The best staff! Been there for a long time. Made an appointment and had a priority in line!

Service received by the teller today around 3PM was stellar. But be aware… at the time I was there, there was only 1 teller. Just. 1.
Getting to the branch can be a bit weird. If you’re heading north on olive, you’ll have to go past the branch and make a left on the next small street (which is a dead end) and make another left to go down the back alley way. Take the alley all the way to the end and you’ll end up on the correct street (with BoA on your left and its designated parking lot on your right). If you’re heading south on Olive, you’re all good.

This is maybe the most RACIST bank in America! I just waited 30 mins after closing for this bank to cash a perfectly good
Check from my boss, after denying me access to open a personal checking account because they were closing in 10mins! I tried to open an account and deposit a check from Bank ig America into it but I was told to make an appointment an come back another day. So I asked if I could cash the check instead and they spent 20 mins deliberating over the authenticity of it, then asked me for my ID then deliberated some more saying that they weren’t identical to other checks, I explained that I a person l assistant and my boss had me fill in the amount but signed it himself, they then told me its his signature that doesn’t match, when I heard them talking about my hand writing on the check, never once did they just call the phone number on the account to verify it, instead the fat woman came back with attitude and said she wouldn’t cash it.
I told her that its his signature, just ask him. And she just repeated that she wouldn’t cash it. This is straight discrimination, I was given side ways glances, whispers and treated unfairly and denied basic rights.
The head of this branch will be hearing from me and the NAACP

Just took the same check to Chase and asked them if it matched the last check i cashed from my boss last week and they showed me the signature is exactly the same! So this branched lied to my face! #RACIST! They wouldn’t cash it because I’m dark and treated me suspiciously. –jerks

This B of A is across from my work so I come here quite a bit. The parking lot is a little confusing, but it’s spacious! Don’t bother street parking here. They usually have a security guard outside here, which gives me peace of mind. (We all know how tough the streets of Toluca Lake can be…)
Haven’t been inside yet but the ATMs work just fine.

I had a terrible experience here. There were 3 people in line and it took 20 minutes to get to a teller as the manager just stood there and did nothing. I tried to get a cash advance on my credit card which I do all the time and usually takes 5 minutes but the manager Tina blocked it and added a 24 hour hold. It took me an hour to resolve– by calling 800 number and having corporate call her and make her take the hold off. Her unfriendly demeanor and lack of customer service lends to the overall negative feeling in the branch. I tried to file a formal complaint but they said they would note it but that’s it. Go to a different branch!

Clean and nice. But slow! 2 people working when there is a line backing up. Need a bit more help maybe in the afternoons? Waited 10 min to see the teller so Jenn can deposit her check. That’s a bit long at 4pm on a Tuesday. A lot of people were getting frustrated that the wait was so long.

Bank of America sucks in general but it’s the most abundant throughout California… They’re the Starbucks of banks. One in every corner… This one in particular is good with 3 ATMs, security and available parking… Customer service is as good as customer service goes.

I was never too fond of Bank of America, as a matter of fact, I always had problems with them, but this particular branch changed my opinion. I have a few business accounts with this branch and am very pleased with their customer service. I have not had any complications or problems. The manager there is very helpful and professional. She always has a smile on her face and has made sure i leave the bank satisfied. If anyone has any problems with their accounts, I suggest go see the manager, Tina.

I signed up for an account at this branch and they promised me a premium for signing up (which they never ended up giving me). They lured me in by offering me a «corporate» account because of the company I worked for. It was great for the first year or so and then all of the sudden, I’m getting charged for things I used to get for free.
If they get any worse, I’ll be closing my account and moving on to the next bank.

I’ve been coming to this branch for the past 2 years for work purposes. Most of the tellers know me and I am in and out in a matter of minutes. Today I was detained by a heifer called Marine. She was rude and put me in the worst mood. why was she such a dick you ask? I couldn’t tell you. Maybe her frequent krispy crème customer card expired. Perhaps she looked in a mirror proir to her shift, i dont know and i dont care. All i know is that i will be going out of my way from now on to visit another BOFA across town instead of this one. Enjoy your lack of business Fatty McStinkface!

