This branch is a little hit and miss — if you get the right bank teller, you’ll find yourself treated in a VERY friendly way; they’re downright wonderful…
But, you may also encounter people who just plain shouldn’t work there; displaying a disinterest in their job, and the customers appertaining thereto.
That said, I’ve had some unique experiences — including but not limited to loaded customers singing classic songs at the top of their lungs, and asking me to dance in the foyer. This place is a roll of the dice: you might get a one, but you might also get a six, and walk out of there laughing to yourself :)

It is odd — their service is not consistent.
I visited there once to make a deposit on Tue. morning, and they were nice enough.
But a friend of mine went there on Friday right before they closed and didn’t get treated well… and they didn’t explain what «cash reserve» account was (affected her credit score — so, please BE AWARE), and she made a mistake on the deposit amount and they charged her $ 49 (that could be Union bank thing)!!!
So I am sticking to my favorite branch on Ventura and Sepulveda. They are always mellow and kind there.

So far so good. Great service at Burbank branch and Miracle Mile. Friendly, caring and so far no B.S. fees!!! Limited street parking in both locations. Not open on Saturday at Burbank. Yes, open Saturday on Wilshire. They give you starter checks with your account, so you can pay some bills right away, if you still use checks. Really nice people. It’s good karma to know your banker.
