We install and repair filtration and ventilation systems and work with insulation, radiant barrier and energy management systems. Your indoor comfort, climate and seasonal energy efficiency is important to us. We do energy assessment, energy audits, blower door and duct blaster tests and use combustion analyzers and gas detectors to achieve highest energy efficiency of the thermal envelope, insulation quality and weatherization. We install and repair residential and commercial energy management systems, multi-​zone ductless systems, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, humidifiers, water sourced heat pumps, condensers, packaged roof top units and fan coil units. We also install standard tanked water heaters, tankless water heaters, boilers, gas fueled tanked water heaters, heat pump and electric water heaters.

Manager

Nissim Maimon is the President & CEO of Pros 360, Performance Contractor, Inc. He has over 18 years of experience in the HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) trade and in the construction industry as a whole. Nissim acquired his contractor’s license in 1995 followed by many other industry certifications including the lucrative NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certification. To advance his business knowledge and management skills Nissim admitted to the University of Phoenix Business Administration program and graduated with honors a few years later. Nissim believes that advanced knowledge leads to personal and company success, therefore, implemented a robust training program for the company’s field technicians and the supporting staff, which led Pros 360 to its current path of success.
