The bar staff is very good. Food is one of the best chili’s I’ve been to and I travel the country a lot. Beer is cold and affordable compared to other restaurants/bars close by(half the price)! Overall it’s a national chain but they really place an emphasis on their customers being happy.

I happen to like Chili’s and this one is renovated. They have a very nice waiting area as well as a separate bar area with TV’s to watch sports or whatever else is going on in the world. I typically think of Longhorn’s, Fridays, Applebees and Chili’s in the same space so selecting one vs. the other really depends on the food I am interested at the time. Friday’s is known of having very good drinks and deals for certain days of the week. Two for one Fajitas is one of the deals, I believe on either Tuesday’s or Wednesday’s. The weekends can be tough at this location as you are directly across the street from the Burlington Mall and they get a ton of traffic from there as well as people jumping off of 128 as it is less than ½ a mile from the exit ramps. On this particular visit we started off poorly and it didn’t get much better from there. I was at the mall and Cheesecake Factory was running more than an hour wait. I drove over to the Wegman’s center and all of the restaurants there were packed and with a 45 + minute wait. We called Chili’s and was told they had a 10 minute wait but could add our name ot the list for«call ahead.» When we got there, about 10 minutes later after searching for a parking spot our name was nowhere to be found on the list. I don’t know what had happened in the prior 10 minutes. The hostess did squeeze us ahead of the wait and sat us in the front section to the right of the doors facing Middlesex Turnpike. The service was poor, the apps and the food were brought out less than 5 minutes apart from each other and this was not cool in my mind. Regardless of the scale of the restaurant you need to properly space out the food so that the patron has time to digest and not feel like they are being rushed. Our server had a table of 8 that she must have known because she spent long intervals hanging over the wood wall talking with them in Spanish and ignoring her other table, of which we were seeking some napkins, refills on drinks and ketchup. We had to ask other servers to help us a few times as again we were left stranded by this server. The manager did come over as we were not happy with the quality of the rubbery/processed chicken in the fajitas and gave us a letter to come back to her restaurant with some type of discount. I doubt I will use it as there are so many other places to eat in this area a free appetizer or desert is not going to be the reason I give a place my hard earning money.

The food was great! I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and it was better than expected. The waitress was also very friendly and provided awesome service.

When I dine in, service is always good. However, I don’t particularly like sharing tables with centipedes when I’m eating. Should’ve taken a picture but was obviously in a hurry to leave after that encounter… ordering takeout deserves no stars. Time after time, I get shafted. I’m tired of paying for something I don’t receive. I’ll order it, pick it up, go home and find several items missing. EVERYSINGLETIME. You are better off at another location. Also, I submitted my complaints to the company, was told I would hear back and never did. The company has a problem with its service but is perfectly happy to take your money.

Convenient location, but menu isn’t as good as other casual dining restaurants. It suffers by comparison with other Tex-Mex restaurants in the area.

Every time I come to this Chili’s my visit is always BAD. The wait for the waitress takes forever! And worse the food comes out even SLOWER. I waited almost an hour for my food and was about to walk out. When I finally got my food, it didn’t even look like how it was suppose to look or taste. I got the Cajun chicken pasta. There was barely any Cajun on my plate. The chicken looked funny and it didn’t taste good at all. I’m never coming to this place again. You would think it would be good since its around the Burlington area. I would not recommend coming to this Chili’s. Also, if you need something the workers are never around. When I walked out, I seen a group of workers just chit chatting. I never complain but this was the worst service, food and place.

Why didn’t I check the reviews first? Came in for lunch yesterday after shopping because I had a gift card. I’m SO glad I didn’t pay for what they called food. I got the steak and carnitas fajitas. They were OK. The peppers and onions were tasty but everything kind of had an off taste. What they gave for toppings was insulting. I wish I took pictures of the tiny half full ramekins of cheese and pico. Our server was nice but didn’t speak much English, They have a little tablet to play games while you’re waiting but BEWARE they’ll add $ 1.99 charge to your check! Nowhere does it say there is any fee to play the games and our server happily removed the charge but that’s shady. I remember going to the Chili’s in Harvard Sq. when I was much younger and it being great. I’m not sure if it’s just this location or it being a chain but I won’t be back.

