Tim did a great job helping rehab an awful looking bathroom. He did great work and did a great job communicating timing and scheduling.

After calling other handymen, I ended up calling ECHS and he did a great job. Here are the highlights.
Said he would be at my place at 1pm. Showed up exactly at 1pm. Can’t be better than that.
Gave me a clear cost upfront and it costs exactly that amount. Also was able to use credit card with no issue or hassle.
High Quality work is the most important part of the job and he provided that.
He also cleaned up after himself. The work I needed him to do was a little messy and there was no mess for me to clean up.

Worst experience ever!!!
If you want to get ripped off, this is the guy!!!
It took him weeks to fix 6 steps and the railing. He was not able to find the right color for staining because he did not use the proper wood. Yes, he didn’t know that mahogany is a type of wood… On top of that, he tripled the estimate, and threatened me when I tried to discuss the invoice.

My backdoor and screen door were in awful shape; the door let the cold right in, and the screen door didn’t latch at all. Tim to the rescue! He helped me pick out the appropriate doors (and locks), and installed them perfectly. He even checked in to see if I wanted the doorbell wire he found made functional (I did not, for the record!). He also installed custom shelving in two of my closets which were severely lacking in functional space. I would absolutely recommend Tim to anyone looking for someone to help spruce up their house.
