Frederick S.

Business Owner

I am a residential contractor, specializing in remodels, additions, and bathroom and kitchen remodels for homeowners in Chicago, Illinois, and the Chicago suburbs.

Frederick S. has worked in the construction trade since 1983 and brings many years of experience, knowledge and craftsmanship as a skilled carpenter and general contractor to the team. Frederick has built and managed many custom projects ranging from renovation and repair to high-​end custom new home construction. His work also includes retail construction with a specific emphasis on pre-​designed footprints (eg., Starbucks, Buffalo Wild Wings, Hollister). Frederick is highly skilled and experienced in rough and finish carpentry as well as general construction management. Frederick is congenial and adapt at coordinating field activity and working simultaneously with multiple trades. His passion is in the creation of detailed, intricate woodwork.
