Ingela does such lovely work! She did the flowers for our wedding in Los Gatos and it was better than I could have expected. I had very little vision for exactly what I wanted and she was able to use to artist’s vision to create beautiful bouquets for me and my bridesmaids. The mother’s corsages, groomsmen boutonnière’s, and centerpieces were also lovely. She has such a delightful personality! It was a pleasure working with her. Our only disappointment was regarding the groom’s boutonnière. My husband requested that it be a succulent (small, colorful cactus) and it really didn’t hold up very well. It was falling apart before the ceremony. Other than that, lovely work and I would gladly work with Ingela again!

I reached out to Ingela at Ingela Floral Design to come up with something for a wedding fair booth and she did a wonderful job! She is also super sweet and I can’t wait to work with her again!

Ingela did my wedding flowers and did the most amazing job! We were on a slight budget, but she made it work, even though I know she wanted to do so much more. The flowers turned out EXACTLY how I wanted, but nothing like I could have ever imagined. Totally blew me away when I saw my bouquet. It was stunning! I almost didn’t get my bridesmaids any bouquets because with 10 bridesmaids, bouquets get costly. but she convinced me to do it and I am so glad I did. She made their bouquets the perfect size, small but tasteful. For the centerpieces in the reception room, I had asked for some tall some small. I had shown her a picture of the smaller centerpieces, not knowing how it would turn out. they turned out even better than the photo! I’ve already referred her to 2 different weddings, and I will continue to refer her to everyone! She’s amazing and made my special day so beautiful :)

As far as I can tell, Ingela normally does large, expensive weddings, so I have no idea how we conned her into doing the flowers for our small budget wedding, but she somehow did an amazing, amazing job on a very tight budget. We had all white/​cream, soft, multi-​pedal flowers, and the arrangements were everything I had envisioned, only way better. We had considered several florists, but Ingela was the only true «floral designer,» who listened to our vision and created something that she knew we would like, based on what flowers were available at the time and what she was able to do with the small amount of money we gave her. All of the other florists we had talked to did not have the creative capacity for this kind of flexibility and resourcefulness.
She was also so sweet and responsive — and so funny! We had a great time discussing our ideas with her and cracking jokes in her studio. I appreciated her so, so much. I wish that we could have paid her more — she certainly deserves it.

This review is embarrassingly overdue. Ingela did the flowers for our September 2012 wedding, and she was incredible. She was able to figure out exactly what I wanted when I hardly knew myself. Her costs were very reasonable and she was able to work with our budget. I loved my bouquet so much that the day after our wedding, I had to have it preserved. Ingela even worked with the preserver to acquire some extra flowers. Our wedding looked incredible thanks to Ingela. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Ingela brought the «pop» to our wedding photos. Although I didn’t really know what I wanted, she listened to my thoughts and delivered a gorgeous product. She was flexible in meeting with my mom and I the first time and then an additional time with my fiancé. She was easy to work with and funny on top of it all. When she arrived the day of the wedding, I couldn’t wait to give her a hug — her flowers were perfect! And now that I got the pictures back, I couldn’t have been happier! Loved it!

I just love working with Ingela and I love her designs even more. She is very professional but has a positive and easy going demeanor so when you work with her you just feel relaxed knowing you are going to get a beautiful product that will be installed on-​time and exactly the way you or your client wants it to be, and within budget. One of the things I also like about Ingela is that she is very flexible and transparent in her pricing. For every category of floral (bridal bouquet, centerpieces, ceremony floral) she provides three prices, each corresponding to size and fullness of the design. This really allows her clients to be in control of exactly where they spend their floral budget.

Ingela surpassed my expectations. If there was one thing I didn’t have to worry about on my wedding day, it was my flowers. Each piece was unique, different, modern and vibrant in color. Ingela listened to exactly what I wanted. I went over my personal budget but it was well worth it. I wanted full flowers and Ingela was very creative with using all kinds of flowers to give it that full ombré look. Guests were able to take a centerpiece home as a gift. The only thing that I would say is that the wrist boutonnière’s fell apart early. Flowers were the most amazing part of the décor and I would recommend Ingela for any event!

First of all, I don’t understand how this business is not 5 stars.
Our wedding was 10÷19÷12 at Clos LaChance. We were extremely lucky to have one of our vendors send us to Ingela, since apparently we received an old «Preferred Vendors» List and her name was not on it.
After visiting numerous other Floral Designers, my wife and I got to meet Ingela and were blown away at her professionalism and incredible attitude. She was thoughtful of our financial constrains but also extremely creative. Basically, she got what we were about in a matter of minutes.
The wedding and reception were absolutely breathtaking. My wife’s bouquet was perfection as well as all the other flowers used throughout.
We’re extremely thankful to Ingela for all she did for us.

