She is also patient and compassionate when she needs to be, which is a plus because selling your home is quite an undertaking. Losing your mother is an emotional time for any family. Caroline and Brandon knew where we were in our lives and seem to be able to carry the heavy ball of selling our mother’s house. The time frame from meeting with us, to cleaning up and staging the house, to going on the market and then selling the house in one week was amazing to all of the family. Listed at a reasonable price and got offers well above what we expected. All in all a fun experience for something that could have been dreadful. My wife and I just sold a home with Caroline and her partner Carol Hall. We can say that if you have a home to sell these are the people to do it! They went above and beyond satisfactory requirements to absolutely delight us with their level of professionalism and service.
They walked us through the sales process and made recommendations on how to prep the home for sale. But then they also managed the work that we decided to do on the home. They met with multiple painters, carpet people, handymen, etc. to get different cost estimates. They then presented the estimates to us for us to choose which ones we wanted to do and which we would pass on. They then showed up to let the workers into the property to do the work and locked up after they left. We really appreciated all their help since we were busy with work and a move into our next home. They built beautiful marketing brochures and had an expert on-​line virtual tour. Our home looked like it could be in a magazine!
The result of all their hard work was that our home sold with multiple offers after the first showing at the highest price for a home of its size in the neighborhood, ever! I know that it is a sellers market, but I believe that with out Caroline and Carol we would not have gotten as much for our home.