Awful food! While waiting for the to go order a roach or spider was running around — I mentioned it to the girl working there & she said I won’t go near that thing! I don’t even want to know what the kitchens like! I’ve had good chili’s in CA maybe it’s just this location?

For what is expected of a typical Tex Mex chain, this Chilis is pretty good. As is common of Chilis, the food is inexpensive as are the basic drinks, including draft beer and 3.99 margaritas that are made with actual lime juice rather than sour mix. This is me and the boyfriends go to place before the movies. I have always have good service at this Chilis and the wait staff are enthusiastic and willing to put specific sports games on the televisions. The service is always pretty fast as well. As for food, we went with the dinner for 2 for $ 20. You can’t beat that deal. I had the pork fajitas which were as expected, tasty with fresh ingredients. My boyfriend loves the ribs. he had the honey Chipotle wings last time. I was not a fan of the amount they were fried but he said they were decent. The chips and salsa are always a nice start. We made the mistake of playing with the small tablet things at the table without realizing we would be charged an extra $ 1.99 on the check. This is a good idea if parents want to avoid dealing with their children all night — just hook them up to these things. Either way, this place is consistent and reliable.

We decided to go out to eat this past Saturday 5⁄30. We needed a place with a fairly standard kids menu so we decided on Chili’s. What a mistake. The first tip off should have been that there was only a 10 minute wait on a Saturday evening. Upon entering I took my son to the bathroom. I was shocked at the condition of the ladies room. It was absolutely disgusting. The smell was overwhelming and it was obvious that it had not been attended to in days. Even my 4 year old remarked how bad it smelled. We then headed out to the hostess station, as I looked around the restaurant in general the whole place was dirty. I wanted to leave, but with 2 hungry kids we decided stay. It was looking promising as we were greeted with a new menu which looked good. My husband got fish tacos, which he said were good. I ordered a 2 patty burger. It was terrible. It was like a hockey puck. There was barely any sauce and the bacon was extremely thin, fatty and undercooked. We will not be going back. There are much better restaurants in this locale and it now makes sense as to why there was only a 10 minute wait on a Saturday at 6PM. If the restaurant and ladies room were that dirty I can only speculate at the kitchen and food prep area. I did find a waitress and tell her the deplorable conditions in the restroom she mumbled something about an ongoing sewerage problem. This makes it worse if they KNOW there is an issue and still don’t address it. I felt that it was so bad that I actually tried to send a note to Chili’s via their website. They limit you to 1200 characters for any compliment/complaint. This solidifies in my mind that they don’t care what their customers have to say in addition to the mediocre food and uncleanliness of their establishment. They will need a large margin of improvement in order to compete in this location. Way to many great places to eat. AVOID this place!!!

Really… go someplace else if you can! They have these lovely menus with delicious fresh food on them but the food you get is light years from the pictures. I was shocked to see my husbands«fresh» plate… it looked like they stuck the rice and beans in a microwave … you know how it looks when you’ve left something in the microwave too long the sides burn… well that’s how his looked. But the rice was undercooked the beans were microwave fried. Everything was salty as ever the salad was brown and my toddlers slider smelled like feet. The slider has toasted buns with a dried out over cooked patty and a drop of mustard. Burger King/Mickey d would have been world class compared to this! I asked the waitress for a teaspoon and I saw her in the kitchen pick up a spoon look at it put it back pick another up look again then proceed to wipe it several times with her fingers! Whatever! Yuck! And they were out of… pasta!!! The tacos were hard in parts salty and just such a waste of time. It was all such a terrible waste if time and money. I wish I just went home and has toast :(

This place is very conveniently located near AMC cinemas. Perfect place for beer and food before or after the movie. Items are reasonably priced and good variety of drinks. Bad part though food comes bit late and cold. Waiters struggle to keep up or may be are just slow. In any case I keep coming here as it is not terribly bad.