There truly aren’t words to describe just how much I loved the flowers at my recent wedding. I got married in May at the Mountain winery in Saratoga and from the first meeting we had with Ingela, I knew that she was not going to disappoint. We had allocated a decent amount of our budget (about 8%) to the flowers, and I knew I wanted something beautiful, different and just plain exquisite. I gave Ingela very little direction beyond the colors I was doing for the wedding and the fact that I did not want a single solitary rose in any of my arrangements or bouquets. She listened intently, had great suggestions and when I saw the flowers on our wedding day I just about died they were so amazing.
Ingela really exceeded all of my expectations and was very good about being candid on where best to put the money. For example, our ceremony space was outside on a beautiful deck overlooking the Valley and we said our vows under a large oak tree. The space didn’t need much extra, so we did two large arrangements on wine barrels up at the front to create a sort of «alter» and then just a few hanging baskets from the chairs, every couple of aisles. She didn’t try to get us to spend any more money than what we told her our budget was and in fact, she tried to cut where she could. My bouquet and my bridesmaids’ bouquets were so beautiful and original — — everyone kept raving about them and I didn’t want to put mine down!
The real wow factor came with the centerpieces at the Reception though… she completely outdid herself and they were exactly what I had had in mind the whole time, but wasn’t able to fully communicate my vision to her. That’s what’s so great about Ingela — she knows your vision even when you haven’t fully realized it yet! If you want wedding flowers that are above and beyond, service and attention to detail that is like none other and just an overall kind, caring, talented person to work with, than look no further than Ingela.

I think my favorite thing at my wedding was my flowers. I couldn’t have picked a better florist, hands down, people are still commenting on how unique my flowers were.
Her studio is cute, and has a little office in the front that you can meet with her. We met twice before the wedding, and I wanted something very non traditional, I didn’t want to see a single rose. My colors were Purple and green, and talked about the flowers i liked, she has a few albums as well as a ton of photos on her iPad (way easier to view the photos) She is really into texture.
On the morning of my wedding she dropped off the bouquets at my house, the grooms boutenierres at the hotel, and went up to the reception place to do the flowers there.
She is pricey, but 100% worth it. Plus she is nice. She also takes Paypal for those who want to use a credit card (you do have to pay 3% extra, the fee paypal makes them pay) but if you like miles it is i worth it.
SO HAPPY WITH MY FLOWERS :)

Hiring Ingela to do the flowers for my wedding was one of the easiest (and best) decisions we made.
* She is professional and really easy to talk to.
* She gave us AMAZING arrangements within our budget, and make them look chic, creative and expensive.
* She does the kind of flowers you’d see in a hip, modern bridal magazine — I told her no roses or lilies and nothing that looked typical. I reviewed the color scheme and some flowers I liked. «WOW» — is what I could think of when I saw all the flower arrangements. I LOVE what you did — I love everything from the flower ball you created for the ceremony to each of the centerpieces you created for the tables. We played a game and gave the centerpieces away and they were a hit! People LOVED the center pieces. And my bouquet. OH MY GOSH, I LOVE my bouquet. What you created surpassed my expectations ten fold — the bouquet is BEAUTIFUL! The girl’s bouquet matched the girls’ dresses; and they loved it.

Ingela is amazing. JUST amazing! We had her do our flowers for our wedding and it was simply perfect. She gives you books (and books and books) of photos to look through and asks that you tell her what you like and don’t like. She takes meticulous notes and then gives you a very detailed proposal based on your wants and needs. She brought our flowers to the hotel, then took flowers to the church, then to the reception. All my guests complimented us on the flowers. They were both beautiful and unique.
I HIGHLY recommend you give Ingela some creative freedom and don’t try to ‘design’ your bouquets and center pieces. Trust her, she is an expert and an ARTIST. I did this with her and my flowers were more beautiful than I could have imagined.

When planning my wedding last year Ingela truly saved my entire wedding! My mother-​in-​law had agreed to be my florist as she had been a professional florist most of her life, but as the wedding crept closer she decided it was too much work. With only a month before the wedding my planner was able to secure Ingela (she had a cancellation on our date. THANK GOODNESS!). She really listened to what I wanted and worked with our budget. Ingela gave us multiple options, and really helped us get the most for our budget. The flowers received so many compliments and really were one of the highlights of our wedding. I’ve added pictures for your enjoyment. I highly recommend her… she’s so talented and such a joy to work with!

Ingela did the flowers for my wedding, and she is pretty pricey, but if you can afford it she is well worth it. I gave her very few details to go on (the colors I wanted in the wedding), and she took that and made gorgeous arrangements based on the budget I gave her. From my very first meeting with her I was sold because if you talk to her you really feel like you can hand things over to her and trust her to make the right decisions. And she totally did!
Everything got to the wedding in plenty of time. In fact, I think the flower arrangements beat me to the wedding.
I am clueless when it comes to flowers, so she was the perfect person for me to hire. Highly recommended!
