In addition, we are authorized and have trained employees who can install highest quality, American-​made, safe, effective, health-​conscious, environmentally-​conscious, always eco-​friendly, never green, no salt, no chlorine, no problem pool products.

Raffi bought the pool service from the first guy who serviced the pool when we moved into our house in the Valley. We’d liked that first guy, and we took time to know Raffi. His open personality, integrity, and care in explaining everything he did kept us with Magestic. It also grew the business to the point where Raffi’s employee, Alex, now services the pool. Raffi still takes charge of repairs and explanations. All the repairs he’s done over the years to filter, pump, etc, have functioned beautifully since. We don’t have to think about our pool’s functions — and that’s the point of having pool service! Our pool is a huge, 50’s era beauty, a figure of our Valley landscape. It must be clean and sparkling. I’m not a fan of chemicals. Raffi always warns me whenever a treatment must be done for algae that keeps us out of the water a few days. As with all workers who have access to our yard, trust is my number one priority. Raffi and Alex have earned it.

We have been using Rafik for 6 years at our home in Burbank with pool and spa. He and his service guys do a great job on keeping our pool clean and working. Pretty discreetly come in and out weekly, and always let me know if something needs to be attended to (like water level, etc.) He has served as a sounding board when we are looking at changes or new equipment. I highly recommend.

AVOID! We are completely disappointed. They ripped us off and only put chemical in when my car was in the driveway or we complained about the algae. When confronted, the owner would blame everything except for his service man. Came over to inspect the pool for our last complaint and didn’t check the chemical, made an excuse to leave. Leaving our pool inoperable for 105 degree weekend.
We found a new pool service next day. They fit us in, checked the water, which was at unsafe levels of algae and completely chemically neglected. New company serviced the filter, and the pool is operating perfectly and soon safe to swim.
