NO STARS. Only gave 1 star so I could post. If I could give negative stars I would. Caught in numerous lies, shoddy workmanship, delay after delay, even asking for more $$ ! I had minor front end damage on a Toyota pickup. they STILL have my truck, THREE and a half months later.
MY SUGGESTION WOULD BE TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS! ! Feels shady, deceitful and crocked.

Just want to give a quick shout out to CAMDEN AUTO BODY. Someone did a hit and run on my car and I was so upset. I called the shop and they helped me right away! They restored my faith in good people. they fixed my mirror for me at a reasonable cost and the service was great! I’m so happy with the end product. This is a follow up from my last review; it has been about 6 months since my accident and the controversy this body shop caused, my car is in the same condition in which the body shop gave it back to us in. To start off with, I got into the accident in early February on a rainy day on the 17. We took my car here and the owner told us he would handle it and give us an estimate on the car. Well when we left him the car we made it sure to him that we can afford any thing to pricy since I am a college student. Well a few days later he got back to us with reasonable estimate, and like I mentioned before that’s where it went downhill, it turns out my car had needed to get a new wheel, well we payed for that new wheel to be put on well when the car was returned there was no new wheel on the car; all they had done was rearrange the wheels I had on the car already which caused problems to my car when I needed it to be aligned. The alignment place said it couldn’t be done. Also, they had told us we needed a new lift gate, so we payed for a used one. Well the owner had said he would paint the lift gate free of charge since it was going to be gold and my car is black, well when returned the lift gate was not painted because the owner had said we didn’t want the lift gate painted. In addition, when I got into the accident, my right tail light and brake lights were out, Camden auto body had guaranteed they changed the lights well and we took there word for it, well turns out a few days later I ended up getting pulled over for my right tail light being out. We did try to get this all situated with some places, and when Camden Auto body was questioned, they made up a story of how I verbally assaulted their workers when they came to the alignment shop to see what they did wrong to my car. Savannah the lady who works there she said I told her workers to get the fuck away from my car before I beat there asses. When the funny thing is, at the time that the two workers came I was on the phone with AAA trying to get my car towed since it wasn’t drivable, when Camden auto body said it would be. In the end, when getting the receipt and seeing what we were charged for and looking at the car it doesn’t seem like they did any work what’s so ever to the car for that price. They said they installed a new front and back bumper when parts from my old bumper are there and noticeable. They charged us for a painted rear bumper which was supposed to take 4 hours well it looks like someone jus used a spray can to paint it. Finally, in the end this place just screwed us over. In the beginning they seemed great like they were going to help out but as you can see that’s not the way it ended up. Take my word of advice, do not give this place your business as I can see from some other reviews this place has a reputation. One more thing, I found it amusing of how Camden auto body had the nerve to get mad and say my last review was a lie and they wanted me to take it down; well this is freedom of speech and I do not want other innocent hard working people to get screwed over as I did.

Fantastic auto repair place. I backed into some knucklehead that parked just outside my garage. I have a 2012 Mercedes e350 cabriolet, and would not consider using a sub par shop to repair it. I read the 1 star reviews, and I honestly don’t get it. They gave me a price to repair my bumper which was severely cracked with no body damage, but the bumper was a mess. Not only was the work perfect, the people are super nice. The car was promised in a day and a half which seemed awfully optimistic, and it was, but I got it back in 2 and a half days. Great price, and time to fix compared to body shop in LG was unbelievable. Absolutely perfect and Savannah and her father are great. Can’t say enough. Unfortuneate that a couple of people had an issue, but like I said, I don’t get it. These guys are the best.

I had taken a pt cruiser in, for hood damage and rear fendor that was hit and mangled. Raul did a great job. Could not even tell anything had happened.
So I decided to take my van in and get a door with a ding and running boards repaired. As with pt, he did a great job on the door. Running boards became more of an issue as the fiberglass was cracking where it was screwed to the front wheel well. Raul, told me this would be a potential ongoing problem and credited me for the running boards.
He even reinforced the running board by welding them on securely so they would no longer loosen up at all. I appreciate Rauls direct response and honesty. He did not try to bs or sugarcoat the issue. He took responsiblity and then proceeded to address it the best he could.
This is a family business, Savannah at the front desk was helpful getting administrative details resolved. Communication was prompt throughout the entire process, even with the difficulties. I will continue taking all my vehicles here and suggest to my friends and family to do the same. Direct, fair pricing with good communication.

unfortunately, I really cannot give this shop a better review. After the last review, my husband was promised that his car would be ready by Tuesday and sure enough, came Tuesday, car was still not ready. At this point, I am so beyond upset. All I can say is stay away because you may not get your car back for several weeks to even month. They do not even come close to keeping their word on any time line they promise

