Dr Line just returned my call personally about a Rx refill at 6:30 pm on a Friday. What a gem. Above and beyond!

Dr. Line is my crush for sure. He is so talented… with diagnosing my many issues. He’s the only doctor to discover my dust allergy and mailed me a huge packet of info once my blood work returned, complete with a handwritten note and phone call. His manners are great and he makes you forget he’s getting intimate with your ears and nose. Before you know it, squeaky clean ears and open nasal passages!
His office is always packed and they do accept walk-​ins but be prepared to wait 1+ hour. The waiting area is very cramped and you will be surrounded by babies, seniors, young’uns. There is no wifi in the building for visitors and your phone will be in a dead zone. Bring a paper back to read. Also, he’s not in the office every day because of his scheduled surgeries.

Dr. Line is the best doctor I currently have — or have ever had! He’s super personable, incredibly knowledgeable and really cares about his patients. On several occasions, I’ve left him a message and he will ALWAYS call back that night. Never fails.
In a world full of doctors who are rude and pressed for time, Dr. Line is the exact opposite — he takes pride in his work and deeply cares about his patients!

Once there, it was a bit of a wait. They DO cover parking, which is great, but only up to an hour. Cuttin’ it close when you are in the waiting room for half an hour+, but at least they have parking and cover it (unlike a lot of other medical offices in the area).
I didn’t see Dr. Line, but that is OK. I forget the doctor I saw, she is new to the practice. Very nice and very gentle. I have had some horrible ear cleanings in the past at other ENTs, including having my ear drum sliced up as a result (whimper ouchie).
Quick and painless here.
Will definitely go again.

I have been having sinus issues that kept getting worse. I went to two different doctors several times, both of whom dismissed it as allergies and went on their way. My equilibrium started to get thrown off, my ears were ringing, everything in my face and neck started to hurt. I woke up one morning and was in such horrific pain, the pressure along with pain and the feeling that I couldn’t unclog my ears was so uncomfortable, I knew I had to see an ENT right away. I called Dr. Line’s office after a Dr. at urgent care recommended his practice. The receptionist was so sweet and got me an appointment for the same morning. I said I was concerned because I would have to bring my son with me. She said, «Dr. John is great with kids, and the nurses can help too, just come in, we will figure it out.»
Figure it out was an understatement. Got to the office and was led back within 5 minutes, my 3 year old in tow. The nurse/​assistant was kind and thorough, making sure to get all the information down to help figure out why I was in such discomfort. While also entertaining and making my son comfortable. I then saw Dr. Jonathan (the PA), he spent over 30 minutes with me. Really listening, examining and getting to the bottom of what was going on. He thoroughly examined my sinuses. I felt validated and heard. And numb enough to not feel uncomfortable when he used the camera to get deep into my sinuses. Sure enough, he found something and took a culture. While I had been told allergies and sinus infection, Dr. John said it looked more like Candida and took a culture. Ge also said my Eustachian tubes were closed, causing the severe ear pain and uncomfortable effect of vertigo/​hearing issues. He put me on prednisone to lessen the severe inflammation I was having and told me that it may take a bit, but we would get to the bottom of it, and I believe him. He understood that the ENT issue may be connected to a suspected underlying autoimmune issue. Having pain and the awful effects were not only making me uncomfortable, but started to make me feel anxious and «off.»
Through the exam, his assistant talked with and entertained my son. The next day I felt worse, and called to ask about the culture results. The doctor personally called me back to check on me and to let me know that it was very common to feel worse before feeling better.
It’s sad to say that this kind of experience with a doctor is so uncommon, that I was surprised by the amazing care I received. I still feel pretty crappy, but knowing that I have found a doctor and a practice like this one makes me feel so much better. The following day my son said, «I like mommy’s doctor. He helps you feel much better. There’s nothing to be scared of.» This coming from a kid who after being hospitalized, would run at the sight of a stethoscope. Thank you to Dr. John and the entire staff for helping change my attitude about the kind of healthcare I expect.

