I’m very disappointed in the lack of respect the owner gives loyal clients. I’m surrounded by business owners so when a client is not satisfied you as the business owner reach out and do what you can to make the situation right for both parties. This was not the case when I purchased shampoo and conditioner from the owner of this salon. I used the product and realized I did not like it. I contacted my wonderful hairstylist and asked if I could exchange it. The answer from the owner was a quick NO as she claimed to have a 7 day return/​exchange policy on the website. This was day 10 of having the product. I left a massage for the owner to please call me as my receipt and the website do not state anything about product exchange. She never called me back! I let my hairdresser know to cancel my future appointments as I cannot support the business owner. I’m happy that she heard my complaint as a couple of days later she has her exchange policy on the website. There’s a lot of places out there to get your hair done so you better be on top of your game and give excellent customer service and return phone calls to clients.

I made an appointment to get my hair cut and was looking for a new sylist. I had my hair cut by Jolena and she was beyond amazing. I travel a ton so going to a new salon is always scary. She was professional courteous. She cut my hair and I have to say it was the best cut I have ever gotten. I live in New York, and I have to say this salon is one of, if not the best I have been to. Jolena is amazing. I will be back soon for another cut. She is worth the trip.

Have had my hair done twice at nico bella and loved it both times.
Wendee is a fantastic colorist and I’d highly recommend her to anyone who wants an honest opinion, great stories, and just the color you’re looking for.
I was very sad to read that one odd, rambling, negative review of Larissa because I found her to be very talented and easy to talk to. The cut I got from her was the first one I’ve had in recent memory where I didn’t have to figure out how to fix it later. I would highly recommend Larissa to anyone looking for a cute, manageable style and pleasant conversation.
I’ll be going back to these ladies for years to come.

I have been coming to Wendee for over a year now and I love her. I trust her to do the best for me everytime. That means she is always honest and upfront about my wishes and the reality of what I can not just pull off but look beautiful in. This salon and everyone in it, Michael, Dolly, Jolena and Larissa are fantastic stylists and tremendous people. It saddens me to see the obviously planted horrible reviews by former employees that couldn’t make the grade in this place that I love.

Had a haircut by Mike, it was so great, possibly the best cut I have ever had! Thank you Mike!

I’ve waited a month to do this review, hoping I would grow to, if not LOVE my hair, at least not dread looking in the mirror. Nope. I still absolutely hate it. I went in, explained I wanted medium brown color with red highlights. Wendee told me that was too aging. I’m now a blond. I did not agree to be a blond. She turned me around in the chair and bleached the h+ll out of my hair. It is now in dreadful, horrible condition. The cut makes me cringe. I cope by wearing hats. Every single day. I’m in desperate need of a good hairdresser. I also had a manicure. Yes, I am a fool. I was given a choice of just two polishes. When I asked about all of the OPI polishes I saw in a basket, I was told they were for sale because they were old technology, and the two I had to choose from, were the NEW technology. Wendee spent the majority of the time I was there telling all of us about the condos she was buying in NYC, LA, and here in Camas??. I found that to be in poor taste, considering how much she charged me for a horrible experience. She has a very domineering personality. Yes, obviously part of this is my fault for not going back and demanding she correct… this mess. But I was afraid of what I would encounter if I returned.

I’ve only been in for hair services, Wendy does a great job! Absolutely a fan.
