The Nomadic Oven creates travel-inspired pastries from across the globe. French, Hungarian, Middle Eastern, and American treats take on a Vermont flavor with local ingredients. Ginger Cake, Whoopie Pies, Plum Kifli, Lemon-Lavendar Chiffon Cake, Gâteau Basque, and Baci di Dama are some customer favorites. Stop by the Farmer’s Market, and say hello!

Established in 2009.
The baker-owner, Jen Smith, started The Nomadic Oven when she arrived in Vermont after spending a year traveling the South Pacific.