I had a thyroid problem and ultimately had to have my thyroid removed. Dr. Line walked me through the diagnosis and did the surgery. Dr. Line was totally down to earth and very easy to relate to. He was very responsive and caring, and his sense of humor was very welcome. His office was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The surgery went very well and there is not a trace of a neck scar. I was very very impressed with Dr. Line and I highly recommend him as a doctor and a surgeon.

Had a swimmer’s ear infection in my right ear, (which is perforated) I got it vacuumed out and got some antibiotic and got it cleared up. The staff and doctors here are so friendly! I would definitely recommend.

Dr. Muller at East Valley ENT treated my ear problem last week and the service was one of the best I’ve experienced. Everyone there was professional, courteous, and a delight to interact with. Dr. Muller’s bedside manner was top notch and he explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Line came in to assist with my problem and he was awesome! Again, the bedside manner was amazing. This team has many years of experience and I felt very comfortable in their offices and their treatment. HIGHLY-​HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I’m so glad I got a referral to Dr. Line! A jaw injury 3 months ago left me with TMD related jaw and ear pain that wouldn’t go away. One visit to Dr. Line and I feel normal again!
Reception staff was warm and helpful and I was seen exactly on time with very little time spent in the exam room waiting.
Dr. Line was able to assess the situation pretty quickly, though I never felt rushed. He listened to the story behind the problem and asked for details about what I was experiencing. He was able to give me a diagnosis that my primary physician had been unable to and articulated it in a way that helped me understand exactly what had been going on with my muscles and ligaments. He gave me a choice between two treatments: a cortisone injection in the jaw or prescription pills. I opted for the shot, thinking it would act faster. I was extra sore following the injection, but have experienced massive relief just a day later. He said all pain should be gone in 3 – 4 days and based on how i feel so far i don’t doubt it. In case any pain lingers, he still gave me the prescription for the pills. I appreciated that he sent me home with this back up option and I would not have to book a second appointment to get relief. The Dr. made sure I received a booklet about TMD and he even stuck around to circle and review the info that applied to me. That seems like a task that most doctors seem to shove on their assistants, so I appreciated that he really made me feel like I had his full attention.
Attentive, knowledgeable, and even a little funny –if you need an ENT, this is the guy you should call.

I was having some serious allergy & painful vocal problems. I walked into the office pretty sad & quite downtrodden, as singing is my main form of income & I’d lost a bunch notes of my range due to over use & throat drying air travel; 2 different trips to Europe. After only ONE time seeing Jonathan the P.A. & a steroid breathing treatment, my voice is back in action. The camera down the throat is never pleasant but they numbed me well & I couldn’t feel a thing. I felt cared for and cared about.

So after switching insurance and experiencing the worse vertigo this morning I checked on my insurance portal what Dr. Was in network near me. I called and the receptionist or whomever answered the phone was both rude and unprofessional. I’m a Disabled Veteran and I have never encountered this level of crappy service from the VA. This made the worse impression to me about this Dr. I will be going to Dr. Mesrobian or any of the other ENT Drs here in Burbank within my PPO network.

Dr. Line is so awesome!!! He is super sweet and knows his craft very well. He told me exactly what was wrong with my breathing and what I needed. He did my reduction of inferior turbinates and now I can finally BREATH!!! I am so blessed and thankful.

I hardly waited at all, and he was quick and efficient! I’m super happy! Highly recommended!

Wow. Just got outta here and I am more than happy with Dr. Line’s office & services.
Making appointment was easy. Greeting was friendly and the physicians assistant was wonderful. Doc came in and talked me through entire process. Throughly examined my ears (which were infected) flushed, vacuumed and treated them. I feel a million times better.
Thank god I found their office which is so close to my house. Parking was easy too. Office was clean which is a major major plus!
I am happy & confident now that we have a good ear doc to refer to in the future :)

I have not written many reviews, but after visiting with Dr. Line, I realized why I should.
I have never been to a ENT before, but after years of battling with extreme pressure in my ears, intense itching in my ears, and clogged nose, I had to find a doctor. I found Dr. Line on Unilocal and after visiting the office, I could understand all the great reviews. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He took a quick look and realized I had a bad deviated Septum that has been causing all my problems. Who knew?! Not one check up through my entire life told me what Dr. Line discovered in 2 seconds. He then gave me 3 ways to go about fixing the problem. I LOVE OPTIONS!
I appreciate his kind and helpful staff and I could not have felt more comfortable. I definitely will be returning. Thank you so much to Dr. Line and his wonderful team.

