History
Established in 2015.
Since February of 2016, the old Hops N Scotch Cambridge location transformed into Hops Test Kitchen & Raw Bar under our new Executive Chef, Brian Miller, who have worked at other renowned Boston restaurants (i.e., Sorellina, Menton, Cinquecento). Chef Brian Miller, along with a new management team, has transformed our old menu offerings into a restaurant specializing in HOMEMADE pasta (all from scratch!), raw bar seafood, and a variety of farm-to-table offerings. Our restaurant performs the ordering process daily in order to source the freshest ingredients as possible from our local farms and suppliers — this allows us to provide our customers with the most delicious dishes in Cambridge.
