Dr. Potts is the BEST! At my first visit, I was very nervous after having bad experiences elsewhere. I am happy to report, he immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain everything he was about to do, why he was going to do it and how it should expect to feel. He is always extra careful and while some adjustments may be intense, they are never painful and provide me with HUGE relief! He mainly works on my shoulder and neck area, but helps me with other areas as needed. My shoulder pain has been an issue for 6+ years, but after seeing Jeff it is SO much better! Another bonus is I do not need to come in very often to achieve positive results! He is friendly and rates are fair too! I will never go to anyone else again!

I was seen by Dr. Potts 3 weeks with lower back pain. He looked at my X-​Ray and stated it looks awful but without any hesitation in 10 min of our conversation, he pressed my upper back between my blades so forceful. I experienced extreme pain in my right upper rib and I heard a sound of burst like something was ruptured. He said” it’s OK I could not fracture it.”
I came next day and told him, I am in pain. He still did his manipulations. Pain became unbearable.
It happened 3 weeks ago, and I still can not move my right arm without pain, take deep breath, sneeze or cough. I can not sleep some nights at all and can not function without 3 tab of Motrin a day. I am RN involved in patient care. He is basically disabled me.
He could not jump on the patient as soon as you see him/​her, he needs to think first three times about his «plan of care» before he starts a treatment considering age, condition and etc. I have the strong feeling, he thinks more about money than about patients. He took his time to explain prices and etc.
I have written e-​mail to him and he did not reply at all.
If you do not want to make your condition worse STAY AWAY FROM HIM!

I came to Dr. Potts yesterday in pain for the past 3 weeks. He is a miracle worker! The constant pain in my back, neck and shoulder are nearly gone. All that is left is some minor soreness. I plan on returning at least once a week to keep my body aligned and feeling good. I am also noticing that my sinuses are not bothering me as much today following his adjustment. I would recommend Dr. Potts without hesitation.

Thanks to Dr. Potts at Bodydoc Chiropractic we have been able to keep my body tuned to reach for and attain big running goals. In October 2013 I PRed by 17 minutes in the marathon and have been accepted to race in the 2015 Boston Marathon. Thank you Dr. Potts and I look forward towards working to attain a sub 2:50 marathon next April!

I’ve received chiropractic care for almost 20 years, and was a chiropractic assistant after college. Let me tell you, there are some shady people in the industry who stop caring about you once your insurance runs out. This caused me to become a bitter cynic and I learned to just live in pain after being disappointed by docs time and time again.
My dear friend Karin P. referred me to Dr. Potts after I could no longer bear my neck/​shoulder pain, promising that he was different. I’m SO happy that I met him, and am happy to say that I will never look for another chiro again! Dr. Potts is the most professional and caring back doc that I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
Dr. Potts is honest, straightforward, and works with you to help alleviate the pain. He’s confident and doesn’t try to get you to commit to anything more than what you are comfortable with. Some weeks I saw him twice a week, and there were times where I don’t need to see him at all. He uses different modalities and listens to your input. Some people respond better to certain methods, and he is a pro at finding the one!

Some background:
I was rear ended by a drunk driver while stopped in rush hour traffic. The impact was so hard that my car was totaled and I suffered major head, back and neck trauma. The pain wasn’t going away with the prescribed medication so my wife suggested looking into alternate ways to get on the mend.
Review:
Doctor Potts listens, asks lots of questions and creates a calm healing environment. He focuses his energy on the immediate ailing area/​condition with an eye on the surrounding supporting region.
He has worked and continues to work his magic on my back and neck and made me a believer!
I hands down and without hesitation recommend Doctor Potts to anyone who wants to see the healing results of a chiropractor.

A great chiropractor, Dr. Potts is not only very professional but also super friendly and welcoming. I was suffering from horrible headaches daily, and a few good neck and back adjustments fixed me right up. The first session I was just expecting him to feel around my spine and then quickly adjust me based on what he found, but he took the time (well after office hours!) to assess my daily routine, determine what was causing the issues, and then recommending things I can do apart from getting adjustments. He was also very honest when I asked how often I should go, a very nice change since most chiropractors just want you to go once a week or more! They take insurance and the receptionist was nice enough to go into detail what I am covered for per year. Feeling fabulous now and absolutely look forward to getting my routine adjustments now that I’m «back» on track (hah).

