Great location for quick shopping. Mostly high end stores, but a few you won’t see without driving far(LL Bean, Bonefish, Potbelly Sandwiches). You can see that they put a lot of money into seasonal maintenance, and the parking lot is always clear in the winter. The flowers and landscaping are beautiful. My one major complaint that brings this review down is how the parking lot was engineered. It’s incredible difficult to pull in and out, and they didn’t pay for a street light. Given the Starbucks on the corner, this can be problematic. The foot and car traffic is heavily concentrated to one area of the Commons, and parking can be very difficult to find at the peak hours and rush times. This has been especially true since Seasons 52 started reserving a HUGE area of the parking lot for their valet. I’m not sure what the purpose of a valet is when it monopolizes the available places to self-park.

Don’t waste your time going here anymore. There will be no Wayside Commons left soon, as I imagine all of the stores’ business will be suffering since there is no parking anymore due to the new Seasons 52 restaurant that has acquired, and reserved for themselves, 100 parking spaces in the parking lot for valet parking. Thursday, at 6 p.m., I drove around the entire lot for 30 minutes before getting a parking space. Never again. AND, 95% of the restaurant’s reserved valet spaces were empty! LL Bean says they have had multiple complaints about this, and there is nothing they can do yet. If I didn’t have to go there tonight for a necessity, I would have just driven off. Patrons of an overpriced, hoity-toity restaurant come before all of the other patrons of every single other business in this entire shopping complex,
