Lorelei, Matthew and the rest of the team are the gold standard in real estate. We just purchased as well as sold a home using their services and couldn’t be happier with the experience and results. One thing we would like to call out is the spectacular staging job Lorelei and her contractors did on the property we sold — we were frankly skeptical at first that any sort of investment was needed on that front… and we are so glad we took her advice and let her staging guru do her job. I worked with Lorelei and Matt to buy my house in Belmont in 2012, and then again to sell it in 2015. I have to say both experiences were really great. Matt made the process of viewing properties, writing an offer, getting inspections, and finding a loan very easy. I found a great house and was able get it despite there being another offer.
Selling the house worked out really well. Matt helped me prepare the house for listing by recommending painting, cleaning, and staging. Those things really paid off and I was able to get a really good offer on the place. Selling a home can be stressful, and Matt helped to make things easier on me. I Worked with Lorelei and her team to sell a house in San Mateo where my mom lived for many years. She and her team were totally professional and really went all out to help me prepare the house for sale.
We were in a good market, but probably selling off peak, but Lorelei guided me through the whole process and made my mom and I feel comfortable that we chose the right person. She knows the market and what it takes to get the best price for the house. I believe we were able to accomplish that with multiple offers over the asking price.

I have now had 2 transactions with Lorelei Komm & Associates. One about 8 years ago (2006), and most recently (2013) a sale of our family home for a down sizing move. The entire team was amazing. if you listen to her advice and following their plan you will earn top dollar for the sale of your house. On a purchase, she is constantly reviewing the market trends and only work with the best mortgage bankers. Lorelei utilizes her utmost professionalism as do all of her team members. I won’t work with any other real estate team. Of particular note: do not balk at staging costs, and small things to do to get your house ready for market-​she knows what she’s doing– and both times I have done what her team prescribed and I know that allowed me to get top market price for my sales. Lorelei and her team have been absolutely amazing. We first met Lorelei in 2007 when she sold us our townhouse on Hobart. Six years and two little boys later, we contacted Lorelei again to help us sell our Hobart home, which she did with class — the staging was unbelievable and the buzz she created was amazing.

Loerlei is by far the best realtor I’ve ever seen. I friend of ours referred her. The friend told me she’s good news for both the seller and the buyers. That was so right!
She did a fabulous job as our listing agent. She is probably the most organized person you could find. She optimized the selling process and her team was like a well lubricated machine. She handled everything from the initial house cleaning, staging design, staging, compiling the disclosures, etc. The open house was very well organized. We had some 120+ foot traffic in a weekend. Her work was super consistent. She followed up with every person showed interest and kept all up-​to-​date on disclosure updates. She gave us key advise on selling strategies, which paid off with many great offers.
We sold the house in two weeks with a very good price. And in between, all we did was giving her the keys.