Dr. Line and his staff are awesome. I’ve been there a few times now to get my ear drained and it a really quick visit. Dr. Line is busy and his appointments fill up quick. But worth the wait. Dr. Line is very friendly and explains things very thoroughly. I can’t say enough about him.

Dr. Line is the absolute best ENT anywhere around. On top of that he is extremely personable, with a fabulous sense of humor (his picture says it all!), who really cares about you — the patient!
I am a very high-​tolerance pain kind of gal and hardly ever (probably once a year) even take a Tylenol… With that said, I have had some horrible ear infections through the years. If not treated quickly and properly (key word!), they get worse and are unbelievably PAINFUL. The whole side of your face can get SO bad it hurts to the touch and can include your jaw, making it hard to eat your food and sleep (each time you turn on that side — major pain!).
When first diagnosed with an ear infection by a primary physician, I was prescribed liquid ear drops. After over a week using the messy stuff, still with pain, I went back to the doctor. She then prescribed oral antibiotics, requesting to continue the lovely ear drops. After about two weeks the ear started getting better. This same scenario repeated itself more than once a year later. FINALLY, I was referred to an ENT. Bless the stars it was Dr. Line!!!
Dr. Line sucked out the gunk, which had accumulated in my ear, including the funky liquid ear drop remnants. He was surprised how BAD my infection was and couldn’t believe I had been going to work, yet alone function.
THIS PART IS IMPORTANT: Dr. Line then squirted into my ear a POWDER antibiotic and said I should feel better right away. Of course, I was leery that unique approach would work (used to the darned liquid drops) but felt SO much better — instantaneously!!! The process was truly miraculous with no pain afterward!
Dr. Line specified the liquid drops aren’t nearly as helpful, at least for my severe infection circumstances. To think, all those times I’d be in pain for many days and all the time-​wasted dealing with those darned ear drops!
Dr. Line — you are the BEST!!!

I have been going to Dr Line for years but when I could no longer tolerate the allergies, stuffed runny nose, crazy itchy eyes and forehead, he suggested a procedure. He burns the turbinites (sic) thus eliminating the irritated sensitive tissue which reacts to all the allergen. It wasn’t a wall in the park and I was having my sought three weeks into recovery but now I’m free free free off the he’ll I was in.
Go see him if you are through with your allergy suffering.

he’s an amazing doctor, he really cares about his patients and he’s really knowledgeable. I just walked out from his office and I’m really happy that I have chosen him as my doctor.
I had an ear infection for 4 months and my primary care doctor was suggesting me to have antibiotics every time that I was going to the office. finally one night I couldn’t sleep out of pain so I started looking up for an ENT specialist then I saw the reviews about dr. Line I got treatment last Friday and now thanks to him I’m perfectly fine

I’ve lived in Los Angeles for the better part of a decade and seen a lot of doctors. Warren Line is the best doctor I’ve seen since moving here — and not just the best ENT, the best doctor period. I’ve had recurring ear infections since I was a kid, and I recently had an infection I went to Dr Line about. He prescribed me a medication my pharmacy said wasn’t covered under my insurance. I paged him on a Friday evening and he called me back five minutes later. He spent Saturday working on getting me a prescription my insurance would cover.
Suffice it to say no doctor has ever put this much effort into providing care whom I’ve met since being a child and going to pediatricians. I almost didn’t want to post this review because it’s getting tougher to see him as he gets more and more discovered. But at this point I’d just as soon not go to any other doctor. Dr Line is the best in the city.
Dr Line is an old fashioned doctor, in the sense that he is warm, kind, and really cares. I’ve yet to find another doctor in this city who matches this description.
