I recently purchase a 2013 Porsche 911, and I worked with Mike in Sales, Mike in Finance, Al in Sales, and Matt in their repair facility.
I was delighted with the treatment I received from all involved. I have purchased a number of cars in my lifetime and this was far and away the easiest and smoothest transaction I have ever experienced. And to be clear, this transaction was not necessarily straight forward, as I was trading in two vehicles for one.
All of the staff treated me with great respect. They were very upfront about the car I was purchasing, and how the deal would be structured. They followed through completely on what was promised and the car is just as it was represented.
Mike Tracz in Sales was an absolute pleasure to work with and a true professional, I am in Sales, and would be pleased to have Mike on my team. Mike is a real asset to Global Luxury Imports.
I could not be happier with my vehicle or the transaction. I would not hesitate to return to Global Luxury Imports or recommend you to my friends and family.

I just bought my first supercar from Global Luxury Imports. Who spends a couple hundred thousand dollars on a supercar, only billionaires right? Wrong!
GLI helped me understand the cars and more importantly how to buy the right car. After doing research and checking with their sources, I learned they were very accurate. The depreciation on some supercars, like the one I bought, can actually be much less than some other toys/​investments like a boat.
Furthermore, they were able to find the exact car I was looking for. This vehicle, a Ferrari is not one you can just find anywhere.
They took the time to educate my girlfriend and I in our purchase. They gave us a great price (value) for the vehicle.
Post-​purchase, they are following up with us every once in a while to make sure everything is good.
Buy your next car here. Whether it’s a luxury daily driver or a supercar, you can’t buy from anywhere better.
Lastly, the finance manager, general manager, sales, service dept, and owner are all a real pleasure to work with.

To summarize my lengthy review below: I found them dishonest and you should proceed with caution. I would not do business with them again or recommend to a friend.
I purchased a recent model year, low mileage BMW from GLI. I live in another state, so I had the vehicle inspected at an independent BMW shop. GLI was accomodating in this respect and communication was decent until after I made the purchase. Prior to my decision to travel 2000 miles to buy the car, GLI ensured me that the vehicle was in «pristine» condition and had never had any body work. Unfortunately for me, the independent shop I selected for the PPI (based on online reviews) was a complete waste of money, and they failed to warn me about any real issues with the vehicle.
There was one expensive repair that the PPI did uncover: one of the sealed headlights had condensation spots inside. According to my research, this should be covered under BMW factory warranty, so not a concern.
When I showed up to buy the car, I noticed that there were lots of tiny but very deep chips all along the trunk, top, and hood of the car. Also, the paint was peeling off every wheel, but only in small sections. Not my definition of pristine. I brought up these issues to Al, he gave me a «we-​owe» sheet, assuring me that GLI would pay for getting the paint chips and wheels fixed. I felt uneasy, but decided to proceed with the purchase.
Upon driving the car back home (no issues), I went to get some quotes for the paint chips and wheel repair. I reached out to GLI, so I could get the we-​owe honored, and got no response about this matter. I took the vehicle to two different BMW dealers to have the headlight replaced under warranty. Both dealers were unable to do the work under warranty, because the car has had body work in the area of the headlights. It would cost $ 1500 out of pocket to have the headlight replaced.
Very upset about this, I contacted Al. He promised to find a similar car and take mine back on trade. After a month went by and GLI was not able to find a replacement (no updates), I got a hold of Al and suggested that I keep the car, and would like GLI to pay for my costs to get the headlight and wheels fixed. I would live with the chips and body work.
Al said he would get back to me in a few days. When he didn’t, I tried to reach him, only to find that my numbers were now being blocked. After I sent a final email to GLI to try to resolve this matter, Al’s associate offered me ¹⁄₁₀^th what it will cost me to fix the broken items. Ridiculous.
Bottom line: they lied about the history of the vehicle, they did not live up to their «we-​owe» promise, and they have a very unhappy customer.
