My go to Local Florist for 10+ years, well not really local I live in San Jose, but I have experienced previous florists in my area but did not meet my expectations until I came across Citti’s. I know they have multiple locations, but I have built a relationship through out the years with the Campbell location (worth the drive for the quality of product and service in my opinion). The flowers are always fresh, the designs range from traditional to modern, depending on your requests. And the request they do try to accommodate whenever possible, I have even placed orders on the phone, describing what type of arrangements I wanted to be picked up within hours, the arrangement was what I had in mind, not bad at all for just describing what I wanted over the phone. Staff is always professional, courtesy, and above all not high pressured, ensuring the customer have a the arrangements they want. On my recent visit to place an order for Valentines Day, Deja was very helpful and explained to me all the packages and what they had to offer, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Also I do appreciate the personal touches throughout the year, that Citti’s Florist actually called me to remind me of specials they have for that month or an up coming Holiday, a very personal touch in my opinion. It’s rare these days to find a good, quality, customer oriented Florist, but I’m glad I have one that I can count on for any occasion.

Was looking for a full service florist, came across Cittis.
Right off the bat when i walked in i was greeted by Maryann, she helped me choose a great arrangment for my fiancé. They have everything from wine to amazing cards. Will be coming back for sure.

You can never go wrong with this family-​owned business. Just today I ordered and picked up 4 exquisite holiday centerpieces that perky, pleasant & professional «Deja» helped arrange that impressed everyone in our office and made us all smile! They always have an in-​house deal or online coupon and you are sure to get something beautiful. Thanks again Citti’s!

I walk in at 1:00 pm looking for a bouquet to be delivered to the hospital. Deja tells me they don’t deliver on Sunday, so it would have to be on Monday. My friend might be getting out of the hospital Monday, so that won’t work. She asks her boss if they’d be able to deliver today (Saturday), boss says yes and before I’m done writing the card, Jeff is ready and waiting to drive this beauty over! I was still out running errands when I got a text from a very happy friend thanking me for the gorgeous flowers. This was above and beyond service and I thank you guys from the bottom of my heart! I’ll definitely make this Citti’s my regular florist!

Great customer service… It was 10 AM last Sunday morning and I needed a housewarming gift for clients in Fremont… The party was starting at eleven so I didn’t have much time but since I live just a couple of blocks from Citti’s Florist I thought I would give them a try… Well it turns out that they were closed but the delivery guys were loading flowers for a wedding and the door was unlocked and I took a chance… Boy, did I get lucky! I ran into Chris who was helping the delivery guys and after explaining my situation he helped me find a beautiful live table centerpiece that my clients loved…

Two dozen roses on Thursday special for $ 19.99* Do it! Go there! I do, have, will again! The service and quality are good! And to think, this location used to be Giant Artichoke* selling nothing but artichokes! Yep! This has evolved!. It’s a good place, it’s not the best flower shop around on customer service but very adequate… Especially the Thursday rose special!

Well I have always love city for their $ 20 Thursday special, two dozen roses always makes a girls day! And I’m grateful for the same day delivery, with only a small extra fee for those times when I don’t get things ordered on time. But today they jumped to five stars because they show their pride and supported the Silicon Valley pride kickoff event, creating beautiful rainbow centerpieces using many flowers and little flags. They were beautiful and they pulled the pride into the room. I’m grateful for their support of the Rainbow Chamber of commerce, and everything they do around the Campbell community.

My fiancé’ and I searched for a florist for our wedding for over a month. We had meetings with several florists before deciding on Citti’s florist. The decision was easy to make. The deciding factor occurred after consulting with Chris Citti. We were presented with many options for the wedding and were completely satisfied. Both the cost and the selection were excellent. Without a doubt Citti’s florist was the best choice by far. Thank you Citti’s florist and Chris Citti for making our wedding so beautiful.

We used Citti’s Florist for our wedding and we couldn’t be any happier with our choice! Our venue let us use vendors (but the caterer) that is not on their preferred list. We figured that Citti’s is closer, they deliver and offer wedding packages we should start inquiring with them. We scheduled an appointment and Kristi was so helpful. My husband and I were so surprised and happy to see that the wedding packages were within our budget that we signed a contract with them right away. We chose package 5 that includes bridal bouquet, toss bouquet, MOH bouquet, 3 bridesmaids, 10 boutonnieres (includes groom, fathers, groomsmen and 2 extras), 8 bowl centerpieces, centerpiece for the head table, 2 ceremony arrangements. We signed our contract with Citti’s about 12 months before the wedding and overtime we changed few things and Kristi was definitely helpful and was quick to change the list for us and within minutes, she sent me an updated list in the email. We ended up with 10 centerpieces, added the longer sash for the bridesmaids bouquet, added 2 more ceremony arrangements, rented 2 more columns, and instead of corsages for the mothers and my grandma, I requested for wristlets and Kristi and Citti’s accommodated and absolutely did everything I asked for with no additional cost! I even stopped by few days before the wedding to give them the extra fabric from my dress to wrap in my bouquet and a rosary… they did it beautifully!
Wedding day came and I was early at our venue to change and I saw Citti’s was already at the venue and the flowers were delivered in my bridal room and they were ALL SO PRETTY and smelled soooo nice!!! Citti’s truly delivered and they promised that the delivery guy will be there early and will hang around to ensure that we didn’t need anything else from them and HE DID. I am truly happy that we used Citti’s, they are very professional, they listen, got the best packages for wedding (and I bet for any occasions too!), they deliver! Our family and guests couldn’t stop admiring the beautiful flowers, it was perfect. Even my wedding coordinator kept saying she love Citti’s. and she’s right we love them too!!! Have used Citti’s a couple times in the last few weeks and am very pleased with the results. Kristi was so helpful and great to work with. Really appreciate the great selection and awesome customer service. Highly recommended!!!