So, I talked to Savannah on Monday 11÷3÷14 who seemed very helpful. I requested repainting and small work on a bodykit/​lips on my IS300. Gave her my number and info and she said Raul (owner) would call me back. She also told me she would let him know I was coming by the next day. I had already warned her I might be late as I get off work at 4:30 at the earliest. She simply replied, don’t worry he would still be around at 5 pm. Well, I sat in traffic on San Tomas Expressway for 25 minutes and got there as someone was locking up shop. This was Raul’s brother who explained that Raul had left a half an hour earlier. Why would he leave if he knew I was coming?
Anyways, he took a few pictures and said Raul would get back to me. At this point I was thinking, okay just some miscommunication, I’ll try again.
So, I called Wednesday 11÷5÷14 in the morning and Savannah was very apologetic, saying he could do the work in a day and even gave me a price quote. She also gave me Raul’s cell phone number, «which was the best way to get ahold of him.». When I asked her if I could come by to show him the work she told me he had already left early (around 1:30 pm)… Now, this guy was starting to get on my nerves. I called, no answer, and left a message requesting for a call back. Waited for a couple hours and called again. This time, a woman picked up the phone and rather rudely asked, «who is this». Caught a little off-​guard I explained I was trying to get ahold of Raul to go over some bodywork. He was, «in the bathroom,» and suggested I, «send pictures of the car to his cell phone and he would get right back to me.»
So, I went out of my way to take at least 12 pictures and waited for him to even just text back. After no reply, I was pretty ticked off when I woke up this morning (11÷6÷14).
As a legitimate business owner, he could have at least told me he couldn’t do the work. Instead, he didn’t reply until my last text: «Forget it, I’ll take them somewhere else. Great service». Finally, the first time he replied, «Thank u». How this flake has 5 stars on Unilocal,I have no clue. This is all seemed pretty unprofessional (with the exception of Savannah). I wasn’t even going to write a negative review until that text. So, no thank you, Raul, for wasting my time.

I found this place on Unilocal because of the high reviews. My car was hit outside my house. I called and made an appointment to come in. I spoke with Raul at the shop. This nice man was very professional in his demeanor and in his work. The repair time was fast and I was able to get back into my baby ASAP. Customer service was fantastic and they kept me updated at every step in the repair. My car looks beautiful now, even better than before. In fact, Raul called me back to the shop to detail my car because of some detail he wasn’t happy with on the paint! Everything comp’ed on that! That is good service in my book. Thanks guys. I highly recommend this shop. I don’t give 5 stars easily.

We needed to have some body repairs done on our Mazda RX7. Raul and his crew there went above and beyond to be sure that we were satisfied. Their office manager Savannah was awesome, she communicated everything to us with updates.

I love their office manger Savannah! She is super helpful and made me feel as ease! I would recommend this place to anyone! They work with all insurances! They walked me through the whole process of getting my car fixed. Savannah told me she would take care of me and correspond with my insurance company and I did not have to do anything on my part once my car was in their hands!!! they took care of everything the whole day through!!! LOVE THEM!!!

Great service and their workers are extremely helpful. They can get very busy, but no matter what they will ALWAYS return your call. They respond to emails and voice messages very quickly. They fixed my Honda 2005 last year and I was happy to refer my mom this year for her damaged hood. I’m very pleased with their customer service and would recommend them to anyone.

Joe did some work on my wife’s car recently. I can comment on Joe’s customer service, and it was excellent. We encountered many issues but Joe resolved them many times. He even drove our car back to our home in the rush hour on a friday afternoon.
Joe was referred to me by a friend and he took care of us all the way.
The work done on the car was okay, but they say customer service is the most important thing.

Joe and his team at camden auto body took good care of me and did a great job on my mustang. Joe took the time to explain how the newer paints work and answered all of my questions.

My Tahoe is currently in the shop. Someone side swiped me in a parking lot. Joe made this a smooth transition into a rental while I wait. I always recommend this shop! Great team and convenient service!

I cant judge them on their work, but I can judge them on their Customer Service.
Joe was extremely helpful and was (unlike other places that seem to want your $$) making sure that he had my best interests in mind.

Joe and the team at Camden Auto Body did a fantastic job on my car! After being the victim of a hit and run while my car was parked in front of my house, I was left with a damaged bumper, fender and headlight. A friend of mine mentioned this shop so I figured I’d give it a shot. I got a quick and reasonable estimate for the work and my car was done in just over two days! Not only that, but Joe arranged for my rental car to pick me up and dealt seamlessly with my insurance company… I’ve never had such a convenient experience when dealing an auto body shop! When I got the car back, I couldn’t tell anything had ever even happened. Exemplary work from some really nice guys. I highly recommend this shop.

Joe is wonderful and I think Camden Autobody deserves 5 stars, 2 thumbs up and whatever else good praise possible. My friend works for a company that deals with Camden Autobody often and Im glad she told me about them. The service is fast, friendly and efficient!