I have been banking with not only Bank of America but this branch in particular for over 11 years and have never had one problem.
Perhaps it is because I do most of my banking online and at the ATM, but every time I’ve had to speak with a teller as well, my experience has been great.
On one occasion I lost my debit card and went straight to the branch to inquire about what to do. I was seated with an associate who assured me that any money that went missing would be replaced, cancelled my card and get this… issued me a REAL plastic temporary debit card. Yes that’s right… none of that: «okay sir, you’ll get your new card in 7 – 10 business days… good luck using any of your money in that time.» Instead, a new card was activated and given to me until my real card arrived in the mail. This made the process so unbelievably easy and relaxing!
On another occasion when using the ATM, I went to withdraw money and no cash came out of the machine. I walked into the branch and an associate told me not to worry. She logged into the computer, and noticed that the ATM had indeed malfunctioned and then gave me two options: (1) reimburse the money to my account or (2) simply give me the amount I had originally withdrawn in cash.
Considering that I’ve only really had two run-​ins with the Bank of America staff and both have been beyond awesome, I’ll be banking with them for many years to come.

David Kazarian, personal banker at Bank of America on 4123 West Olive Ave, in Burbank, Ca, is the good fairy bank godmother! He is sooooo smart and capable and treated me in terms of what I can do for you and not what most banks, like my former bank Wells Fargo, this is what we can’t do for you. B of A is the Nordstrom of banking! Thank you David for all you did on my behalf!!!

Haven’t had any problems here. It’s your typical BofA branch — super busy, though.

B of A really is as bad as they say. I had a business account here for a few years and couldn’t take being nickeled and dimed to death. My understanding of a bank is that they hold your money and thank you for the privilege. Not true with B of A. They are in it for the money and will extract every last cent they can from you in ways only a bunch of overpaid executives can think of.
And if that isn’t bad enough… the customer service is so bad that you quickly learn why there is bullet proof glass between you and them. They just don’t give a rat’s ass about you. Apathy is a good word for it.

I am breaking up with Bank of America.
It’s the longest most unhealthy relationship I have ever had. and I need to get out.
I have had many red flags. But this weekend was the worst. This is the worst lying, cheating, stealing affair I have ever had.
Horrible customer service, unwavering rules & regulations and lots of «services» that you apparently have even though you didnt sign up or ask for them. or were told about them. I have been with them since I was 17 and was informed the most they could do after this latest quarrel was the bare minimum.
I feel sad, angry and stupid. People have been telling me for years how bad b of a is– but I just didnt want to hear it. I was content with the devil i knew then what I didnt.
I am desperately seeking a financial situation I can trust.
the sad thing is, Bank of america could care less. the woman didnt flinch or pause when I told her I was leaving. So cold, so heartless

In a city where everything comes at a premium, I’ll give them two stars credit for providing a decent parking lot. For everything else, though, this Bank of America location is utterly horrible.
Is it just me or do banking hours seem to get worse? 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. Great. You’re open when I’m at work. Lunch hour transaction it is, along with everyone else that can only get their banking done in your one-​hour window of opportunity. And rude tellers. Hey, what happened to customer service? I realize that the BofA corporate leaders want to cut costs, but doing so at the cost of service to your customers is not a wise game.
And I am so tired of the «Welcome Guy» asking me if I have straight deposits. Yes, I do, but I don’t want to hand them to you and hope that you don’t mess up my money. I would have thought by now that a focus group would have provided your bank with data showing that we the people don’t trust this process and don’t want any part of it. For Jebus’s sake, just let me go to the window, hand my checks to a real-​live person, watch them enter it into my account, receive a receipt, and make sure they didn’t mess up. It’s my money. Let me be.
And now this location has an «envelope-​free» ATM for making deposits. Yeah, right, I’m going to trust that. I’ve had too many debit cards eaten by ATMs and now you want me to feed my exposed paycheck to the Hungry-​Hungry Hippo machine? No way.
BofA, you upset me with the whole «giving lines of credit to illegals» push a couple months back. Now, you’re on the borderline of pissing me off.
