Elana (one of Joe’s coworkers at the office) is simply amazing. I saved 26% annual on my car insurance by switching from another major car insurance company. They even threw in renter’s insurance, free coffee, and a biscotti! After all that, I was pretty happy and never had any complaints because it all went so smoothly.
A few months later, Elana calls me for a better deal on my auto loan! There’s another 18% in savings!
So all in all, you can’t go wrong with this branch. Everyone in the office is so professional, and kind, and even funny if you get to know them. Do yourself a favor and be a good neighbor.

Two days after I got my policy our neighbors house caught on fire. Joe and his team are amazing. We had two policies when it happened so I was able to see the difference between the two companies and how they handle claims. What a difference! Joe and his team are on it, friendly helpful and quick! I would give 6 stars if I could. No one wants to have insurance, but when something bad happens you are happy you have it and I thank God I found an insurance agent who really cares.

My wife and I recently decided to get life insurance. As first timers to this sort of thing we looked around online and found Joe. We set a a appointment on a Saturday and went to see him. Joe was super helpful and informative. He answered all the questions we had and needles to say we walked out with a new life insurance plan that suited our budget best. Where to begin… Joe and his staff are truly amazing!!! I was with AAA for well over five years. On the last year I was with them, a teenager hit me on the side of the car and they reported the accident as me being at fault when that wasn’t the case.
Hence me switching from insurance carrier. I’ve been with Joe and his team for two years now, BEST decision I’ve made. He is always available whether it’s at this office or through text.

State Farm has unbelievable service! Joe and his team are always just a phone call away and have never let me down in a time of need. Also Joe’s financial advice has been impeccable from Roth IRA’s to retirement plans. State Farm is a top notch provider.

Be careful folks, State Farm is not all that! I have been with State Farm for 30+ years and after today I decided enough was enough. After my agent Phillip Driver retired I ended up with this team all they want to do is try and sell.sell.sell. Service, what is that?
Two recent occurrences where I was in need of a road side assistance, State Farm failed.
The first time the Highway Patrol helped me change my tire before State Farm even picked up the call. I was on hold for nearly 15 minutes and just gave up. Then on the second instance, just yesterday stuck on the freeway during graveyard shift I could not get road side assistance again. On hold again for over 12 minutes and several calls trying to attempt to get help.
No State Farm assistance but instead, AAA roadside assistance was there before I ever got through to State Farm. AAA towed my car and stayed with me until I could get picked up. That simply was not enough. After that State Farm had me tow my car to a repair shop THEY recommended that was not even State Farm certified. They then tell me it could be up to 5 days before a State Farm appraiser can even get out to access the damages; hence, work will not be started until then! I have spent hours on the phone doing their job for which I pay dearly for and my issues are still unresolved. All I get is, «We are sorry for the inconvenience we have caused you.»
They tell me they have so many claims, a lot of backlog, then why not hire the staff and train them to provide the service they so brag about. No road side assistance, I was provided wrong information and this is only part of it.
BE CAREFUL FOLKS. STATE FARM IS NOT ALL THEY SAY THEY ARE!

This review has been pending for me to write for a long time. I want to recommend this agent because i received a first class customer service for my car and home insurance. I worked with Elnaz Omrani (Eli) to address the insurance details. Eli not only matched prices with the prices of a competitor but also gave me a better rate. I would recommend Joe/​Eli for any of the queries for insurance quotes or insurance help.

I had been shopping around for quotes for my car insurance to see if I could get
better pricing and lo and behold, I received a call from Tony Peluso with State Farm
Insurance. I have never worked with a more friendly and knowledgeable agent.
He not only provided me with lower pricing, but increased coverage! I then inquired
about my renters insurance and he was more that happy to help with that as well.
Everything was done via a phone call, so when I happened to be in the neighborhood,
I stopped in to State Farm to say Hello to Tony and was warmly greeted by the entire
staff. Joe Frangieh then came out of his office to introduce himself to me and welcome
me to State Farm! Who does that? Certainly not GEICO or Flo at Progressive.
Do not hesitate to give Joe or Tony a call if you are in the market for insurance. You
can not go wrong!