This review is for Deja! She helped me decide on flowers for my graduation. She not only picked the most beautiful flowers for my school colors, but also suggested curly willow to add height to the décor bouquets on stage and they were absolutely fabulous. I got so many compliments from my classmates! She helped me with every step of the way and even put up with my multiple phone calls making sure everything was perfect. Thank you so much, Deja! I would highly recommend Citti’s to anyone looking for a local florist! :)

I came in here because «of being in the dog house» with my wife. One of the ladies working there helped me choose a bouquet of flowers and really spent the time to wrap it up and look good. Thank you.

Citti’s Florist has a wide array of flowers and they are conveniently located on the corner of Bascom and Hamilton. They have other items related to flowers — vases, garden selections, and other items that are helpful for whatever you are purchasing that has to do with gifting flowers! They also sell flower food and water tubes (for individual flowers) too.
The lady was very helpful, so for customer service, I would definitely give five stars. They are a little bit more pricey than other flower shops that I have visited, but other than that, no complaints from me on this end. They were able to give me what I wanted, even though they were a little bit more expensive. I’ll definitely be back if I ever need to make any flower orders!

I wanted to send my Mom flowers to her office for Mother’s Day and knew Citti’s was close by and has a good reputation. I was still nervous when I ordered the petite ‘sweetheart kiss’ arrangement online, wondering, would it look like the picture? Would it be smaller? How many roses and tulips would there really be? Would the colors be as vibrant? And, would it be delivered on time? Well, Citti’s delivered in a big way. I don’t know what I was worried about. The arrangement is gorgeous. Nothing petite about it other than the two-​toned petite pink roses nestled between the roses and tulips that weren’t worth counting because there were plenty! My Mom sent me a picture with her and the flowers captioned, «see me, I am so happy.» I am so happy, too! Considering I signed the card, «your first born and favorite child», Citti’s really helped me deliver! Thank you!

Wow. Simply WOW. I will never go to another florist in San Jose EVER AGAIN.
Growing up in San Jose I remember driving past Citti’s as a kid, so it seemed kind of obvious to use them for my wedding. We worked directly with Chris and that man is a DREAM. We met with him once, showed him a few pictures on Pinterest and flipped through his books and he knew exactly what we wanted (based on what I thought was pretty minimal direction).
Being a completely brainless bride, I scheduled our mock up the weekend of Valentine’s Day (which meant he had to put together a centerpiece for us during one of his biggest weekends of the year), and Chris didn’t bat an eye. He delivered, of course, a perfect, stunning centerpiece that was beyond what I could have even described.
Welcome to the wedding day. I was literally in TEARS because Citti’s flowers were so beautiful. My bouquet was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. The bridesmaids bouquets were stunning and all the boutonnieres were awesome.
Everyone at the wedding was talking about the flowers. I had several people at the wedding who said they will no longer use their (fill in the blank) florist and will use Citti’s from now on.
It’s worth it to head in and talk to Chris. He is a class act and makes everything himself and even helps with delivery. Not many owners of their own stores do that nowadays, but this is a family business, and they do things right. Support your local and use Citti’s.

Very overpriced flowers and staff that was trying to upsell my father flowers for a get well bouquet. We asked for a small bouquet, under $ 30 with one or two Lily’s. She tells us that she will grab 5 Lilies and 3 Orchids which are $ 5 each! (I guess she couldn’t do the math that it would be $ 40 before any other flowers!). I wouldn’t trust there arrangements to be reasonable. Better off with someone else in the area.

As an only child, my mom was my mother, father, and best friend. She passed away on March 2, 2014. We had only 9 days notice from physicians reading a CT scan that she had stage 4 lung cancer that had matasticized to her spine and that she had a «significant compression fracture of the T-​3 vertebra that is affecting the T-​5 also.» At 89-​years of age we had talked many times about the significant pain in her back, but never cancer. She died on March 2, 2014.
I wanted to do something special for my mom’s 90^th birthday coming up on January 25, 2015. In contacting Citti’s Florist, they asked if I might be interested in their yearly package. They advised that they will deliver, arrange, and place bouquets of flowers monthly on whichever dates I choose per month. I said, «YES!!» I was very specific about what I wanted for each date of the month.
I want to thank Citti’s Florist for making the details of my monthly arrangements so effortless. I can now go to the cemetery and know I won’t have to be taking extra time out of my day to select and carry a bouquet of flowers to the cemetery. They will be fresh and handled with care and I can spend my time at the cemetery reflecting back to all of the blessings my mom and I had together. Thank you, Citti’s!

I have used Citti’s several times for funerals, weddings and other personal needs. They provide great service, have great selection and the prices are very competitive.

Having worked with Citti’s on a variety of events, we chose them for our wedding. We wanted bright colors for the bridesmaids bouquets, the flower girl’s wreath and petals, the displays surrounding the bride and groom but a white bridal bouquet. For centerpieces on our dinner tables we chose bright colors with LED’s in the water casting light beneath the floral display. In addition to the numerous compliments we received on the artistry of our flowers, we have noted that the floral displays were the subject of many candid photos taken by our guests!
Working with Citti’s is so easy. Of course, we had the last minute changes — extra buttonieres, flowers for the house in the days before the wedding and other little tweaks. No problem. They delivered ahead of schedule, and surpassed all expectations.
