Came here every morning for a week and the staff are amazing. I had to write a review to offset all the one stars, because it’s just not indicative of how efficient and friendly they are.
Food is standard Dunkin Donuts, but with the morning rush orders came out accurate and the manager was super friendly and accomodating to everyone.
They also put cream cheese on your bagel even during rush periods, which of course is clutch.

DON’T EVER GO HERE… PERIOD. I’ve NEVER had a positive experience EVER. I continually get the wrong order.“medium coffee with just cream please”…sure here’s your small coffee with 5 sugars. I’ve even gotten TEA instead of coffee. THEY LITERALLY BREWED TEA IN THE COFFEE POTS AND HAD NO IDEA. everyone was complaining, all they did was pour another cup OF TEA AGAIN. I’ve also gone in and spent half an hour in line behind 5 people simply getting coffee. Why did it take so long? because THEY COULDN’T GET ANYTHING RIGHT EVEN AFTER THREE ATTEMPTS. The staff here are simply dumb. No offense to them, some people are just dumb, but they really need to manage or train these people. TRUST ME avoid this location at all costs!

Terrible. No sandwiches because it was «broken». No iced coffee because she «would have to make it». walked out. There’s too many other choices to just «settle».
