David did a $ 20,000.00 Master Bathroom remodel in our house that is Amazing! I love it! It’s beautiful! I have been around the construction for most of my life so I am very picky and a bit of a Diva when it comes to doing construction right… With David on the job, there was absolutely no problems or hick-​ups! David was very energetic and responsive to all of my concerns and upgrade designs. We gutted out the bathroom and totally remodeled it from floor to ceiling with tile, granite, paint, new fixtures, lighting, windows, cabinets, mirrors, etc. The best part was how conscientious he and his crew was about cleaning up and putting drop clothes where ever they walked while excavating and re-​installing equipment, fixtures, etc. from the bathroom to exiting the house. I would highly recommend this professional contractor to any of my friends and associates.

David is the ‘fun’ contractor. He does good work but also likes to have fun doing it. He did a total interior house renovation for us — new wood floors, new ceilings, new paint everywhere, 2 new bathrooms and lots of tile work. His guys are very helpful, moved furniture around when we needed it. And if he can’t do the work, like stairs or electrics, he recommends and coordinates good people to do it. His painter is especially good. He’s also very reasonable, charging you for labor and materials separately.

David Spiller of Your Best Builder worked with my wife and I to build a beautiful fence and gate for the perimeter of our home. His pricing was fair and the quality of work was solid. He is definitely a ‘creative’ contractor who found a way to create something structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing for our home.

Dave Spiller is the best you can get, a TRUE Artist, mixed with a Contractor, how can you beat that mix… He’s sought after so book in advance. His remodeling work is stunning and great prices!!! I sent him to a friend of mine after seeing his work and they could not be happier.
