We do almost every type of alteration, on any material, just the way you like it. We also offer a rush service for an additional charge, so you can shop or eat in the mall while your clothes are being tailored. Our regular turn around time is also fast, but that is only because it comes with experience. We specialize in ORIGINAL HEM on JEANS. We keep the bottom hem so the jeans look like they haven’t even been altered.

EMBROIDERY. Whether it’s a company logo or just personal design, we can embroider the design on hats, shirts, hooded sweaters, bags, bath robes, cuffs on dress shirts, baby blankets, towels, and more. You can browse through our online blank apparel catalog on our website. We can also help you with your designs when you stop by the store.
We can also do SCREEN PRINTED and DIGITAL TRANSFERS on blank apparels.
History
Established in 1994.
V.I.P. Tailor is a family owned and operated business that has been servicing the Burlington Mall and the greater Boston area since 1994. They deliver quality alterations with a fast turnaround time, which is accomplished by hard work and a lot of experience. That is why a lot of stores in the mall such as Burberry, Macy’s, Nordstrom, Metropark, Lucky Brand Jeans, Zaza, and Banana Republic highly recommends them to all their customers. They even get jobs from Jos. A. Bank which is not located in mall. Depending on the job, sometimes they can do the alterations within a hour. This is a great option for shoppers who do not live in the area because now they don’t have to make a second trip to pick up their clothes. Over the years, many of these first time customers have turned into very loyal customers. And some customers are even willing to drive from CT, ME, RI, VT, and NH.
Meet the Business Owner
The Park Famil Y.
Business Owner
The Park family’s experience starts from manufacturing fashion apparel, custom suits, and custom dresses. Both Mr. and Mrs. Park have been in the fashion industry since their youth. They grew up working in clothing manufacturing factories. Their first business was a retail store that sold and made custom leather jackets, pants, and skirts. After a few years, they finally owned and operated a manufacturing factory in the fashion district in New York City. For over five years they manufactured clothes for designers and clothing companies in New York. But as the manufacturing business started to go overseas, they sold the business and decided to move to Burlington, MA. That is when they decided to become tailors in The Burlington Mall. And now for over 15 years the Park family has serviced the The Burlington Mall and the Greater Boston area.
