At JDC Inc. we specialize in Design and Construction. We strive to keep 90% of all projects, completed in house. This allows our customers to know who is working in their home or at their project at all times. We provide an open line of communication between our company and our customers, the job site and our management team. We can provide 3D image layouts before the start of construction so that each customer know exactly what they are getting. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best construction experience possible. We family run and quality driven. We complete each project with the care and quality that we would want in our own home!

History

Established in 2012.

JDC Inc. began by growing up in my fathers construction company. I learned each trade and the importance of quality first hand. My father instilled in me, that a person or company needs to be trustworthy, honest and ethical. We need to constantly earn our business and do our best to surpass our customers goals for the project. When I opened JDC Inc. I asked my father if he would join us and become our Production Manager. He makes sure that our company strives to be trusting, honest and ethical each day. Having him on the front line of the company allows us to operate efficiently and to the highest standards of quality. It also allows us to operate professionally. It provides me with the opportunity to handle the customer needs and cooperate responsibility’s that our customers deserve to have available to them.

Business Owner

I am Shane Johnson, President and co-​creator of JDC, Inc. I grew up in a small family company where I was trained in all facets of construction. I was also trained how to manage jobs and employees and learned the importance in taking pride in your work. In addition to my work experience, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. I created this company so that I could offer customers a one stop shop for design and construction. No longer do people have to hire separate designers and contractors; no longer do they have to fight to try and reach the person responsible for a specific area of their job. We offer both trades in house which creates an open line of communication between the customer and the company. All work from the initial meet and greet to the finishing touches on the final day of the project are all done in house. My goal for this company is to exceed the expectations of our customers.
