Called the shop and got a same day appointment, had two rock clips repaired, the technician is very nice and professional, he even repaired couple of small clips I did not noticed. The shop is clean and I feel very comfortable in the waiting room. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

I recently had my windshield replaced due to the damage from a rock kicked up by a truck while I was driving. Safelite was the recommended repair company from my insurance company. From the initial contact through the completion of the replacement this was a totally hassle free experience. After setting up an at home appointment I was contacted by Safelite with a confirmation of the date and time. The day of the tech called and reconfirmed what time he would arrive. He arrived with in the scheduled time. The windshield was replaced with an OEM product and my car is good as new.

My daughter left her purse in the front seat of her Toyota Corolla and needless to say, somebody saw it and broke her passenger side window. She was upset but learned a valuable lesson. As a result, I called Safelite’s Camarillo office. I believe I called them on a Thursday and was told I could bring the car in the following day. For me, the mobile service worked better and I set up an appointment for Monday afternoon.
The technician showed up right on the scheduled time and it took him about 45 minutes to replace the side window. He even took the time to make sure all the residual shattered glass was cleaned out of the car and on the street where he was working. The mobile service does run about $ 45 extra but for me it was worth the convenience. In all fairness, I did not call around to get quotes but the $ 160 seemed about what I was expecting. The technician was prompt and did a great job and was very friendly to boot. I would use them again for sure.

I called around and got quotes for mobile service. I decided to bring it in and have my windshield replaced in optimal conditions. Reasonable prices. $ 20 Promo Code. This Safelite AutoGlass shop is clean and well maintained. The staff is professional. I see the owner walking around checking up on things. Complimentary refreshments. Very comfortable waiting room. I will refer this place to friends and family. Safelite Camarillo is a well managed operation. There is a lifetime warranty on all autoglass. I am confident they are using quality materials. I will be back with other cars.

Poor management and no follow thru. Windshield installed, but they didn’t seat the trim strips on either side of my car, and one strip flew off while driving. Been trying to get a replacement for two weeks, and I had to buy duct tape to keep the wind and rain out of the car. They say it’s covered under the warranty, but part is apparently not even ordered yet. They keep saying they will call but never do. They apologize but then nothing happens. I’ve called corporate too, but nothing is being done.

The rear window of my van was broken on Christmas Eve. I called Safelight and they were able to schedule replacement by the next working day. He told me that if I could get to the Camarillo location in the next couple of hours, they would clean out the car and wrap it for me in case it rained over the weekend. When I got to the shop, it was pretty obvious they were cleaning up for the day, I’m sure hoping to leave early for the holiday. Even so, they never said a word and were so helpful and so professional about making sure my car was taken care of until they could replace the window. The 2 men in the shop took the time to clean up the back and then wrap the window — they did a great job and never acted like they were in a hurry.
When I went back for the replacement, they were on time with my appointment. They did a very thorough job and thoroughly cleaned all of the glass up. They had taken my payment info over the phone so when they finished I was all set to go w/​o having to fill out any paperwork. This group was professional from start to finish– both on the phone and at the local shop. I highly recommend SafeLite!!!

The tech arrived early during the assigned time window but the windshield he brought was cracked so we had to wait another 6 hours for him to return with a good one. Also, something wasn’t right with the windshield wipers afterward so we had to call and take the car into the shop to get that fixed. No discount or apology offered by customer service for either of these issues.

Awesome service! Great price! Unfortunately my car was beoken into recently, a small window was broken. Safelight got me scheduled the next day, found a $ 30 off coupon. The gentleman that helped me when I got to the Camarillo location was so nice and helpful, offered water, coffee, snacks, kept me updated about the timeline and throughout the process, even cleaned my floomats and all my windows! Great experience overall!

Safelite totally ruined the rear view mirror on my vehicle during the installation and refuses to honor their «life time warranty» for labor and parts. Additionally, the installer broke the automatic rain detector sensor during the re-​installation process too. Not only that the «manager» is completely rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. If your insurance company has a partnership with safelite and you need a windshield replacement I suggest you go elsewhere and/​or pay out of pocket. I would never ever recommend this local shop, not only is their work shoddy, they have no integrity. The definition of integrity is «doing the right thing even when no one is looking.» In my case, the tech ruins my mirror and auto sensor and doesn’t have the integrity to fess up to it only letting me discover the damage on my own when I brought in for service after I noticed the mirror fogging up and the sensor not working post re-​install. On a final point, the after market glass is not of good quality and is distorted.

Satellite does do good installation work. However the quality of their replacement windshields is the WORST of the replacement brands. Poor lamination and lots of distortion to provide bad optical clarity.

Had my windshield replaced yesterday. I scheduled my appt online and got $ 20 off. The technician, Mike, was quick & friendly. Great experience!

Today was my fifth dealing with this shop.
They are great. I’m not sure if they are that much more than a mom-​n-​pop joint but they do a great job, no surprises, quick service and I have always been able to get an appointment when I need it. It’s not a hassle to go to their shop. So after 3 windshields for various cars and replacement window for the passenger door and a repair to the 3^rd windshield today, I’m really happy with this place. I recommend them.

So I called for a quote and was asked for my telephone number. A gentleman named «Steven» took my name and when I questioned why he needed my number, he replied that it was in case we get disconnected. I don’t like giving my number out just because, so I kindly said «I’ll just call back if that happens». And so Steven says, «sounds gooooood» and hung up lol Happy to say I went elsewhere to spend my 500.00 on a replacement window :)

Great experience here! Service was great! They were professional and friendly! Waiting room is clean! They have free snacks ! but it’s comfortable and when you have to wait about an hour it makes it not so bad! Would have been better if they can to me but they were really awesome!

On Friday afternoon, I drove on the freeway and noticed a crack at the lower right corner passenger side of my windshield. When I got home, I went online and got a quote from Safelite’s website. I called a local Safelite store in Camarillo and they were able to fit me in for a Saturday morning appointment. I arrived Saturday morning for my appointment. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. The technicians were polite and friendly. Drove home happy.
