I read another Unilocaler’s review in which he/​she commented on coming in on a Saturday, using a coupon, in-​and-​out in 20 minutes.
So I took my Jeep in on a Saturday afternoon, used a coupon which brought the price down to $ 50, and my Jeep was ready in 20 minutes.
Clean office, WiFi, clean garage, great customer service. No complaints. Easy 5 star!

Came here at 4pm on a Saturday needing a smog check for my sedan. Was quoted a $ 65 price (including certificate fee) and they honored the online coupon bringing the total down to $ 50. In and out in under 20 minutes, very clean waiting area too. I’ll be back.

This is my 2nd time visiting Accurate Smog.
They provided a better then good service. It fast and painless. The technician (I forgot his name) took his time explaining what he was doing and the details of the process.
I have another car that needs to be smog checked. So I am coming back fairly soon.

Pricier that most of the places. Chubby latino tech left my car running for 30 min while researched stuff on the Internet, wasted my gas. Failed my car on visual inspection. I understand that’s on me but when I asked him a question, he awkwardly shook his head and didn’t bother to answer. Another tech was there and they kept talking while the car was running, but they were all secretive. Very bad customer service on the tech side. They guy at the front desk was nice. Both techs talked to after I paid, but before that, they didn’t acknowledge that I was even there. Very rude and disrespectful. If you have a slightly modified car, don’t go here and waste money, they pick on every little detail of the car.

Paul and his team at Accurate Smog and Auto in Campbell are awesome. They fixed the brakes on my Suzuki XL7 SUV in record time and only performed the needed repairs (rotors/​brakes) and did not try to sell me in paying for other un-​needed maintenance.
Paul explained the repair process, time and materials in simple terms. Truthful, reliable, professional, they are a gem in Campbell. Thanks Paul and Christa!

Came by this Saturday. Was the first one there and beat the morning crowd. Was greeted right away and work was done on my wife’s car pronto. I just looked at my words for friends game and played a few games then the next thing I knew the car was smogged and I was set to go.

Customer service was great. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. I can’t say that for most smog check places I’ve been! Prices are very reasonable and I didn’t have to wait a long time. Even if I did, it wouldn’t have been that bad because they have free wi-​fi.

We went in early this morning and saw Hector for my smog check. There was nobody else at the shop so he took my car right away and said it would be done in 10 – 15 minutes! We opted to walk down the street to the Starbucks in the meantime. We could have easily waited in the shop, though. It’s adorable and clean and filled with family photos on the walls.
When we came back there were about 4 or 5 cars there and a few folks waiting in the lobby so we were glad we had gotten an early start. My car was done and waiting as expected and Hector helped us pay and be on our way.
I have to say this was the most pleasant, enjoyable, clean, and professional smog check we have experienced. Honestly, between Hector’s friendliness and the Starbucks stop this potentially unfun errand turned into quite a delightful Saturday morning!

I gave them a call ahead of time to gauge the line for a smog, so when I showed up I got straight in. They were very friendly and fast. They also gave me a good tip about the DMV.
I definitely used the $ 15 coupon on their website, so my total cost for a smog and certificate was $ 50.

They took all the guess work out if the smog check experience. This was my first year having to get a smog certification and I’m glad i went here. I called in early a Saturday morning, didnt need an appointment and was in n out in 15min. I read in other reviews there is a $ 10 coupon you can print out, i will be looking for it next year. Overall an easy experience for someone who has never had to do this before.

I’ve probably driven past this place several times because I live in the neighborhood, but I didn’t realize it was there until I needed to get a smog check done. Thank you Unilocal!SO CONVENIENT! Also, the waiting area is really nice.
I went there after showing up to another garage I had an appointment with who was closed. Even though I had an appointment. Grrr.
They took me in. I waited maybe like 40 min because there were two people ahead of me, but it only took 10 min to get my car done. I was really happy. $ 65 for the smog check and the report is automatically sent to the DMV (yes!).
