Love The Vitamin Shoppes! This location is one of the larger one in the area. The different times I’ve come in here the sales person have all been very cheerful and helpful. This store is very well kept, it’s tidy and clean. Make sure you sign up for the rewards program. It really adds up to great savings by the end of the year.

I usually order my goodies from simply because it so SO easy(and free shipping!) Sometimes I venture out of my normal supplements and get adventurous. But that doesn’t always work out well. Whenever I’ve made a bad decision I’ve come to this location for an exchange. I must say, all of the staff I’ve ever dealt with has been AMAZING. They even accepted a coupon from an email on my phone. Really fantastic! They accept my returns without any hassle & even point me in the direction of something I might like better. The reason I deducted one star from their awesomeness is due to their prices. They are always higher than online, but I guess that’s par for the course.

This is quite a large store, and the items are well organized by type. However, once you get to the right shelf for what you’re seeking, sometimes it will be a bit confusing either because the packages are a bit scattered or else there is a very wide variety of items from which to select. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t find as many items to be as competitively priced as I had hoped. Some of the smaller ones were reasonably competitive. A quick internet search on some of the larger items showed that you can find them elsewhere or online for significantly less. So like with any other shop, if you shop carefully, you can find some good deals. However, if I can find the same items at similar or more competitive prices at smaller privately-owned shops, I will patronize them, because they need the business.

For a ‘health food,’ store, the place isn’t too bad. It’s well stocked and arranged in a logical sensible manner. Good selection of vitamins, supplements, and protein drinks, shakes and powders. I like the atmosphere, for it doesn’t come off as either a New Age hippie herb joint or a muscleheads’ hangout. It’s just a regular store for people who want a bit of an edge in keeping themselves healthy. Prices are OK, and there are some occasional specials that really save customers a lot. It’s a bit tough to access, for it’s off of Middlesex Turnpike and motorists coming from the north has to cross some occasionally tough traffic. The parking lot is a bit tiny too and can sometimes get a bit crowded. Inside, I like the place, although I wish the cashiers would stop asking me if I want to join their card program… for the five billionth time, the answer is NO.
