Awful person who lies and cheats you out of your hard earned cash. Do yourself a favor and find another constable. Unfortunately, this is a person who I thought I could trust to do his job but I found out that I was overcharged, he lied to me as to when I would receive my proof of service and he gave me every excuse under the sun as to why it wasn’t done and to top it off on the day of my court date I had to go to his office to collect my paperwork. He’s simply taking advantage of his convenient location to the court house. Again, PLEASE find someone else.

Bob Sweeney is the best constable in Massachusetts. Extremely reliable and professional.

This guy doesn’t even worth for me writing about him too much.
So, here is a high level summary review based on my (unfortunately) still ongoing experience with this human:
1. Overcharged me in the first place (as I’ve found out later), and decided it was not enough, so made up a ridiculous excuse about the «wrong address» he got from me, and demanded more money blackmailing me that if I don’t pay an extra made up charge — he won’t send me the important for me court paperwork.
2. When I requested an invoice for an extra charge he demands, and was about to send him a check — he requested me to come to his office and pay cash, as LOOKs LIKE he doesn’t want to necessarily document all of the incoming revenue (who blames him), plus just being an obnoxious pain in the tuches.
3. Yelled and threatened me on the phone «You are making a big mistake for which you will be very sorry!»
Oh, and yes, if you didn’t know it yet: NEVER go to the constable that the court is referring you to. They are one big gang where one hand washes another. Do your research first.
