Went for a pedi. They weren’t busy and slow to notice that I had walked in. Place is clean and organized. Prices seem reasonable.

If you want an extremely painful pedicure and end up with an infection because the lady cut too much skin off around your toes, then this is your place! I decided to give this place a try after moving into their new location further down Middlesex Turnpike for a pedicure after work one day. The lady hurried through my pedicure, cut way too much skin off around each toe and ended up with an infection that made it hurt to walk for the next couple of days. Needless to say, I won’t be going back!

What a waste! Went here on my way home from work on NYE to get a gel manicure. Figured great price and close to work so why not.. .I got my nails done at 2 pm by 5 pm three had already peeled off! I didnt expect two weeks but two hours.. .come on! I left at 3, drove home, showered and noticed they had fallen off. I went back to have them fixed and the owners response was«well thats too bad I guess it didn’t work for you what do you want me to tell you.. .try it again.» So rude!!! Gina who did my nails remembered me and fixed them. She apologized and was great about it. Loved her but the owner was too rude and I would never return!!!

Got a shellac mani by Gina, for 20% off since they just moved to their new location and have this special going. Totally reasonably priced(cheap). Fast, efficient, friendly. Nails looks great. Will update after awhile to report on how they lasted.

I went here with a co-worker during lunch before leaving on vacation. The two women who helped us didn’t speak very good English but that’s not too unusual. Customer Service was just ok. The mani/pedis were done well enough. Mine lasted about a week, my co-worker’s lasted a week and a half. It was only $ 35 for a mani/pedi so I would go back just for that reason. I probably wouldn’t go back if it was $ 50+. Despite the bad reviews they seems to have some regulars and stay busy.

Unfortunately, my review has completely changed for this place. Staff is VERY unprofessional, poor customer service, just plain terrible. And they laugh at you when you are trying to resolve conflicts with them! Sad, really but thankfully there are so many other nail salons in the area(hoping to find a good one with nice people!) Karen is good at what she does, but beware of the issues above. Good luck!

I have been coming to Nail City Spa for years. I have acryllic nails and also spring for pedicures about once a month. Julie is the best! She never, ever rushes me. She is always on time for my appointment. I used to go to other salons where you would make an appointment and they wouldn’t care and would take walk ins so you end up waiting even though you had an apointment. I am very shocked by some of the bad reviews here. I have always had a great experience. My nails always look great. And the place is clean, clean, clean! Everyone there is friendly. Tanya and Karen have waxed my eyebrows and they do a great job. And the price is unbeatable. Half the price of getting them done at my hair salon. Overall I highly recommend NCS to anyone looking for quality nails and a good price.

I used to come here to get my eye brows done and eventually stopped because it wasn’t really worth it. Everyone always seemed friendly enough though. I finally found my way back there yesterday. One of my new years resolutions was to grow my nails — and they were finally long enough to get painted without being embarrassed by my little stubby nails! I decided to get a gel mani because I bartend and figured a regular mani would chip too quickly. I came out with big pink blobs on my fingers. My nails were all different shapes. the gel was all over my cuticles. And go figure, they were chipped by the next day. No one spoke basically the whole time I was there. I was awkward and my nails came out horrible. Definitely not going back. Got them fixed today at Nails & Co. in Burlington. came out great!

I was in the area and needed a manicure. The woman did a slightly better job than an 8 year old would. Half of my nails were smudged or otherwise messed up when she was done. She pretended not to understand when I asked her to fix them. The only reason I gave this place two stars instead of one is that it was reasonably clean and decently decorated. Bottom line — save your time and money and go someplace else.

WORST manicure Ive ever had. I am not sure about acryllics or regular polish but their axxium/shellac manicure was terrible. They rush to get you out of there and dont let you nails properly dry. My nails were all bubbles and smudged when i finished. I showed the manicurist I had tried to push the bubbles around with her fingers and told me it was fine! I didnt have time for them to take it all off and do it all over again so I left. It looked like a 6 year old painted my nails. Later that day I went back and had them re-done. Again, rushed. They used the drill file to take the polish off instead of soaking it off like youre supposed to. And again, quickly painted and dried-didnt let the shellac dry… bubbles…smudged. I had to have one nail done 2 additional times and still walked out of there with only 6 – 7 «good» nails. Next time Ill get my $ 30 back. I only came here bc Nails & Co was booked. NEVER again.

Awful nail salon. I had an appointment and they barely acknowledged my presence. Rushed through the job, then put my hands under some boiling hot nail bed that took over 20 minutes to dry. And no nail salon in this day and age should have such poor nail drying techniques. Please. Then my nails dried with dang bubbles in them. Terrible place. They won’t be seeing me again.

it’s great for what it is… a fast, cheap, and easy nail salon. they did my mani and pedi at the same time(which I don’t usually like), and I was in and out in no time. $ 45 for a french mani/pedi. solid service. great pedi stations. If you’re trying to visualize where this place is, it’s in the strip mall at the corner of Middlesex and Burlington Mall road… the one with Pyara and Hollywood Tans. They take cards but prefer cash and tipping is cash only.

I love the ladies at Nail City Spa. Tanya is my favorite… she does great work. I just get a basic mani/pedi so I can’t speak to anyone’s skills with acrylics or anything. Prices are what you expect: $ 12 for a manicure and $ 25(I think) for a pedicure. Just a note: you can’t put tip on a credit card. They do waxing too, but I haven’t had anything waxed here. The BEST part of NCS is their dryers. Somehow my nails always dry… completely…after like 5 minutes under the dryers. Amazing!
