I found there to be a severe lack of quality dependable support for the home/​home office/​small office end user. The standard service providers were simply «cut and run, fix it in ten minutes or format it» types. The big box in-​store service providers are more interested in getting your PC back to their shop, and then trying to sell you a new one.

My commitment is to provide you quality service at a reasonable cost, to stand behind my work and the products and services I provide, and to never «over-​sell».

Jed knows his stuff and fixed the issues I had after one visit. His knowledge of computers and peripherals is excellent and his recommendations to keep my computer healthy (and running!) worked perfectly. Jed is very friendly and will do his best to make sure your problems are fixed.

I met Jed through my BNI Networking group I used him on my personnel computer that had stop working and was infected with several computer viruses. I am very happy with his honesty, knowledge and very fast and pleasant service. It has been a few months now and I haven’t had a problem with my computer has worked at a higher rate of speed then when I turned into him thank you very much for the service Jed will refer you to others.

Jed has saved my life! Like a fool I fell for a scam over the phone. People claiming to be from Microsoft got into my computer saying they were updating the system. He was in the middle of moving so I didn’t want to bother him and he had told me I needed to update my system. He did all the groud work for me… tomorrow I will file a police report, go to my bank and try and retrive the 200 bucks I paid for NOTHING!

Jed Bauman has been my tech geek for about 4 years. He was referred to me by an old friend. Although I live across the country in South Florida, Jed’s long arms are able to access my computers and always handle my issues. He is trusted with all of my passwords, codes and access info… I wouldn’t have it any other way. If you’re looking for A-​1 service, up to date knowledge and a personality that defies description (he is NOT your typical computer nerd), then Jed is your guy.

TekBeast was able to quickly and efficiently diagnose my desktop problems (virus and dust) and with minimal delays to my work schedule. Best part was… He did it IN my home. I would contact him for diagnosing and repairing your computer, getting rid of virus’ and making upgrades. Quick and Reasonable and yes, he does house calls.
