks to fix it as best they can. It’s the least they can do since I am paying for my drinks and also paying extras for my variations in my drinks. If these individuals cannot work under the mission statement Starbucks believes in, then maybe these individuals should reconsider why they are working there in the first place. You are not obligated to work at a place you are not happy!!! Leave your condescending tones and attitudes outside of Starbucks please!!! I hope the regional/district manager reads this review and addresses this situation with his/her entire staff. Only then can we prevent this situation from happening again in the future. I will be escalating this complaint to corporate Starbucks.

Pretty quiet for a Monday evening. Pretty clean and fast service. Customer service was good. I would definitely say perhaps the baristas can smile a little more and not be too serious all the time. Chatty Kathys there, though! I ordered a caramel macchiato with extra caramel(hot). Once I got my order, I opened the lid to add some sugar and there was probably half an inch below the edge of the cup. A little disappointed — I only ordered a tall size since it was going to be a short wait til it’s time to board the plane! Didn’t budge or complain, but for 4 bucks, perhaps just a little more coffee would do. I mean, why rant about the amount of coffee that’s poured? Either way, the baristas here did an amazing job and kept the store pretty clean. Probably could use more tables though! Nothing they can do… Just a suggestion.

Always opt for your receipt when at this store. I was charged for a drink that was suppose to be an earned reward. The guy took my reward AND charged me. When I inquired, his response was, «Sometimes it takes time to update.» I trusted him, but I should have heeded my suspicions. Dark hair, mustache, glasses, thin, short… watch him! Not to be trusted. Ugh!

Ashley and Cody like to talk more than they like to make coffee. I have been waiting about 20 minutes and I was second in line. Wtf?! Get it together!

Busy branch(obviously cause it’s close to the airport) you’ll see different people some reading, working on their laptops or waiting for their friends to land. The branch is clean and organized, fast service. Additionally they have fast internet(Google — Starbucks)

Stopped in yesterday morning. Ordered a coffee, cocoa, and two breakfast sandwiches. The cashier asked my name and I told her«Joseph»(my son), which she wrote on the cups and the food bags. However, the barista insisted on calling us «Jose». Since I didn’t recognize the name, our order sat there until it was almost cold and I finally picked it up to check the name. I asked to be sure if it was mine and she said yes… then she did it again when the cocoa was ready…“JOSE…” I again asked if it was mine… it clearly said, «Joseph» and she dismissed me with a wave of her hand and said«whatever.» Strange that the barista can just call you whatever name she decides you are that day.

Very clean but few tables. Good luck finding a study spot here. It’s near the airport and convention center so great for travellers.

This place is always dirty and unkept. Drives nuts that paying customers can’t get a seat because WiFi junkies monopolize all the tables for hours! I’ve been to more friendly Starbucks. This is not my first choice in the area. Staff is a hit and miss. My last visit was uneventful. I just don’t think they like their job much. So ehh. If you are Jonsing for a Starbucks, it provides. But I just assume grab a cup of joe at 711 for what you get at this place.

this is one of my favorite Starbucks locations, not crowded when I go and I like the feel of being next to the airport. It gives me the sense I am about to head out on a much needed vacation although I am not! :)

They were quick to make my coffee and they didn’t mess up my order which was a plus. They were civil, but not too friendly.

My daily tray for the day ruined by a bad barrista and poor customer service. When they did not make my drink correctly(mind you this was nothing fancy! Shaken iced green tea unsweetened) no apologies, just a disgruntled«so do you want us to make it over again?» Very disappointed. #starbucks #badservice

The Starbucks was a pleasure to go to. It was very clean and the customer service was on point which is significant in this area because there are so many commuters waiting to get on their planes here in Burbank. For a single store that has many transient people? It’s still had a homey feel to it as everyone was reading or on their computers and just hanging out. The staff made it clear that they understand travelers are under stress and they made you feel welcome regardless of whether your regular or just a one time customer. Oh, and the bathroom is really clean.

Great location in front of the airport! Easy access for a quick bite with a cup of coffee to go along with it. This is a perfect location for Über pick-ups and a common location for transportation. I’ll be sure to keep using this spot as a platform for pick ups!

This Starbucks drive thru is usually always packed. However, they are the only Starbucks in Burbank, that always gets my order right. I don’t mind waiting in line, since they are open till midnight. The people are always friendly no matter what time of the day.

$ 3.00 for hot tea? Is this koreatown? Prices are increasing. I have no other complaint, but that’s crazy.

Crowded, takes way to long to get your drink. Not to mention it is a pain to get into location at the funky airport intersection(not Starbucks fault, just lame layout) & seriously can’t spell names or maybe don’t care enough to ask the spelling of a customers name. I may just have a very high expectation living in Seattle 2⁄3rd of the year. I don’t like that the locations in California use cheaper syrups(Barista admitted to me they do) than the syrup used at all Seattle locations. :(

I visit this Starbucks quite often around Thanksgiving time every year because it is across the street from the Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport. It is also just outside the airport parking lot and is a short walk from all the gates. It’s a little tricky to get to as the entrance is located just West of the main airport entrance. If you’re not watching carefully, you can turn early and have to drive all the way through the airport to get back out — a mistake I made once or twice when I was still a rookie. But you also don’t want to drive past it as it is somewhere between difficult and impossible to u-turn and get back to the entrance. There are five wrought iron tables out in front on a covered walkway. Inside there are six tall round café tables will tall stool(w/backs) to left as you enter and several standard height wooden tables. There are electrical outlets convenient to all but one table and, of course, Starbucks’ ubiquitous free wifi. This location serves all the standard Starbucks expresso drinks, Teavana teas, and a variety of juices and waters. The baked good are supplied by the La Boulange bakery — definitely worth a taste. There is a single occupant restroom with an Xlerator hand dryer. If you’re not familiar with these little wonders, they serve up quite a blast of warm air that reminds one of being caught in a wind tunnel or a tropical storm just gearing up to full hurricane strength. This Starbucks has a chill atmosphere in spite of the hustle and bustle of the Burbank Airport all around it. The lines can be long, but the employees really keep them moving quickly — definitely a legendary customer service experience and worth a visit whenever you find yourself at this airport or one of the nearby hotels.