Food was pretty terrible. Great looking salad on the menu but lettuce was wilted, over dressed and bland.

Servers are slow and not personal. I waited about half an hour to 45 mins for my server to show up again for the check. Food is mediocre. Their new white spinach queso is a heap of cheese plopped into a skillet that when I dipped my chips in the cheese, they would break cuz a huge clump of cheese would be scooped up. And I didn’t like the guac on top. Spicy shrimp tacos had too much slaw on top and the shrimp was also rubbery. Two stars are for the drinks which came out fast and were yummy.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! We figured we would give it a second shot but what the heck were we thinking??? I understand that it was snowing and our server didn’t want to be there, but we live in MA and being a server is your job. She was rude from the beginning. My husband asked if we could all have water and her response was how does he know that’s what everyone wants? That was the start of a horrible dinner that took almost 2.5 hours. She rolled her eyes every time we asked for something, took forever to take our orders, brought out wrong drinks, and the whole time she made it seem like we inconvenienced her. If we didn’t have 4 hungry kids we would have just left. So after sitting there waiting for our check for 20 min we ask a different server for it. He brings it, and guess who comes following? Yup our server. So she takes our card brings it back and doesn’t leave until my husband fills out the slip and leaves the tip. He’s way too nice… A better tip would have been a nice little note saying find a different job because obviously you aren’t a people person!!! So, if you are looking for a nice evening out PLEASEDONOTCOMEHERE

The service was poor, our food took forever and when it did come one of the main plates was cold and several others were over cooked and questionable. While there we watched the manager running from one table to the next with issues and complaints. Overall this was a poor experience and we eat at other Chilli’s all the time. Plain and simple miss management, won’t be back there.

I’m not from the area and the Chilis restaurants near my house. are pretty low on the totem poll when comparing chain restaurants. In Massachusetts, it must be a different story. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and food quality judging on the chain restaurant scale of course. The food was well prepared and came out quickly. The manager was very friendly and our waitress split the check for our table 5 ways without any complaints. I had the chicken avocado sandwich and I was very happy with it.

This location is a disaster. I have come to the bar side several times over the past three months. Let me state that I know this place is chilis so I am really not expecting much. Every single time I sit at the bar I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time just to get a drink. I’m writing this review from my car right now because I waited over eight minutes and never once saw a bartender. This seems to happen all the time here. Bartenders are constantly disappearing for a noticeable amount of time several times during my visit. It’s ok to know your getting crap food and beer but I just wish the bartenders could actually try.

The waitresses were very nice and everything — but, awfully confused tonight. The waitress who took our order wasn’t the same one who brought our order, who gave my friend a burger(he ordered pizza), then took it away after realizing it’s the wrong order, along with the pizza stand(for the right order), and when the pizza finally came, he didn’t get a plate for the pizza or the pizza stand. He was waiting for another 5 minute for an empty plate to come so he can eat from the plate instead of the hot pizza pan. Admittedly they are busy, but … awfully confused.

I don’t usually regret stepping into a restaurant — especially when it’s a well-known chain like Chili’s — but I really did this time. Yikes. Eek. Ayayay. And all the above. I guess the dirty napkin and silverware should’ve been my first clue. Or maybe the sticky floors. Or maybe the crusty tables. I have been to MANY Chili’s in my time, but this one made me feel ill. And that was before/besides the food. The service was good — our waitress was friendly and personable, but the environment left much to be desired. I’ve never wanted to leave a restaurant more quickly… making us almost an hour early to our movie! But I just couldn’t take the dirtiness. *Shuddering just thinking about it*