After shopping around for a new carrier I discovered that State Farm offered the best rate and initially that’s all I was interested in. Fast forward a couple months and I stopped by because he wanted to see if I could get any more services but was hesitant that Joe would try to sell me stuff I didn’t need.
However he was honest and very helpful and got me renters insurance and increased my collision all for a few bucks more due to the blanket coverage discount. Super nice guy and honest which is what everyone should look for when shopping for new coverage. I’ll definitely be recommending him to anyone I know shopping for new insurance

When Joe heard that my home was broken into, he immediately came over to make sure me and my family were OK.
Throughout the following week, he walked us through every step of the claims process. The claim went through within two weeks, all thanks to Joe!

I would actually give a zero star review to this person and State Farm insurance. They are the most dishonest people who would do anything to get you to buy their insurance like lying and cheating on you.
I was shopping around for insurance at the end of July 2015 and Joe’s assistant gave me a quote which was a bit lower than what I am currently paying. When it came time for me to pay, all of a sudden he raises it dramatically. At this point I was compelled to tell him exactly how much I was paying to the other insurance and what type of coverage. He said OK let me talk to Joe and get back to you. After talking to Joe he got back to me and said that they will give me the same quote and emailed me back the same policy he quoted me with the bottom line total we agreed before, actually a bit lower. This took a day and a half of my time to work with them. I agreed to purchase the policy and after paying in full by phone, I decided to take a look at it. Once I looked at the details, I noticed that they changed my deductible from $ 5000 to $ 21,500 without mentioning a word to me. I could not believe it. Without telling me anything, just to sell me the policy — they changed it into something that no mortgage bank would accept. I called immediately and told them to cancel it. I had to follow up two days later to make sure the money were refunded back to my credit card. I dealt with many insurance companies in my life as I have multiple mortgages and multiple properties but this is the worst experience I ever had with an insurance company. I wasted a day and a half talking to people who gave me one quote at the beginning and trying to change things into their favor for the next day and a half without telling me what they were doing.
I was simply disguised of what liars and cheaters they are.
And right when I thought this bad experience ended, here I am two months later — receiving a letter from state farm saying that my agent «Joe Frangieh» informed them to withdraw my application for insurance therefore that will inform my mortgage bank that my policy was cancelled. Which policy — the one I never bought? Which agent — the one who never was and will never be my agent? How can you tell my mortgage company that a policy has ended when I never bought a policy from you to begin with?
One more time — I am disgust of this agent and the way he and State Farm insurance deal with customers and understand to do business.

I worked with Sean Gioiosa to get a quote for auto insurance. He was great to work with and provided excellent customer service. I am happy with my policy and the buying experience. I highly recommend working with this team when you are in the market for car insurance.

A very pleasant insurance experience (wish there were more like this in the world!). I recently explained my car situation to the agent Sean and he helped me understand what options I had available, and even suggested which policies would be most beneficial to me specifically. I’m typically not well-​versed with insurance, but it was all made transparent to me over the course of the discussions. Very helpful, very clear– highly recommended!

We recently wanted to switch from the On-​Line service we had to State Farm. The on-​line seemed sketchy at times and we never really knew who we were talking to over the phone. Now, with State Farm, we can walk into the office anytime and talk to the Same Person. I met Joe, the owner, real nice guy and very smart. He let me finish up with a person named Sean Gioiosa who really knows his insurance and has been with State Farm for quite some time. We then switched over all my toys (Cars, truck, boat and Harley) to State Farm. Then after some discussions, we switched over our House to be covered under one umbrella and will actually start saving us money each month. I was referred to Joe and his team by a friend of mine who inherited Joe since the other agent retired. I was skeptical at first talking with a new agent, but quickly got over my worries after talking with Sean Gioiosa. Sean knows the insurance business and then some as he explained what he can do for my family and I. He also covered life insurance policies and 401k/​investments which was a nice customer service touch. Never got this kind of service with the other agent before. Glad I spoke with Sean and will now be switching over to be apart of the Joe Frangieh State Farm Insurance Family.
