I have been very happy with Aquaduck Pool Service for the 2 years that they have been servicing my pool. My pool technician, Alan, is always friendly and accommodating. Whenever I need information about my pool system, he never hesitates taking the time to help me. Thank you, Aqua Duck.

Scott was great. Got back to me in a timely manner. Showed up on time and went right to the issue. Very helpful with tips on our water heater (which was getting old). Would definitely recommend using Aqua Duck services and will use them again. Thanks again Scott!

Have been using these guys at our Sherman Oaks pool for a while. Our rep is pretty easy to get ahold of and provides good service.

Love Scott and his crew, at Aquaduck Pools. We had our pool resurfaced and our equipment replaced through Aquaduck and have had the pool serviced by them for a few years now. They are much better and more efficient than our last pool service.

I am extremely happy with Scott and Aqua Duck pools. I called Scott (after finding him on Unilocal) in a panic because my other pool service (Water Works) completely messed up my pool. My pool was Shrek green and it was just getting greener by the day. I called Scott on a Saturday. He came out within a ½ hour, did a 2 minute water test, and established that the other pool company never put any conditioner in the pool which is why the chemicals were evaporating so fast! He promised to have his guys come out to check out my equipment and to treat the water the following Monday. They came out nearly every day the first week. By mid-​week (Wednesday), my pool was crystal clear. It looked like a pool in a resort! I’m amazed. I’m absolutely pleased with how fast and professional they are. Thanks Scott!

Aqua duck pools is the best! I found this company online after having dealt with some terrible pool maintenance companies. Brian, our pool technician has been fantastic! He is cordial and courteous, shows up when he is scheduled to show up and notifies me of any schedule changes. Our pool has never looked so good! I highly recommend this company!

We love Scott at Aqua Duck! There are a number things we want to do to our pool. Scott came out the next day and spent more than an hour looking at our existing set up to ensure he was giving us the correct prices. His quote was fair and we plan on using him for everything as well as pool service! Anyone that spends that kind of time before you have even signed a contract shows integrity and honesty. He really went the extra mile to make sure we were getting what we needed, Thanks Scott!

We contacted Aquaduck to get an inspection of a pool heater on a new home purchase — and we were also in the market for pool service. On arrival, he said we were actually out of his service area, but he would do the inspection for $ 100 (at least he said we had this conversation which I don’t remember but gave him the benefit of the doubt on given we had a lot of conversations at that time). At any rate, he said the heater worked fine. It doesn’t. So now we are out $ 100 on a poor inspection and still had to find a pool service company. Total fail.
Update and in response to Scott’s comment: this was not 8 months ago. We closed on the house in Sept. and this was during our contingency. He NEVER provided a written inspection. He said the heater was functional, he did not tell us it hadn’t worked for years — but that it should work fine — it has now completely failed and needs to be replaced. I contended the payment but actually DID pay in the end and have the check to prove it.

I hired Scott B. to clean our pool that got dirt and debris in it from the last heavy flash rain. It was very dirty so I wanted a Pool Cleaner to do this heavier job. He came over and bid for the job. I said, great. The guy started on the job a week later. It is going very slowly. I’m hoping the job gets completed soon.

Whenever you deal with someone new, it’s always a toss-​up as to what you’re going to get. I had the same pool guy previous for many years (no names mentioned), but for so long he could not keep the algae out. Also, I had a leak that he kept promising to find someone to fix. Bottomline, nice as he was, the job was not getting done, and I had algae in my pool pretty much all the time. Finally, I said «ENOUGH!» I came to the internet, searched around, and found Aquaduck.
Scott, the owner, came out right away, and assessed the location and issue of the leak in minutes. Told me exactly how it needed to be fixed. I thought it was going to be thousands of dollars, but it was only several hundred. He sent the repair guy out within a few days and that got done. Then he got his pool service guy here, and he is excellent, too. FINALLY, after about 3 years of «hoping» my longtime guy was going to come around, and not having it done, I called Scott and HE MADE it happen! Now my pool is clean as a cucumber! It’s been a month and a half and I’m loving it!

In need of a pool drain and acid wash of the plaster, we called Aqua Duck. We got a great and very fair quote for this service and could not be happier with the way the pool looks. Leo and Douglas were very friendly and great to deal with when doing the draining. The next day Douglas did a fantastic job with the acid wash! We were also in need of regular ongoing maintenance and service, so we hired Aqua Duck for that too. Thanks Aqua Duck!

A guy named Scott showed up (owner is Scott Bergrin) to give me an estimate, totally glum, rude, unprofessional. Didn’t shake my hand. Said he just gave the last business card away. Never smiled. Didn’t ask to look at the filter or comment on the pool. Just said, «$ 95/​month. That’s it.» If he was just going to be a jerk and obviously uninterested in getting new business, why bother showing up??? I would give Aqua duck NO star, but that’s not an option.

After 20+ years, our old pool service tried to shake us down – they suddenly felt they must come twice a week instead of once a week as they had been doing for many years. When we objected, they simply stopped coming (they claim to have sent us a letter but we never got one) and our pool quickly turned bright green. We had a few providers come look at it and hired Aqua Duck, who said they could fix it – then we had to go out of town for a few days. When we returned, our pool was perfectly clean, crystal clear and looked better than we can remember it ever looking before. My husband called Brian to thank him. We are excited to have Aqua Duck be our regular pool service – theiy are charging about what the other people did but do better work without the unpleasantness.