Love this guys already. Very knowledgable and up to date on the latest information. He talks you through what he is doing and will use the adjusting technique you are used to or prefer. You immediately know he is a good guy and actually cares about you and your health. Takes VSP. Highly Recommend.
Also, his schedule is a little funny but he will make himself available outside of office hours if necessary.

I will recommend Dr. Pots to anyone that needs a chiropractor. I started going here when I was rear ended in my car and had some back problems. Dr. Potts was able to see me that day I called and has done wonders on my back ever since. Jenna who works at the front desk is so sweet and helpful. I love that I can drop in for visits and they stay open until 6pm on M-​Th. Dr. Potts is awesome if and when you need a chiropractor or just a quick adjustment come see him at Bodydoc Chiropractic.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Potts! I have led quite the active lifestyle, and with that, comes many injuries/​physical nuisances. Of all the chiropractors that I have frequented, Dr. Potts is the best in my book. He seems to sincerely care about his patients, as well as learn the person in order to truly learn where they are at physically. When I learned he opened up an office, I transferred over there, without hesitation. I have also passed along his information to my girlfriend and family, which I wouldn’t do unless I was confident. 5 stars all the way!

Dr. Potts is a great caregiver and chiropracter. His new office id easy to get to and he can always fit me in. He has helped me be pain free. He is gentle & kind. I would not let anyone else treat me.!He has been treating me for years. I was glad t find him when he moved office. You won’t find a more caring skilled Chiropracter.

I had neck and back pains in 2006 which gave me ²⁴⁄₇ bad headache. I decided to go my family doctor (Kaiser) to find a solution. When I told my family doctor about my symptoms, they said that maybe because of all my business’s stresses caused my muscles to spasm. I was very healthy with no medical history so I thought to myself Okay, let just agree with my doctor’s words and went home with Bio Freeze. I went home and my neck, back and headache gradually got worse. I could not even perform my normal everyday activities. I went back to Kaiser to request for CAT scan. The test came back negative. I told Kaiser that I felt my neck and shoulder were not in alignment but the doctor did not listen to me. I told them that could it be that my spine is out of alignment. I asked if I should see a chiropractor but my doctor said that Kaiser plan did not cover chiropractic care. This time the doctor at Kaiser said that maybe I was depressed. I was very surprised and did not want to be on medication. Kaiser prescribed me anti-​depression med. I canceled my Kaiser plan and I refused to take anti-​depression medication so I decided to take matter in my own hand. I began to search for chiropractors in my area and referred by friends. I went to one chiropractor to another chiropractor and yet there was no relief. I went to 5 chiropractors within 3 years but no one can give me the remedy. They diagnosed me with scoliosis and whiplash. I was very disappointed in all the treatments and ready to seek for surgery as a solution. I made an appointment with orthopedic surgeon for consultation but I was too scared of the post surgery problems. I decided to think about it more and went on with excruciating headache every day. In July 2009, I met a client at my business and he referred me to Dr. Potts. I went under treatment for three months and I began to feel great. I was treated for one year. I decided to stop treatment in September 2010 because I felt great and cut cost. In June of 2011, I decided to come back to do my 6 months routine and I found out that Dr. Potts was not at the office anymore. I looked for him but couldn’t find him. I tried two difference chiropractors but they could not give me any relief and yet they caused more pain to my neck. I began to search for Dr. Potts on the internet and I am so glad to find him again. His new office now is also accepting insurance which helps me significantly in the payment. I have been adjusted by many other chiropractors before, but I prefer Dr. Potts’ technique. I always end up with more pains when other chiropractors adjusted me. He is a wonderful chiropractor. He knows his patients very well. His adjustments are very gentle and effective. Unlike other chiropractors, he always knows where I need to be adjusted. I always walked out of his office as one happy patient. He is a great listener and partner in your wellness. I like going here because he is very knowledgeable and caring. I am strongly recommending Dr. Potts to anyone that I know. He is an awesome chiropractor. Thanks Dr. Potts. I live in Milpitas and don’t mind driving to Campbell to get adjust because I know that only Dr. Potts knows my problem and adjusts me correctly.
