COBE Construction

I had the best experience working with Cobe Construction. Shaun and his team really pulled through for me. We had him come out to give us an estimate for a job in Menlo Park initially but at the last minute our lease fell through and we were forced to find a new location. When we quickly did find the new location I called Shaun again. We had to start from the beginning with new drawings and estimates in a time crunch. He pulled all his vendors together to get our job done in approximately 6 weeks and stayed in budget and on time!
After Shaun was done with my project I reached out to him for help with some sub standard work a Kelkom vendor had done. The Kelkom person had damaged the wall in three different locations trying to install the system. Needless to say Shaun sent me his drywall contractor to patch up the work professionally and billed the Kelkom person directly. Again Shaun and his staff were amazing, I cannot express it enough!

If you want to work with the best you have to work with COBE construction. Ben and Shaun and their team are not only very respectful but are extremely meticulous with their work. For my first project, I had no experience working with contractors but the project went very well– they took great care of delivering what was planned and most importantly on time. Now Im working on my second project with them and its been great– there is a thought out plan and budgets/​costs that they are very considerate of.
Overall if you are looking for an HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, and KNOWLEDGEABLE construction company then they are the one to choose, you will not be disappointed!

Building an office to your unique taste and style can be very stressful and not to mention expensive. However, Shaun and his team made my journey as smooth and affordable as possible. They stayed within the time frame they gave me, were always on time and managed unforeseen conditions in a very professional matter. They even replaced a window glass that my landlord was refusing to fix at no charge to me. Mike was the supervisor for my office and he did a wonderful job managing the subcontractors as well and making sure things got done correctly. I was very happy with the services that I received from COBE and its team and I always refer them to dentists who want to build their own practice or remodel. You should see my office, after four years it still looks like it was just built! Thank you COBE team :)

Moving to the area and needing a large office build-​out brought me a high level of stress over finding the right contractor.
